Great communication and removed items needed for a good price. Quick response by text and I set everything out at the curb. Highly recommend

When you arrive you pull your truck up on the scale where the big trucks go, very exciting, and go inside to pick up your hard hat and vest. They are very serious about this. Then you take your truck off the scale drive around the corner and go to the bin area that they will give you a number for, but you will find that the first three bays are numbered and the test are, well... not numbered. Very inconvenient and disconcerting, considering you're wearing a hard hat now and a vest and there are large trucks driving all around the place. Now you're in the back of your truck and dragging all the trash out onto the ground in front of the pile that's already there, and within a few minutes, you're out of there. Then drive back around to the scale, weigh out and pay a fee based on the amount of trash you brought in, measured by the ton. I had about 8/10 of a ton and that cost me 60 bucks all together. It was actually more than I had hoped to pay, but way less than getting someone to come out and haul it away. All in all, an interesting experience and cheaper than other options for your extra trash. Not exactly a walk in the park though.

Yes, same here. They said they would pick up Monday and never showed up now. I completely call…read morethem again and let them know they never showed up. So we will see what happens Tuesday. I talked to someone and I also talked to the machine through text. They told me somebody would be here Monday to pick everything up. 6:19 PM and nobody has been here.

This is a veteran owned company. The guys that work here are great. Every interaction I've had with…read morethem has been stellar. If you need to get rid of your old computers, cell phones, TV, etc...this is the place to go!!

If I could find one of these closer to home, I might even give them a higher score. Note that they…read morehave a pickup service which I did not use, so I can't tell you how effective and timely they are. But if you have one of those items that have been deemed necessary for recycling, this place will take care of it properly for you for only $20 per item. I recently tried taking my old, defective large screen to a Best Buy, but was told it was too large for them. No explanation other than that. So, after trying to contact several other waste management/recyclers in the metro area and not getting any return phone calls, I found this place on Indy's east side that opened at 9 a.m. on Monday. I called ahead to make sure they were open and that the large screen wasn't too large. They said to come on over. When I got there, I went inside and paid my $20 fee and went to the dock they said to use. We pulled our vehicle up to the dock and one of their workers hopped down and unloaded the large television by himself and carried it to the dock for us. No sweat or effort needed by me. They even disposed of an old dvd player for free! Note that this place isn't the easiest to spot. If you are familiar with the east side, there is a large lake for a business that was called "Just Add Water" that used to have a lighthouse and let you try out different small boats before purchase. It is easily visible from I-465 just south of Washington Street. Franklin is the first street east of 465 on Washington. Just drive south 3 blocks on Franklin and when you see the lake on your west side of the road, look over to the east side. The sign out by the street says "Tradition Warehouse & Logistics". Pull into the parking lot on the south side of the building and head east. You will see some loading docks and a sign that is with a "TR" and Technology Recyclers. That is the office where you climb a few stairs and tell them what you want to have recycled. Once you pay, they tell you which dock to go to and send one of their gentlemen to unload your equipment. We just had the television, so we paid $20. Any additional tv's, laptops, or monitors would also be charged the same disposal rate. I am not sure if they have any restrictions on electronics or not and how much lead time you need to give when ordering pickup, but if those run as smoothly as the drop off, they might earn that 5th star! Although the rates for the dumps aren't posted online, it's easy to initiate an all inclusive quote through an online request or phone call. Once the quote is generated, a quick 5 minute call to submit payment and schedule the delivery of your dumpster is all you need to finalize the order. They offer same day drop offs, and the quote is all inclusive to include drop off, pick up, and seven days of rental. Easily extend your rental for just $10 a night. The service over the phone is nice, and although I've used Greenway more than once, the reps are patient as I ask questions. Great experience.

They had the nerve to issue my wife and I warning for putting these same items that are clearly outlined in their guidelines out for pickup. Called their support line and the person said they don't know the guidelines. I explained that I was literally holding them in my hands but their "customer service" line is nothing more than an answering service. They force you to pay for them when one could easily walk the 200 feet to the nearby dumpster and then find any excuse either not to do their damn job or to shirk responsibility. Highly unprofessional for a required service that we cannot decline. They have no more faith than stewed prunes and, like a candle, are better burnt out.
