They have nice parking spots for parking cars, boats, or utility trailer. My trailer was broken into though and stole over a thousand dollars worth of tools and messed up the trailer, also several other enclosed trailers at the start of the pandemic, so around April 2020. Never got any info on it, no cameras detected anything, so thieves tried again about a year later and almost cut through locks a second time, that's when I moved out seeing it's a reoccurring problem. If you have nothing of any value to store might be alright but I would advise against a work trailer that may have tools. Thieves break in easily to this facility and you are on your own. read more

They have rats ! Do not put any thing in here. They ate my couches and bed frames , picture frames and so many more things. The insurance better cover everything that was ruined if not I will be writing a new review. I worked hard for my items. This is very upsetting. Also they go up in price every year. read more

Great location, great facilities. Easy to work on the app as far as accessing the gate codes is really convenient. Terrible customer service. I've been a customer for 6 plus years renting a storage unit and I rent a parking space. My enclosed trailer was damaged overnight in the parking space two weeks ago. They don't care, I've requested a copy of the incident report the supposedly filed. I haven't received a copy. Don't rent here. The customer service is terrible. It's automated so all you get is the answering machine. I'm a small business owner and this kind of incident is too much to absorb being a small business. They are refusing to take responsibility. read more

When I initially set up my appointment, I knew that the one dollar price tag was bs, but went through with it anyway. The associate was hesitant to help me, leaving a site taste in my mouth and the prices were constantly fluxuating. Not to mention the associate wasn't very helpful in making sure I understood the contract. And I was given a move out date email, which I didn't approve of, unless it was in the contract, on the date I was supposed to move out my stuff. The only positive is that my stuff was always there when I went to grab something that I needed. Boo! read more

Mike was great. Super professional and helpful. He made my check in so quick and easy. He even accommodated an error I made.

When I got the unit I was told that the rent would stay the same for a year. It was rented at $139. Four months later they raised the rent to $183 despite that promise and I was told there was nothing they could do. Now seven months after that, they are raising the rent by another $60 to $243 a month. More that $100 in increases in less than a year. I cannot recommend this company to anyone after this. read more

We recently rented an inside unit from Mike and his customer service was awesome! The unit we ended up getting was clean and close to an outside door. I would recommend this storage unit to friends. This location is very secure and nice. The staff there are very knowledgeable and super helpful. When I signed my contracts and agreement Diana was the agent who assisted me. Very unprofessional. You call to request speaking to the property manager AFTER damages of your belongings have been made and they don't answer or return your calls after leaving multiple voicemails. I will never use this location, or any other public storage location to store my belongings in the future. This is by far the worst experience i've had with self storage; they have mice! After letting them know they pretend to be surprised and refer back to "bait" that's placed in a unit. It is a lie, the bait is almost nonexistent and looks like dirt and the front of units. I've re-visited my unit multiple times and have always kept it clean/organized. Do not use this property/location, save yourself the headache! read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!! NOT EVEN TEMPORARY!!! I decided to store my things in an outside unit temporarily until our apartment was ready. The deals were super great! Getting the unit was quick and easy. The man that helped us was nice we stored our things. About a week and and half Later I needed to get some paper work out of our storage that I accidentally packed and when I opened our garage door I saw a HUGE COCKROACH !!! And not just one MANY!! I was horrified and immediately when to the guy that live on site (the guy that was so nice and helped us get the unit and assured us our things would be safe because he lived on site and would be there if we had ANY PROBLEM) yeah him. So when I told him there were cockroach finger sized in our unit. He told me that he was off and to come back in the morning and he would help us. When I tell you I was at the door when they opened to resolve this problem.!! I was there at open. And he explained to me that he was well aware of the roach infestation and talk to CORPORATE about it but they WILL NOT do anything about it because it will COST THEM TOO MUCH the spray the grounds to prevent them. They only take care of mice not roaches or spiders. I wish he would've told us that before we rented our unit. He just told us to bomb our unit.... and that he could move us to another unit but the roaches are EVERYWHERE. Now we have to worry about being roaches to our new place because it's to expensive for them to spray. Think about that before renting at this location. read more

I have been with PS for three years and rent five parking spaces with the potential of more this year. I love the staff. The problem is continually have is with the lack of response from customer service and upper management. The security gate that we pay for every month has had problems with not staying closed. It is a big issue since we have medical transport vehicles and our drivers come and go all hours of the night and early morning. The gate has not worked properly since January and finally in mid April, they addressed the problem. The district manager will not return calls and when you go above his head to get help, he will lie and say he was not aware of a problem. We pay well for a secure location, I expect better service and response. Last night 4/15, I was locked out of the gate. Could not reach the onsite manager, customer service had very little option to help me after hours. Luckily another renter came by so I could get through the gate and knock on the onsite managers apt door. Needless to say, I am frustrated at best. I was a little put off by all the extra fees ( purchasing a lock and mandatory insurance) but Jo was so nice in explaining the necessity for them that I quickly changed my attitude. Reserved and an alternate unit had oil on the floor. Suggested solution; plastic cover, required me part with $40. Sales person would not let me sign a lease without buying a lock even though I had one which looked the same as the one I was being asked to buy. I just didn't have it on me. read more
