Here's the crazy part: When you sign a legal agreement (ie rental contract), the stipulations of the contract do not change unless both parties agree! I would get notice of raised rent 4 days before the new price went into effect, but this company expects a 7 day move out notice. That's illegal (breach of contract) and certainly not a reasonable ask if they are trying to keep customers. Too many corporations think they can use and abuse their patrons but not this one. Do NOT go here if you have principles about mutual respect, ethical business standards, and the way customers should be treated.

When I spoke with the owner the day I found everything missing he stated his cameras only go back 20 days. That was perfect because a week earlier it was all there. He never got back to me. All with the same problem. I wouldn't recommend this place. It seems secure with all the cameras but that does no good if the owner won't release the footage. Seems extremely odd to me.
