Very helpful staff here Amy is great and maintains the place perfectly well. Thank you for everything.

Amy is exceptional. She is extremely helpful, quite humorous, and has made herself very at ease; furthermore, she does not put up with any nonsense. I feel safe having my belongings stored at this property. The storage unit was affordably priced, and the facility is clean and well-kept. read more

Great location and great staff! The storage is well maintained, clean and love that it is well air conditioned. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Amy offered us water when she saw us moving so many boxes around. Also, really appreciate the music playing in the hallways! read more

BUYER BEWARE OF RENT JACK AFTER SIGN-UP I signed up in December for 36/Month then 4 months later I got a notice my rent was going up the $72. A 100% increase is absurd for "current market condition". Will be cancelling and won't be back at any of their locations. read more

Extra Space Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Campbell, California

Great service and very helpful Reasonable rates and good location for me Allowed also to discard some broken things in garbage read more

*caution* 4 months after I rented the unit they DOUBLED the rental fee! They have a clause in the small print of the contract that allows this and they count on the difficulty of moving to another place. This is a classic "bait and switch" strategy that hurts a brans. Do not rent space here unless you're looking for less than a 4-month solution. I will never give "Extra Storage" another chance! read more

Amy was very friendly and informative. The process was easy to rent a unit. The place looks clean. We have not moved our stuff into storage yet so I will update later if necessary. read more

This one is hard. I give 0/5 stars to Extra Storage Space as a company, would not recommend it to anyone, and would not do business with them again. They jacked up my price by almost 100% increase after 4 months with no explanation, just a slip in the mail that said "Dear Sir, starting (this date), your new month bill is $$$." I called the 1-800 number and after holds and stringing along I found someone who gave me a "deal" by cutting the new price down a little bit. But, I have my stuff stuck there and have moved across country for now. That being said, I give this location and particularly the owner/manager Amy 5/5. She is friendly and helpful. And she is tough. She and her partner live on the premises, and the closing time is 10 pm. I was there finishing up at 10:05 pm, and she appeared ready to fight and scared me away. I feel my things stored there are safe and secure. The location is clean and the elevators are plenty big. read more

Easy accessible facility, nice, clean and well lit. Manager Amy was patient and helpful and showed us the various available storage unit so we could pick exactly what worked best for us. She did the paperwork quickly and efficiently and we had immediate access to our unit. read more

I picked this one over the other ones nearby due to the 5 stars that it absolutely deserves! The place isn't the shiniest or biggest, but it does it's job well - storing my stuff and keeping it safe! Amy is super friendly and helpful. Clean and well- lit with energy-saving lighting, large elevator and 4-5 platform dollies make it easy to un/load and move stuff into & out of the storage unit easily. Highly recommend Amy and her team! read more

I have rented multiple units here at this clean, well-maintained facility. Manager is very helpful and pleasant.

I was able to rent my second space with Amy sooner than expected and once again, Amy was extremely helpful! It's nice to work with a person who actually cares. Let's face it, renting a space in this area is always going to be expensive but at least you feel better giving your money to a nice, knowledgeable person with a great sense of humor. I hope Upper Management realizes what a valuable employee they have! Five Stars for Amy! read more

So today is our move in day and my buddy Emmanuel really needed a storage unit. Came to extra space at the last minute (they were about to close) and Amy very kindly helped us get one. She showed us the sizes and then showed us an actual unit that was appropriate for our much needed storage.. She was very helpful. read more

Amy and Steve have provided exceptional customer service in helping me quickly get a storage unit that worked for my needs. I had to quickly evacuate due to fires and Amy was so helpful doing everything over the phone and she remembered me as soon as I walked in the door, giving me a tour and giving me great tips moving our stuff in. Amy and Steve also helped me find the best rate when I wanted to get a larger storage unit- they were so responsive and helpful. I recommend Extra Storage- a clean, safe and well run business with exceptional customer service read more

I worked with both Barney and Amy. Barney at the Curtner Store was helpful in referring me to Amy at E. Sunnyoaks store. Amy is a jem. I was in desperate need of finding space to house extra catering supplies for my business 40 Acres Soul Kitchen. The E. Sunnyoaks spot is very close to my commercial kitchen space, which is a lot more convenient than I could ever imagine. The size of the space and location is perfect. Great value, impeccable customer service. I will be here for a while read more

Updating as I know extra space themselves are a huge company and this is just a one off location so price increases aren't something they control. But I do greatly appreciate management doing what's right and fighting for their tenants with rate increases. Especially with inflation and other factors involved! read more

Amy and Steve are truly wonderful! I've a had medium-sized storage unit at the SunnyOaks location since early 2018, and they've always been very friendly and accommodating. For example, I had fraud on a credit card, which was the card I used to pay Extra Storage, so I called them in a panic, worried my payment wouldn't go through and they assured me I had time to get them the new credit card info without risking the loss of my space and belongings. I really appreciate their amazing customer service and highly recommend this particular location for your storage needs. read more

Amy is the best. She was super friendly and helpful. I got a good deal on a short term space.

This is my first time finding, leasing, and using a storage unit. I hunted around at a few different companies and units. Everyone I spoke to at Extra Space (even at the other locations) were so kind and accommodating to me. At this location, Amy was my own personal rockstar that helped me find the perfect unit. She was very helpful, sweet and just super fun to chat with. Thanks, Amy! read more
