I have been in several different storage facilities for several years now, with storage sizes ranging from closet to an entire apartment. This facility is very clean & has an excellent staff that are very helpful and accommodating. Their bathroom is always cleaned and well stocked. With a staff member patrolling and doing regular lock checks I always felt that my property was well looked after. The price is right and it's a nice location. The climate control units are just as spectacular, although I didn't need it. Would definitely recommend. read more

Excellent staff support, convenient location and accessibility. Started with temp storage unit for what we thought would be 6months but turned into nearly 5 years - mostly due to convenience of the thing. Moving things in and out based on what our needs and timing were was easy, when we had issues, Anthony and his teammate were super responsive. We just finally "moved out" as we completed some purging of stuff we didn't need and organizing of sentimental items that really weren't valuable but we wanted to keep. Will rent there again when the need arises and recommend to others. read more

The facility and grounds are well cared for and spotless. The professionalism of Ron and Anthony was unmatched by the three other facilities I had contacted previously in the week. Or by a lot of businesses for that matter! Quite refreshing! They were very thorough with the explanations of the features of their facility and the importance they very clearly place on safety and professionalism is commendable. The product they advertise is exactly what you get - no false fluffing or misrepresentation. It almost seems too good to be true! Theyre still better than U-Haul because they're cheaper and the process is a lot less complicated. Be warned, however: if you rent out your storage unit on the 15th of the month, while your next billing date Won't be till the 15th of the next month, for billing purposes you have to move out of your unit before the first of the month. For instance, if you paid for December on 12/15, you don't have till January 14 to move your stuff out. You have to move your stuff out on or before 31 December. If you're there for even one day in January you'll have to pay for the whole month of January, even if your billing date is on 15 January for that month. Also, they have a truck you can rent but it's only for moving in, you can't use their truck to move out your stuff. Thought about giving three stars, because I might use them again if I had to, but going forward I would simply like to be very honest about businesses and hold them accountable. U-Haul would get one star from me for my previous experience. the gentleman at the front desk is nice. This review has nothing to do with him. if the owner wants to remedy this with me, by offering me a pro-rated amount for february, or even not charging me, since i was charged for ALL of december even though i rented on the 10th of that month, and also bc i seemingly have to pay for ALL of february, even though i was only there for 2 days in feb., and moved out 8 days BEFORE my billing date in feb., ill change this review to 5 stars. he can reach me at my home phone: 9165160391. read more

The manager and his team are amazing. They have good rate and great customer service. When I got the unit, they are very helpful and patient with me. I am in between moving from old house to new house, so I'm in a lot of stressful moving situations but they are so patient and very professional. They did not have the unit size I chose online, so they called and honored the rate with a unit that is twice as long! Also, because the free truck available to new customers wasn't returned in time for us to use it, they gave me the first month half off - which offset the cost of renting a truck somewhere else. Then, we forgot to put a padlock on our unit, so they gave us a courtesy call to let us know. The whole process was quick and easy, the staff very friendly and helpful, the hours of access are long! . GREAT SERVICE, CLEAN, SAFE! read more

very friendly staff great customer service and property is well maintained clean facility very spacious to drive around and great security with individual door alarms and best of all they have a free truck for one time use to move my belongings into my storage and saved me the u haul rental, and gate hours are 6am to 10pm where some places do 8 pm location is great!!!! read more
