The owner kept apologizing and making excuses. I'm sorry but either hire better people or don't keep taking in work you can't get to in a reasonable amount of time. I took my mower there back in 2017 and they did a good job and completed it in about 2 weeks thus why I went back this time. Unfortunately it appears they are not very organized or we'll run now here in 2019.
