Did my research on storage facilities. Alot of the other companies are a rip off and some of them have zero customer service skills. So I called StorQuest in Waipahu (next to Firestone and Mazda) I talked to Gio. Right away she was very friendly. Her customer service was far superior then the other storage facilities. She showed me the locker I reserved. Then asked me what type of stuff I would put inside? I told her, then she showed me other size lockers that might be better. I took the locker she showed me. It was bigger for the same price as the smaller one!! I couldn't believe my luck!! Gio not only has great customer service. She is funny aswell, local style. Anybody ask me about Storage facilities. Two nights ago I went online and reserved a unit. The next morning the woman there called me with a follow up. I called and she emailed me the paperwork and I was able to go in that day to get a storage unit. She was extremely friendly (genuinely friendly, not fake friendly) and helpful. She walked with us to our unit to make it easier and faster. Great pricing as well. The place itself is very clean and they have plenty of carts to use. Easy to back right up to the loading area to unload your vehicle too. Highly recommend this place. read more

This place is clean and cheap. The employee that helped us... Showed us our options so that we could decide which storage space we needed... (Because their website says that the spaces are approximate only) They had a service elevator, and a loading dock which was awesome it made the move much easier. They also provide Dollies, carts, and hand trucks which can be found almost every corner of the facility. My stepmom was looking for a place to store some items after my dad passed away. She wanted someplace in close to home in Waipahu. Did some checking on yelp and Storquest had a lot of good reviews so we checked it out. When I contacted Storquest the ladies on the phone both times i called and on their follow up call were very helpful and friendly. I must say that their attitudes is what convinced me that they were the place to go. So much so that i packed some boxes in the car to store in the lockers once we got down their to sign up. I would have given them a 5 star but they were having issues with their printers and computers which prolonged the administrative part of it. I like that the facility is secured and that you need a pass code to get in the gate. The lockers are made of steel not dry wall or wood like other places i have seen. They have a freight elevator that you can use if your locker is on the 2nd level. And they have carts and hand trucks you can use to move your stuff around with. read more

I love this place!!! Their facility is always clean,clean,clean!!! This may sound crazy, but cleanliness is a huge factor for me. Their employee Shirley I believe is the person I always run into while I'm there and she always does a fantastic job keeping the facility clean including the bathroom, she also is really good with greeting me anytime I run into her and always asks if I need help with anything. I had bought to her attention about the lighting sensor outside of my storage unit, she said she would bring it to the attention of the facility manager and in no time they fixed the situation. Really appreciated the timely response to the matter, it's not like they ask if you need help with anything, you tell them, then it takes forever to fix the situation. They are on it!!! These things really matter to me because I live in Ewabeach and had 2 drive up storage lockers there which was "super" convenient, but sadly due to their terrible service, unapproachable workers, filthy restroom and inability to take care of matters in a timely manner made us decide to move to Stor Quest in Waipahu. I can handle not having a drive up unit, because I get to reap the rewards of going to a clean and friendly facility at Stor Quest Waipahu!!!
