The owner kept apologizing and making excuses. I'm sorry but either hire better people or don't keep taking in work you can't get to in a reasonable amount of time. I took my mower there back in 2017 and they did a good job and completed it in about 2 weeks thus why I went back this time. I submitted the info and a couple of weeks later, still no response. I then called them. I spoke with a woman and she found my original email and asked if they could have a chance to review it and call me back. I said no problem, it is now May 15th (a couple of weeks since I spoke with her) and I still have not heard back from them. I am not in a hurry for this project and if they were short staffed I wouldn't have minded waiting until they had availability, but I don't understand the total lack of response.
