First I'll start by saying I'd absolutely recommend Tetris. I'm a realtor and have clients leaving…read morethe state all the time, or doing smaller moves within our local area. After my personal experience with this company, I'd feel confident recommending them to my clients, friends, and family. And not because things went perfectly. Scheduling the move with Nicole was easy and their prices are fantastic. (If you think movers are expensive, consider the work and time they are saving you!! It is truly a bargain and these guys work their butts off.) However the day of the move due to some miscommunication on both sides (mine and theirs), things went a little sideways. Our move was important, I'm sure everyone's is, but ours was even more important than we would normally feel a move is, due to the fact our daughter is having surgery tomorrow morning and we really needed to be settled. It just wasn't possible to plan more ahead for the situation. When everything goes well and a company does a great job, that's always nice. But when things don't go perfectly and a company has to respond, the way they respond is very telling. Tetris dropped everything to make our move happen, sent us a crew of 3 (one more than originally booked) who all worked hard for long hours on a Sunday, and by the way they handled it all, it was obvious things typically go smoothly for them because they were so organized and able to pivot the way they did. I would use them again and we are super appreciative of their service. Thank you Nicole!!

1. Maryland Navis lists positive reviews on web site but they do not have a portal for feedback on…read moretheir site. They somehow cherry pick the feedback reviews from some unknown source if, in fact, they are valid customer reviews. 2. The pack well but only ship within a small East Coast area: MD, VA. When your delivery goes beyond their area they use third party carriers and, therefore, do not have any control of quality, handling, shipping. That is contrary to their web site disclosure where they will track and keep customers informed. Not true with third party shippers. 3. I complained because the third party carrier stored my delivery for a five-day delay before delivery. I complained to Navis and they never responded. 4. Navis fails in integrity. They hide negative reviews. Can't trust them.
