Service is consistently approachable and friendly, which is very hard to find in the home improvement industry. This store is expansive, clean, and much easier to shop than all the other independent tile places. Easy process to buy and return samples, plenty of selection, and you can shop at your own pace with all the information well presented on each item. Prices are very reasonable, plus there's lots of clearance options also available if you're on a tight budget. Special shout out to Don, who was super helpful with tile mosaics. He immediately took us to exactly the color/style/size of tile we were looking for, gave insightful comments, and placed tiles next to each other to help us imagine different combinations for our project.

Zaina was extremely helpful. She asked questions about firmness, configuration, fabric etc and we narrowed down the couch fairly fast. If I would have gone in by myself without help I would have been overwhelmed. Zaina made it seamless. She also reconfirmed my choices throughout the ordering process just to make sure everything was correct. Also I had multiple sales people come by and compliment me on various things. I don't know if that's something management asks the employees to do, but their compliments sounded sincere and every person I interacted with was super friendly. So this review is purely based on my initial experience. I'm hopeful that the rest of my experience turns out great and then I'll add an update to my review.

First, the quality of the sofa itself has been terrible. I purchased it only about **six months ago, and it is already falling apart**. For a piece of furniture that is essentially brand new, this is completely unacceptable. What has made the situation even worse is trying to get someone at Living Spaces to actually help me. I submitted a support ticket **over a week ago and still have not received a response**. Since then, I have repeatedly tried using their online chat, but I just keep going in circles with their AI agent. Today was more of the same. The AI agent told me, **"I'm connecting you to one of our human agents now who can assist you further with your warranty claim."** After waiting and trying to get assistance, I was then told that **all of their agents were busy, they were unable to assist me, and I should simply "try again later."** The problem is, **I HAVE been trying again.** I have repeatedly asked to speak with an actual person because I am getting nowhere, yet I continue to receive the same response with absolutely no resolution. At this point, I have a six-month-old sofa that is falling apart, an unanswered support ticket that has been sitting for more than a week, and an AI customer service system that repeatedly tells me to try again later because no human agents are available. This has been incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. Customers should not have to spend this much time chasing down a company simply to get assistance with a defective product. I have purchased from Living Spaces before, but after the poor quality of this sofa and the complete lack of customer support when something went wrong, **I will never purchase anything from Living Spaces again.**

I'm shocked to see a retail store in this sorry state. Items thrown under displays, trash and grime on the floor and shelves, items carelessly thrown around, there's no love and care at all. But, that all makes sense given that the employees are verbally harassed, yelled at, and talked down to by upper upper management. If I was consistently made to feel like I wasn't good enough by my superiors, I wouldn't put any effort or love into my work either.
