Honest Experience - Saved By Sierra This month when I called to make my payment I had an extremely frustrating interaction with the on-site manager, John, who was rude, condescending, and even hung up on me while I was trying to make a payment. Fortunately, Sierra from corporate reached out after I raised concerns. They were very kind, professional, and apologetic, and helped us mediate the issue. That effort and understanding meant a lot and helped turn the situation around. I hope the company can kind John a different role that does not require him to interact with customers. read more

I received a pre -lien letter saying I had to pay before 12/5 so I went in to pay and the manager John Winton still would not let me access my belongings he crumbled the letter I got in the mail and threw it at my head and said that he did not send it even though it said his name on it I thought that was very unprofessional, he called the police on me and I reported what he did to me and I was recording the whole thing. He then agrees to a pay and vacate so I had to have my belongings all out by 5 next day. I almost had everything out asked for a lil more time he calls cops on me and now I keep trying to get a hold of him to please let me pay to get rest of my stuff out but won't respond. Also nobody should be living there and I pointed out to him people living in there motor homes on property he acted surprised he's probably making side $. read more

I've been with Armor Storage for quite awhile. Today I went over to grab some stuff without my husband. I realized I had never open or shut the huge double doors of the shipping container by myself. My hubby always does it. I'm so grateful for their employee, Oscar, who very patiently taught me how to work the doors. I'm not 100% I can do it myself so I pray the amazing Oscar is working when I go back! Also, Also, Emily from the front desk was so polite and professional. Hats off to Armor Storage. You do it right. I ALWAYS feel very safe when I'm on your beautiful property and I never worry about theft or crime in any of three or four storage places they own. read more

They put a red lock on my storage unit and forgot to take it off. Note I did pay My storage late along with the late fees but they should've took the red lock off immediately after I paid it they've caused me a great inconvenience all my medical work supplies are in there and tomorrow's Thanksgiving so they will not be open so I won't be able to get in my storage until Friday so word of advice make sure they take the red lock off your unit immediately if you paid your storage late. They need an after hours service for emergencies they live on site but could not be bothered even though their car was there these new owners are off to a bad start. read more

Storage places are a dime a dozen on Auburn Blvd, but this one is definitely worth checking out first. Being the comparison shopper that I am, I found their prices were right in line with the going rates of competitors - and even better, they have longer commitments on their prices so your rates don't jump after just a few months. This was a big reason I decided to store here, a lot farther from my house, instead of the handful of other places that are a lot closer to me. The entire staff was really friendly and easy to deal with. Over the past year, I started with a bigger unit with the intention of downsizing, and they were accommodating by making sure my bigger unit was near smaller vacant units. When I did downsize, it was a breeze thanks to that preplanning. I also liked how well lit the whole facility is and how they give you drive up key card access so you're not bothered to remember a code or have to exit your running vehicle to enter or leave (hey it is Auburn Blvd after all). They also have extras like dollys and flat carts for free use to make things easier. Even though I just emptied my unit out, this is definitely a business I would return to first if my storage needs change. read more

I went there today to get my unit. I had called around to numerous places and they had the best price. The facility is very clean and well maintained. They have a nice security system. They seem to be very strict with the rules which I like. It keeps the place safer and secure. It has just a key card access so no having to remember a code. Rent can be paid numerous ways including online so very convenient. I met a couple of employees and they were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them read more
