In person reservations take FOREVER. I've been standing in line for 30 minutes as I'm typing this waiting on one person to get his reservation made in person. The other employee was sitting there letting customer support on speaker phone talk to a customer on the store phone. After they got done, he took made a personal call and walked outside. And this is not a one time thing, this happens often when I come here. Huge lack of customer focused, take some pointers from ChikFilA or something. So I'm standing here forever just trying to initiate a simple return.

They were available when I wanted them and reserving a spot was easy. I received a contract through email and my time was scheduled. I received a call the day before to confirm our appointment. The team arrived on time and actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing! They communicated very well with each other, took extra steps to protect my items and took precautions with pads and floor runners to also protect the houses. They had the job done so quickly, I was amazed!! Everything was in its proper place when they left. I have never had a better moving experience!! They showed up at 10:05am and took 2 breaks before 11:30am. My husband assisted with the move to speed them along and they unloaded everything at the new house at 12:55pm. They charged us an extra $100 dollars because they said that the 3 hour window counts for 30 minutes of travel, yet we still completed the entire move within 3 hours with my help and multiple breaks by them.

All the staff has always been cordial, helpful and excellent customer service except today. I saw Syed be rude to an elderly lady. And short cut spoken with several customers. As we return items through apps like in my case SHEIN I choose the QR code return feature that states " Use the Return Label/Code to send out returns Estimated refund time: 14-24 business days after your returns pass our quality check No need to print out a label; just show the QR code at your nearest UPS Store. UPS will print the shipping label and ship the package back. Note: This return label can only be used once. " I had to show this to him and ask him literally beg him to please read it because he was telling me I needed to put the items in a box, and I needed to have a printed label attached to the box and he will not mail my items, after he read what I posted above from the website, he went and said that I needed to return on Monday and I said I don't need to return I am here right now. Why do I have to return. He is extremely rude and wanted me to leave the store and return another day. At no time was a route or in Anyway disrespecting him as a matter of fact, I kept asking him to please calm down and listen please because of what he read, I was correct, he then went to deny that he had a nice service to me telling me that he needed me to bring the items in a box with already printed label. He's not a very good listener he doesn't do very well with customer service. He kept saying that he had to close at 3 PM and that he had a lot of work to do and he didn't have enough time to do it all Right now. I feel that he felt under pressure with too much work and that is stressed him out and he was just being nonhelpful and very rude to us. I had to back my own items, and put the label on my package and ensure that he was going to mail it, I also took a picture of my package because now I'm nervous that he's going to purposely sabotage my package. He knows I took his name and he knows I was going to report him. He continued to try to berate me then entire time and I ask him to stop. Very rude. We hired Move Indy to pack and load our moving trailer for a cross country move. It was a 3 bedroom…read morehouse with a full garage. We expected a professional crew who would take care of our items and pack them with precision and thoughtful placement. On the day, the crew showed up and worked very fast. They were working in multiple rooms at once and then loading the trailer. It took them the whole day to get it all done. They were very nice young men and we thought they did a good job... in the moment. Once the trailer arrived a week and a half later - we found out what really happened. We only have enough hanging clothes to fill 2 wardrobe boxes, yet we ended up with 15 of them... thats because their version of "packing" was just dumping everything into these big wardrobe boxes, no organization, no precision, just dumping everything. Of course we were paying for each box they used, and wouldn't you know it... the wardrobe boxes were the most expensive. Additionally, several of our furniture pieces are damaged including brand new chairs, both our new washer and dryer (they put a metal bed frame against them in the trailer that rubbed on it the entire time in transit) broken lamps, broken legs off tables, missing items, etc. I took photos of everything and sent them an email about it - I got a response that they would fix and/or replace the damaged and broken items. I then get another email a few days later that they were going to open an "internal investigation" and something about how they aren't responsible because their liability ends once they leave the job site. My items have been locked in a trailer of which I have the only key and somehow its not their fault, or they didn't cause the damage. I have emailed them at least 4 more times since then asking about the results of the "internal investigation", etc. and they have not responded. They will not respond back to me. We hired them based on reviews that they were the BEST in INDY!!! That is a absolute lie. I cannot speak to their small 1 bedroom across town moves - but DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR LARGE HOUSE PACKING AND LOADING! And to the Move Indy Rep who will undoubtedly respond to this review with some BS about "Thanks for the feedback..." - don't bother. You are only responding because I am calling you out publicly - shame on you! Do what you said you were going to do and repair/replace my broken items.
