In fact, there were no options aside from this FedEx print shop. Everything else was closed. I rushed here from Monument Circle and got here at 4:50pm. Scrambling up the escalator in the Marriott, I was greeted by someone who helped me out without a problem. I had about 15 pages of double sided material that I needed copied single-sided. I just gave it to the clerk and she made it happen in minutes without any stress. I was concerned that they wouldn't want to help me 10 minutes to closing time, but it was no stress whatsoever. He was he did nothing to help with my satisfaction as it relates to the experience of my stay here at JW Marriott. He did not ask my name nor my room number nor did he address me by my name. My experience with JW Marriott has been very negatively influenced by the outrageous fees charged to me for small personal packages whose value was actually less than $50. I am now quite sure that I will not be extending my stay here by one day as I had planned , nor will I book at JW Marriott again. My experience here has been marred by Fed-Ex.

If you are needing fingerprints done for a background check you have to go through a site called IdentoGo to be able to schedule them and pay online for them if you have a debit or credit card. But if you don't have neither you can do a money order and take it in person to pay at your appointment. The two guys that were working had greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. There was a line when I got there but I was done within 15 minutes at the most. I would definitely come back to this location.

Following a quick phone call we were pleased to know we had a new box source. We use a lot of boxes in January for a charity auction supporting a nonprofit exotic cat rescue we're involved with, the Exotic Feline Rescue Center. When we arrived, we found the office is full of nicely organized and arranged sample boxes with specific sizes noted and prices. Packing peanuts are also available. There is a 10% discount on 10 boxes of the same size or 25% discount off a bundle of boxes. The number of boxes in a bundle vary per box size. The gentleman we had spoken to on the phone already pulled the boxes we needed. He was very nice and obviously very efficient providing great customer service. We paid and off again in 5 minutes. Very happy with the selection, the prices weren't outrageous and he provided excellent customer service. I'm sure we'll be back in the future.
