I don't have a storage unit there but they keep calling me for payment. I used the phone number I found for them online and gave them the phone number that is calling me to make sure it wasn't a scam posing as them. They said it was them and that they'd make a note not to use my phone number. They still call me and leave me voicemails asking for payment. read more

What can you say about a storage place, right? You don't really expect much but I recently had a very positive experience with the staff, where they stayed a little late so I could finish a move from a smaller to a larger unit. I have been keeping my stuff here for a long time (as have my parents). I've never once had an issue with flooding or someone breaking into my unit except for me when I lost my key and had to cut my lock off and put a new one on. Gracie is wonderful and just the sweetest person I've ever delt with here. Actually the whole office staff is awesome. I'm glad they have the automatic payment option now - which for me means no more calling on the 10th of the month because sh*t f*ck damn I forgot to mail out my payment, again. It sucks that someone hit the front gate and took off because now they are only open until 7 pm and then they lock up the temporary gate. Hopefully they find the hit and run driver soon! read more

Can't recommend this place. Had our unit broken into twice in 3 months. Units were dirty, poor lighting or no lighting at all with burned out bulbs. Did not even have replacements. Then, when expressing our concerns with the owners regarding their lack of security for our storage unit, they claimed they were the victims? Makes no sense and they just don't care. When you have to move suddenly and end up downsizing in space, having to rent a storage unit can be daunting and unpleasant. This is what happened to me. I didn't like the idea of having to put most of my belongings in storage especially because I didn't know how long I would need it, but I loathed the idea of selling/donating everything and starting over even more. This facility is clean, and I always felt safe there. Shereen, the manager is absolutely incredible. She is so friendly, so attentive and is always willing to go above and beyond to make her customers happy. She really made the experience pleasant and I could not have asked for anything more! Securing a storage facility was an emergency. This is my 2nd time using a storage facility. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Kimberly was patience, kind and responsive. I feel like I got a great deal based on the pricing of other locations. This place is right off 87/Curtner exit and is very easy to get in and out of. The units are completely enclosed (no open areas along ceiling from adjoining units, it is clean, well lit and the property is maintained. I highly recommend Willow Glen Storage. read more

So, I don't rent a storage unit here, but due to curiosity about storage auctions, I attended a storage auction here. It was conducted very well. Auctioneer was professional, auction was run professionally, but the units sold were a bit out of control. Most lockers were filled with very little. Some were filled with garbage (literally), and others were filled with broken furniture. Only a couple had anything mysterious about them. Units sold from $3-$600+ and I think most probably lost money. There were true professional auction hunters here and it was fun making up nicknames for them. I didn't buy a unit (or the contents there of), but would be willing to come back and give it another try. read more

This is the place you should entrust to store your belongings! My family and I have truly enjoyed our experience with storing our belongings at Willow Glen Storage. Think twice before storing here. Out items were filled with rat/mice feces and dirt. Items are missing. It appears people are living in the units. The rental was raised many more times than annually. When we first rented our rent was $130. The rent was raised to $228. read more

This place gets a one-star rating because the manager assured me that an 18-wheeler could get into the facility. When the moving van arrived it was clear that an 18-wheeler cannot get in, so we had to rent a smaller truck from U-Haul, and pay the movers extra to shuttle the furniture in the U-Haul from 18-wheeler to our storage unit. This tacky behavior on the part of the manager to ensnare a customer is unprofessional, and all the polite apologies don't make up for that. I suggest you avoid this place. read more

I have rented here for over a decade. Gracie is great. I have changed units, lost keys which requires a lock cut off. Gracie good heartedly gives me a bad time, and is very gracious all at the same time. I hope to not keep the unit for another decade, but I know my things are safe. read more
