Two months into my unit, my account was randomly closed by mistake. Almost a week later, my account was randomly restored but no form of communication was given as an update, no email, call or text. No accommodation was offered or anything, after not having access into my paid unit. Then 1-2 billing cycles later, I was given notice that my bill was increasing by $40.

And the facility is great. National company so I'm not sure about other locations, but this one is easily accessible, clean and well lit at night! Good rates as well, and never too crowed.
