I contacted LMR to remove three riding mowers. I was quoted a price, which I paid. I was told the…read moremowers would be picked up Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of the following week and the payment was nonrefundable. That last part made me a bit nervous but I waited. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday came and went with no pickup and no word from LMR. I determined that I would contact them Monday to cancel the pickup because at this point, I had no confidence in them. A neighbor stopped to ask what I was going to do with the mowers and I told him he could have them all if he would take them. He came back in a few minutes with a trailer and took them. During this time LMR texted me to inquire if the mowers were picked up. I told them no, but cancel the service because they did not come on the days they promised. I was told they had someone on the way! I asked for a supervisor but was told I would have to call back Monday and I would not be refunded because a driver was on the way. Sometime later their driver did come, a day late, and the mowers were gone. I have called, texted, and emailed and no one responds. I do not suggest doing business with this "company"!

Within two days of having my mower Brian found what was causing one persistent issue and he recommended the long term solution. One of the other, more costly repairs I have had done in the past, which ultimately cost me $1200 more recently, was found to still exist. Again, Brian at Roudebush recommended a way for me to manage this issue over time with little cost me. All this said, the staff was upfront, didn't blame others for past repairs and ultimately addressed my issues. Their price was very competitive and reasonable. One of these years I will purchase a new mower and Roudebush is where I will buy from.

They said it wasn't worth it. Only negative review I have is that it took the shop 3 weeks to let me know that they couldn't repair it. Worse part was that I had to keep calling and hassling them for answers. It took a visit on day 21 to find everything out. Owner/manager seems like a genuinely nice guy. Shop seems to be busy all the time. It's a Veteran owned busy (So I will try them again when one of my mowers/trimmers need repairs).

Went the next day to pick it up and the invoice was now $444 and when I questioned the up charge the employee was very unprofessional. I also spoke with the owner and he was also just as unprofessional and made excuse after excuse. Shady business tactics and down right rude customer service.
