They did respond, but with an inquiry of the volume I was looking to buy. I got back to them with volumes that would have been above the typical 25 bundles for boxes. They didn't respond to my second email. I followed up with them with a 3rd email a day later. Nothing but crickets. Fine. Their lack of responsiveness and follow-up speaks volumes. Given the quality of boxes they dish out to their distributors on top of ignoring potential customers, it makes you wonder how they've been able to stay in business as long as they have. They certainly won't be getting any business from me anytime soon, and I hope you don't waste your time with them either.

One of the best things is that they also sell boxes in a good variety of sizes. It just makes it so easy when you can grab everything you need. And the best part is that you can touch and feel the qualities before committing to buying the bundles. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to purchase for production.

It's a classic moving scam. Initial "binding estimate" is extremely low, then when your stuff is…read moreall packed and held hostage the price vastly increases. Since Oz is merely a sales middleman, they no longer have any responsibility and either you pay or never see your stuff again. The way they get away with it is that the number of items they list in the estimate is sparse. The real number and weight of items after boxing is extremely easy for movers to inflate and nearly impossible for you to know prior for a full service move. For transparency sake, our quote was initially 2k, then 4k after adding full service and adding more items to try to make it more accurate. The actual price was 9k to give you an idea of the vast inflation as well as the large amounts you will be on the hook for. You can see in the negative reviews this is common for Oz. Unfortunately I was foolish enough to not listen. Please listen and do not use this company or any company that is supposedly a mere sales broker. Though in your defense, figuring out what companies that describes is not easy nor is defending yourself when your things are hostage. At least you now know to avoid this company specifically.
