I stopped into the showroom to try out chairs. I did not know what I wanted, so Alex was awesome and helped out. I got to demo all the functions of all the chairs and went with the Mirra2 chair. I was very happy with this because of the lumbar support. Alex helped me load the chair to my car too. The showroom has chairs and stand up desks. They mostly carry Herman Miller and Steelcase chairs and get them from offices so they'll be used or lightly used. The pricing is fantastic! Nick and Michelle were so incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. No pressure, let us take our time, and showed us many times how to do each of the chair adjustments. Their knowledge of each chair was also very good. We came looking for one chair and left with two! We're really looking forward to sitting in our new chairs as we've always had el cheapo models from office supply stores. If you're looking for the place, it's at the very end of the warehouses - a little tough to find at first but we'll worth the effort. They mentioned that there also is a showroom location in Milpitas, so if that feels more comfortable, take a look there or on their website.
