I'm so mad with this company! I have been with them for a while. One thing that they don't like telling their customers is that they will keep raising the rent no matter what. I went from only paying $75 for a 5x10 small unit to now paying almost $300!!!!!!!!!!!!. Not only did they not tell me about the rent increase every other month but now you can even get a hold of nobody on the phone from the property. Now u have to schedule an appt just for a question. To top it all off there was always trash around outside my unit area. One day found a used drug needle right next to my unit door. I was so mad!!! I called customer service and he had an I don't care attitude. I was always sweeping around my area. Public storage likes to lie to its customers and I'm done!!!!! I scheduled my move-out date. Today I talked to a manager from customer service to let him know that I was not paying for the whole month but he had a little attitude with me and was talking to me like I was stupid. He did not care what I had to say! Overall experience is horrible! Don't ever go with public storage!!! Can't believe I stayed with them! But this last increase and incident I'm so done!!!!! They charge unreasonable fees and they are not willing to make the customer happy. They cut off the locks when the rent is late even if they stop access with the gate code. I asked to be notified if the locks were to be cut because I had a family irloom lock from ww2 on it . They cut with dis regard to the customer request. I would never recommend this storage facility and I will never do business with them again . I would recommend cube smart or extra space storage both of them care about the customer. read more

I needed an outside access unit and was at another facility that didn't have one. The Manager (Michaela) was on the phone with the property I was viewing, and had the exact unit I was looking for, and less expensive! They found me a unit around the corner from the current one, so didn't have to move stuff very far. I'll give it 2 ONLY because the on site staff there is and always have been fantastic. Unfortunately that fantastic on site staff cannot determine anything administrative on their own and are 10% required to defer to written corporate policy, which makes sense in many circumstances but does not take into account or leave room for any individual human element. I've been told the area manager --who never returned my calls or responded in any way to my requests-- is no longer with the company. Unfortunately it is still 10% on Public Storage that their written corporate policy mandates the treatment of long time loyal customers as 2nd class citizens. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. Should be ZERO STARS. Choose any other storage provider over this one. Been a customer at this location for 10 years. Paid on time every month. Over those years, the unit price went from $55 to $129 per month. Now need to move out and office is stating must pay for the full month no matter when the unit is emptied. They are not willing to prorate. Was told that If don't pay the full month, they will send me to collections. They would go to all that trouble and expense rather than take the $38.70 for the days the unit was used. Being a longstanding customer that always paid on time for 10 years makes no difference here. Go to Sentry Storage instead. Lower rates and they prorate so you only pay for what you need. What a concept - meet the customers needs instead of price gouging and threatening collections for value of less than $40. read more

The onsite manager there is very nice she's always willing to give you whatever information that you might need to make your experience there is comfortable as possible. Only thing I don't like about public storage now is the hours that they keep the gates you only have access from I think 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. which is completely undoable for me as I am working from 9:00 to 5:00 everyday sometimes on the weekends so I never have an opportunity to even go to my storage take anything out or put anything in because I get off from work when they close which is extremely inconvenient for me that would be the only reason I think I would relocate to another company other than that the manager on site manager is great I give her four stars. I think this company is catering to the criminals I think they're closing early as a result of homeless people and people breaking in to storage units. Instead of thinking of the customers convenience they don't consider the customers hours of their operation . I think that by closing at 5:00 p.m. they think they're going to cut down on the homeless people trying to stay in their units but why are you catering Why are you making a customer suffer so that you can try to cut out the homeless people that come on your property or that rent from you Just don't rent to them read more

When I moved out of my unit I had a GIGANTIC TV and Kae went above and beyond to help me get rid of it! She did more than I ever would expect or ask. This is the 2nd time I rented space at this facility to declutter my house. The place is very clean and well maintained. I especially like the fact the they did not try to over sell me on the size unit I needed. Renee is awesome and tops when it comes to being customer focused. My experience from the initial call with a call center rep to storing my belongings was A+ and above stellar. Jessie (Call center rep) was an absolute joy and went over a mile beyond my expectations. Customer care that he gave is missed these days and he was definitely a breath of fresh air. Tarin (location manager) was extremely helpful and although she had somewhere to be (we came last minute around closing like everyone else lol) she didn't make me feel rushed or brushed off.
