However, the great pricing was an outright lie. Don't fall for it! I was offered a low introductory price of 30% off "for the first 3 months," but after signing the paperwork I found out that it was really only for 2 months plus whatever was left of the month you started in (which in my case was only 9 days left of the month). That was deceptive. They did inform me that the price "might" increase after 4-7 months, and it sure did! On my 8th month, they jacked the rate up by a full 40%, and on my 11th month, they jacked it up another 30%. Worse, the leasing agent told me that "if" I got a notification of a rent increase, I could call and they would likely waive it temporarily if asked. Nope. I did call to raise concern about the price that was now more than double my contract rate, and after a week and a half of runaround, I was told, "Sorry, we can't do that." So, that's THREE rent increases in only 12 months, with me ultimately paying 2.6 times the deal I was offered initially, and over the life of my lease, I ended up paying 82% higher than the advertised rates.

After talking with staff they suggested I could get by with a small space. They were exactly correct. Not only that they were able to get me in under the Spring discount which saved me even more money. They didn't have to do that but they did. Honesty, integrity and incredible customer service. They have even fielded phone calls from home when I needed them. Facility is SECURE, well lit and have music playing so you don't feel like your in alone in a haunted movie. Units are CLEAN and in great shape. Easy ACCESS with keypads at all entrances, elevator and entry doors. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

What a nightmare! I…read morework hard for my money and I expect that when I make an investment in my home it's going to be one I can be proud of and use for years to come. Within two months of them putting in a large concrete patio, there were cracks everywhere and it took even more months to get anyone to even come out and look. Their response was a bit ridiculous at best. It was kind of like, "Oh well, we have your money and you have a crappy looking patio"... We don't care and aren't going to fix it. Cracks happen. Do NOT use these people. They could care less. I should have read all the reviews before I agreed to work with them. Anyone have someone who actually values their work and has customer service? Mr Prater is rude, arrogant and could care less.

At that point, the website told us that the unit we wanted was no longer available and it suggested a more expensive option. We had to call back to complete the transaction. Moving our things into the unit was seamless, however. We arrived and used the app to gain entry. Finding our unit was a little confusing because the unit # given was 6 digits long and the actual units only displayed 3. Once we figured that out (you leave of the first 3 digits), we were good to go. Our lock was inside the unit and ready for use. Lights are on a timer, and this larger unit was less expensive than the larger one that we were already renting.
