I had no choice but to have them continue. I felt trapped and obligated to go through the moving process with them. I was on a scheduled timeline and had to be moved out of my house on the date I requested. Also, their customer service sucks! They are not good about communicating and calling you back if you have questions. And if you complain, they get irritated and just hang up on you. Isn't that nice?? They really screwed me over! So I paid this company $350 for UPS shipping. Once they received my money they stopped communicating and then I called UPS and UPS told me the company had paid $28 to ship the artifact UPS "Standard" without insurance no customs paperwork for UPS and pocketed the rest of the $350. They went above and beyond and even stayed longer than they needed to and put together my bed frame which is pretty much on its last legs and is starting to fall apart. But they made it work and I have no doubt I would not have been able to put that thing together myself. The flat rate they charged was beyond reasonable and I had to double check that it was actually a flat rate and not an hourly rate because I couldn't believe how low the price was.
