This is first rate service in my book. They greet you as soon as you enter and are very helpful. This location is very close to my home and I can drop off my return on the way out to do other errands or on the way home, if I leave my house before they open. They do get a tiny credit for accepting UPS boxes so please utilize them. They'll let you know the pick up times for UPS, USPS (think priority flat rate boxes), etc. so if you record the times in your contacts you can be sure to get your boxes out timely. So not just convenient if you are in the Aiea Waimalu shopping center area on Moanalua Road, but great, helpful, and friendly service.
