They charged us an extra $100 dollars because they said that the 3 hour window counts for 30 minutes of travel, yet we still completed the entire move within 3 hours with my help and multiple breaks by them.

We expected a professional crew who would take care of our items and pack them with precision and thoughtful placement. On the day, the crew showed up and worked very fast. They were working in multiple rooms at once and then loading the trailer. It took them the whole day to get it all done. They were very nice young men and we thought they did a good job... in the moment. Once the trailer arrived a week and a half later - we found out what really happened. We only have enough hanging clothes to fill 2 wardrobe boxes, yet we ended up with 15 of them... thats because their version of "packing" was just dumping everything into these big wardrobe boxes, no organization, no precision, just dumping everything. Of course we were paying for each box they used, and wouldn't you know it... the wardrobe boxes were the most expensive. Additionally, several of our furniture pieces are damaged including brand new chairs, both our new washer and dryer (they put a metal bed frame against them in the trailer that rubbed on it the entire time in transit) broken lamps, broken legs off tables, missing items, etc. I took photos of everything and sent them an email about it - I got a response that they would fix and/or replace the damaged and broken items. I then get another email a few days later that they were going to open an "internal investigation" and something about how they aren't responsible because their liability ends once they leave the job site. My items have been locked in a trailer of which I have the only key and somehow its not their fault, or they didn't cause the damage. I have emailed them at least 4 more times since then asking about the results of the "internal investigation", etc. and they have not responded. They will not respond back to me. We hired them based on reviews that they were the BEST in INDY!!! That is a absolute lie. I cannot speak to their small 1 bedroom across town moves - but DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR LARGE HOUSE PACKING AND LOADING! And to the Move Indy Rep who will undoubtedly respond to this review with some BS about "Thanks for the feedback..." - don't bother. You are only responding because I am calling you out publicly - shame on you! Do what you said you were going to do and repair/replace my broken items.

This is definitely a much smaller spot. Self-serve options are more limited, though they do exist including the ability to copy. The maximum package weight that can be shipped here is 150 lbs. Despite being much smaller, this location still offers both printing and shipping services. Printing services include self-service copying, scanning, and faxing. They also include shredding, copy/print, free wi-fi hotspot, passport photos/renewals/expediting, direct mail, computer all-access stations, architecture/construction/engineering prints, business cards, flyers, postcards, labels, promo products, custom-branded boxes, padded mailers, and more. Shipping services include getting a shipping label, express drop-off, ground drop-off, being able to hold both express and ground packages for pickup (great for those not able to be home for a package), QR code returns, return shipping, packing, packaging supplies, and international shipping. There are two accessible parking spots directly in front of Rumble with a curb-cut. There's a blue-striped spot between the two spots for wheelchair access (technically NOT ADA since ADA requires blue stripe access for both passenger and driver). Still, it's better than most. There's a single glass entry doorway. It's within visibility of the counter if assistance is needed, though when I entered the sole employee was in the back. I only needed to ship out a lab test on this visit. It was pre-packaged with a shipping label already affixed. The employee took the box, gave me a receipt, explained tracking, and we were done. He was friendly, efficient, and I was out pretty quickly. A customer actually opened the door for me on the way out. I spent many special projects hanging out at the old Kinko's. I've always kind of missed it, but time moves on. This was a solid visit to this new location and I won't hesitate to go back if needed. While it seems easier to just have FedEx drive by the house to pick up a package, I've always found drop-off easier and this worked quite well.
