I rented the unit primarily to house one of my cars during bad weather; we have hail in this area and I wanted an extra garage space. It's not as close to my house as I would have preferred, but it was close enough and the rental prices were fair. Within a few months after I rented my unit, the price almost doubled to more than $300 a month. I realize this was likely not the fault of the people I saw everyday, but a corporate decision. Nonetheless, it felt like a clear bait-and-switch scheme. I made the reluctant decision to end my relationship with this company.

Upon my arrival and absolute dismay, the parking space measured 6 foot wide by 20 foot long. Problem being they are selling all of these spots as 10x30 when they're all 6x20. Not to mention, that had I magically been able to park in the spot only large enough for an SUV, the boat in front and trailer behind would not have been able to get a vehicle in, in order to tow their vehicles out of their spots. Not only that they were able to get me in under the Spring discount which saved me even more money. They didn't have to do that but they did. Honesty, integrity and incredible customer service. They have even fielded phone calls from home when I needed them. Facility is SECURE, well lit and have music playing so you don't feel like your in alone in a haunted movie. Units are CLEAN and in great shape. Easy ACCESS with keypads at all entrances, elevator and entry doors. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

But then I discovered that the exact same unit could be booked through the web portal for $34/month. I phoned the site manager and tried to get the company to just do a transfer or give me the rate from the internet. I was told it "wasn't possible". Then I spent an hour moving all my stuff. There was nobody in the office at the location to respond to help with checkout/checkin and closeout of the old unit, even tough it was during advertised business hours. When I reached out to their customer service by phone the next day, I got a totally different story and was told I could have just done an account transfer. They didn't want to give me a prorated month for the unit we moved out of. Just seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing here. I called Madge 3 times and got no response...
