Thankfully, I took lots of before shipping and packaging process pictures too! UPS destroyed it, but Susan assisted me the the insurance claim process. And you can't schedule through their scheduling app without paying before you have the service done, and I am not going to pay before they do the work. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to do business with a company that puts so much broken technology in the communication and scheduling channel that you can't even talk to them about buying their product.

ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items.
