Both pieces we wanted were on sale, so it was a great deal and the only thing I was upset about was the fact that the 5 piece sectional was available, but only 2 of the 5 pieces were in the store. I had to call back and due to the fact their shipping containers are coming in from Vietnam, we bought our furniture in the middle of July and we won't get the sectional until 10/15! On top of that, I misunderstood the gentleman I was placing the back order form and I thought I wouldn't be charged until all 5 pieces were available, that was not the case...... I was charged for the 5 piece sectional as well as the sofa upfront. Which was fine, but now having to be patient and actually WAIT for our sectional to arrive is a bit annoying- especially since e I already paid for it back in July. Overall, I wouldn't mind shopping here again and I never needed that extra stain protection on my Ashley Furniture, so I'm sure we'll be okay now that we have a leather pieces. Yet- being charged for a sectional and then waiting 3 months to receive it AND having to pay an extra $100 shipping surcharge s ms a bit annoying, considering the store was the one that didn't have the item available- unless we wanted to buy the floor model hahaha

We purchased several pieces of furniture from Living Spaces, and unfortunately, we have had problem after problem. The color on our sofas faded badly before we even had them for a year, and our bed broke in less than a year. On top of that, we were suddenly charged approximately $3,000 in interest/fees because the balance was not paid within 18 months. We were not properly aware that such a large additional charge would be applied. We also paid for a rug that we never received. We contacted Living Spaces about it, but our complaint was never properly addressed and we never received a response. After spending thousands of dollars, this is absolutely not the quality or customer service I expected. We are extremely disappointed with this company and regret making this purchase. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Living Spaces. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

However actually purchasing with them was an absolute nightmare of an experience. I purchase two items a bunkbed, and a king size bed frame. The bunkbed arrived with chips on the ladder. The delivery person tried to tell me that it was OK that the ladder had chips and I proceeded to let him know it was not OK and I took pictures of it so that I could send it to the store themselves. Once he saw me do this then he took the ladder down and he took it back to the warehouse to fix it. I had not heard from anyone for three weeks. I finally called the furniture store to ask them where my latter was, and they immediately they immediately delivered it within 48 hours. The king size bed however, was not nearly prompt. The bed was estimated to arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. I called them nine weeks after I purchased the bed that cost me a lot of money and I was told that they had tried to get in contact with me. I had never received any missed calls or any voicemail from the furniture store. Then once I did call them and follow up the bed was delivered to me within a week but it was missing the four drawers that were at the bottom. The delivery folks had attempted to call me but hung up after one ring and left my apartment when I did not open the door. Finally, I received the drawers two weeks after the bed and even then did not receive the phone call that was promised to me on what time they were delivered the drawers. The drawers were left outside of my door and I found them when I came outside. I found the service to be very poor. The follow up on the side of the furniture store was very slow, and I had to follow up many times in order to actually receive my furniture. I would not purchase from the store.
