I am highly impressed with this location. I have had to speak with the staff a few times due to me losing my storage keys and they are really friendly and helpful. Don, the manager, in particular made a lasting impression on me. He went out of his way to call me back quickly and helped me find a solution to resolve my issue. We rented a rather small unti (5' x 5') to store items for our HOA. The rate went up from $34/mo to $68/mo over the course of around 14 months. I decided to find another provider. But then I discovered that the exact same unit could be booked through the web portal for $34/month. I phoned the site manager and tried to get the company to just do a transfer or give me the rate from the internet. I was told it "wasn't possible". Then I spent an hour moving all my stuff. There was nobody in the office at the location to respond to help with checkout/checkin and closeout of the old unit, even tough it was during advertised business hours. When I reached out to their customer service by phone the next day, I got a totally different story and was told I could have just done an account transfer. They didn't want to give me a prorated month for the unit we moved out of. Just seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing here. I set up a reservation over the phone and was advised that I would receive an email with my gate code and unit number. That never happened. At 4pm, with a truck full of furniture I went to the location to talk to the manager or staff. The location was closed even though it was supposed to be open until 5pm. I spent the next 90 minutes on hold with reservations and I was told that the original reservation was not properly set up correctly. The issue was finally resolved. I understand people can make mistakes making reservations over the phone, but this all could have been avoided if the staff hadn't left early instead of staying to the advertised closing time of 5PM Even the people on the phone didn't understand why nobody was there. read more

Very impressed with the ease of renting a storage space at this public storage. All online, simple navigation, and clear instructions once unit is ready for move in day. Truly contactless service! The app allows for your smart device's Bluetooth to open and close the main entry gate, making the trip to and fro super easy. I did stop by the office to say hello, the woman was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions and even gave some tips on opening my unit and lock pointers. If I could give them zero stars I would. Everything was great until I moved out. I've been moved out for over a month (it was confirmed by them, and it shows my move out date on my account) and they keep charging us even though we aren't there anymore. Caitlin was very helpful in making sure we got the unit we wanted. She was very thorough with all of the paperwork and ensured everything was correct. We already had a climate controlled unit at the same location and have never had a problem with access or security. The location is safe and a secure location to store your belongings. The manager of the property is wonderful, she is personable and helpful! We would recommend because of her; however Public Storage itself needs to step up to the plate and keep up the property, especially for the prices they are charging! The state of disrepair here is evident - AC unit doesn't work in the climate controlled units, which defeats the purpose of paying for the climate control and the seals on the bottoms of the exterior unit doors are all shot - allowing water and rodents access. Lanes are too narrow and difficult to navigate with large vehicles and multiple customers loading and unloading in the same lane. read more

I really liked this storage facility until my rent was increased by $32, four months after I moved in and in the middle of winter! They claim they sent out a letter a month prior notifying of the rent increase but I never received it. Now it is an icy cold February and I have to move out. Are rent increases often done in the coldest months of the year to try to trap people into paying more than they signed up for? Thanks a lot. read more
