Nicole and her husband are amazing and seem to really care about the company taking care of their customers. I scheduled a move fairly close to my move date and they were able to come out same day for a quote. The quote was very competitive and came with a large trailer. The day before the move she called to let me know something was preventing the trailer from getting to us but that they'd provide two trucks (more room) no charge instead. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They wrapped our items well as promised, packed the truck thoughtfully, and worked hard. They showed up on time and delivered on time. This move was incredibly stressful for my family for a number of reasons, but Tetris made it 10x easier and I'm so grateful for that! Thank you!!

Totally blamed sender aka me, that I sent damaged goods and packed them all they did was pick up and ship. Their pics on their website are years old when they did great friendly work. Now they are negotiating with buyer to repair but that one speaker is not repairable and needs to be replaced with a new one at a cost of almost $8000.00

They somehow cherry pick the feedback reviews from some unknown source if, in fact, they are valid customer reviews. 2. The pack well but only ship within a small East Coast area: MD, VA. When your delivery goes beyond their area they use third party carriers and, therefore, do not have any control of quality, handling, shipping. That is contrary to their web site disclosure where they will track and keep customers informed. Not true with third party shippers. 3. I complained because the third party carrier stored my delivery for a five-day delay before delivery. I complained to Navis and they never responded. 4. Navis fails in integrity. They hide negative reviews. Can't trust them.
