Beaver Packaging and Crating of CA, Inc…read more 2925 Seaboard Ln, Long Beach, CA 90805 T 562.531.3140 First off, I can't say how well I am pleased with Beaver Packaging's customer service. At the time, I needed a shipment of dangerous goods delivered overseas to South Korea. At first notice, the heavy-duty paperwork seemed daunting and out of reach for someone with no clue of international shipping guidelines. I reached out to representatives at Beaver Packaging, and after one phone call, I felt 100% better my package could now be shipped to my location. Mr. De Leon sought personally to accommodate me on many occasions. His ability to stay calm - after many failed tries - left me genuinely grateful for his services. If anyone needs to ship in the Orange County area or abroad, please choose this company. Their call to duty goes beyond reproach. Thanks for everything. Sincerely Mr. Jones

I called the company for a refund, telling them I needed the money because I had no job and will be rehabing my knee for at least 6 months. I was told I had to wait one year for it due to policy. I should have pursued it further at that time but had so much going on, tucked it away. Well it is now one year later and they refuse to refund me. I sent them the bank statement showing the deposit sent. It is over $1500! I have contacted the BBB and the FTC. My next step is to go to ABC7 news to try to get my refund. This company is a scam! No one EVER answers the phone or emails until you threaten with following up with the BBB. Run far away from them!!

She does NOT Value Her customers ... Just Go to Google Reviews and You will see there as well ! The only reason Why I did not give a 1 star Review some of the employees including her Son Gabriel were ALWAYS.......very nice and pleasant . I was at postal annex la habra for 8 years . It was for a Reason until they closed down . They had great service ! I had been to a couple of other mailbox center that that were good too . By far this was one PAK Mail LA habra was the worse . DO NOT USE! BEWARE of Liandra ! she is fake and phony as they get ! DO NOT LEAVE A TIP EITHER , its just disingenous show ! A smoke screen ! The only reason why I tried this place was because they are mom-and-pop . I genuinely like to support mom and pop businesses . I even wanted to try to net work with them, Which was taken out of context . Anyways I learned what Not To do , and I am Happy with my new mailbox center service So far.
