Moving is a very stressful endeavor a month out just getting things ready and they made it seamless. Quick, efficient and under budget... yes, under my budget. I won't name names of other movers I've used and paid 30% more for less results. I have a 15 monitor work station that I am very hesitant about anyone touching let alone moving, but these guys handled it like a breeze, especially during a rainy day on top of everything else. I don't usually write reviews, but when a company EXCEEDS my expectations, it's a duty to let others KNOW. Prince Movers had the initial best rate and their hourly rate was great - far less than the other companies. Plus, they were able to move us on a Saturday. Our team was Carlos, Omar, Marvin, and Rafael. They showed up exactly on time, were polite, worked well together, and kept us fully informed of everything they were doing. One thing that was great is how they took time to prepare the home for the moving process, protecting floors, stairs, and other surfaces to make sure zero damage was done. Their wrapping of items was great - you can definitely tell that they care about protecting your items. Moving is always a pain, but Prince Movers and the team were awesome from the first quote to the final hand shakes with the team. I would recommend them to anybody and I will definitely use them again.

Honestly, it really just shows the lack of that person's ability to ask a question before they spend money. Yes, $3 for one page of printing might sound expensive, but it is actually the going rate. I can attest to that because I was at a UPS store in Sterling last week and that is how much it was, $3. If you think it's too expensive, buy yourself a printer and stop complaining, sir. Onto my experience today, these guys are always wonderful, always have a big smile on their face, and it just makes me feel amazing every time I walk out of postal plus Herndon. In the past year, our rate has gone up three times and an additional time if you count them adding a fee for online payments. Even though their rental agreement states they need to provide written notice of policy changes at least 30 days in advance, they added the online fee and 30 days later sent out a notice. I don't think that's the intent. Want to avoid this and pay in the office? Nope, they closed the front office too. Their idea of climate controlled units is turn the thermostat off or set it so the inside temperature is acceptable at 85 degrees. Need help on-site? Good luck, there isn't anyone there anytime I go. When the office was open, they were always on a lunch break regardless of when you needed them during the day.

I popped into Postal Masters (under semi recent new ownership) a few doors down where the owner, Omar handled sending out my package quickly and efficiently way faster service then the post office would have been. My package shipping fee ended up being cheaper using FED EX ground then Priority mail an added bonus using Postal Masters to have an option. I have now also dropped off return packages a few times way easier and faster taking them to one place for all shipping needs.

I also thought the service was a good value for the level of work they provided. What I especially appreciated was that they worked with me to find a solution when my plans changed. At one point, I was considering storing my belongings at their warehouse for less than a week. Rather than simply taking the additional business, they told me it did not make sense to move everything from the original location into warehouse storage for such a short period because it would unnecessarily increase my costs. That advice was one of the reasons I ultimately decided to use PODS instead. My moving needs did change at the last minute, which made the overall move more expensive than I had originally planned, but that was because of the changing logistics, not because they were trying to increase the price. I really appreciated that they were focused on helping me find the most practical and cost-effective solution. I would absolutely recommend them.

Looks like I am not the only one, don't know if that makes me feel better or worse. When I called Karen was awesome and I was so excited for the service. Silly me. I have moved 10 times before this in as many years. This is BY FAR the worst experience I have had. I KNOW how long it takes to move my place. Not only did this take more than TWICE as long with allegedly a whole other person, they brought a fourth unauthorized guy. And still took more than half the time. One guy sat in the truck most of the time, I have pictures, the others didn't start on my kitchen until the end, had to wait for that....later to find out when I went back to the old apartment they hadn't even finished the whole kitchen ...ran over my allotted time at the building I was moving out of, at my cost. And then they ruined my couch. So I paid DOUBLE what I was expecting, which was already more than what was quoted cause I was adding a little buffer, but ended up tipping a whole additional person because I'm not a jerk. The guys were nice but inefficient. Kept saying this is what you get with a higher quality mover, but it was not even a better experience. They were wasteful with the amount of packing supplies they used, never presented or communicated the prices of the materials they were using, which I was told was included anyway but also others I never approved or asked for. Just popped it on me in the end. Oh and then they say "we are going to adjust your time by 15 min you'll see a refund on your card" and two and a half weeks later still waiting for it to even show pending at least. But you better believe the charge was instant. I was debating sharing my feedback but was so mad I finally emailed the company. But no one had even dignified me with not even an automated response, just silence. So I come here to do something I pretty much never do. But that's how annoyed I am. Sorry but would rather recommend. Cheap Movers, way better. I used last move were a thousand times better and a QUARTER of the price. I'm not even cheap but I hate being taken for a fool, and it turned out to be just that. That's what I get what I get for using hourly movers for the first time, never again. A slow work scam, exactly what I was worried about, but like an idiot I bought into the reassurances Karen gave me but they truly let her down. I hope she knows they're having her selling lies.

The owner Gustavo has an extensive background in moving services, working in a variety of positions at other companies. Now he brings that expertise to you in a full service shop. And it shows. He personally conducts a walkthrough at your home to assess your needs. In my experience, this is the most critical step because if they don't see your stuff first-hand, notoriously they never have the right materials or space come moving day. His quote comes within 24-hrs or less, and it's VERY reasonable. In fact, he was $1000 less than typical big name movers in the area. I'm not a huge fan of selecting someone solely on price though. But given the level of service, the quality of the team, his competitive price is just icing on the cake. Gustavo dropps off packing supplies to your home - what service does that?!!! And you should consider that into the cost of moving. I also paid his team to come back my valuables - kitchen, breakables, mirrors, paintings. The price he charged was so reasonable and worth every penny. I know my stuff is well protected. His packing team arrived the day prior to my move and worked efficiently. They know packing! Come moving day, his on-the-ground team was absolutely incredible. They were courteous and concerned about making sure things were wrapped and stored to my liking. I had some very expensive furniture that they worked hard to make sure it was secured properly so it wouldn't break during transport or once in storage. They're very hard workers, and even when we had some down time waiting, they offered to load up my car for me! And Gustavo checks in frequently to make sure you're happy as well. He came to the rescue when we needed a special tool to take apart my bed. I also used them for storage. If you're looking for long-term storage, definitely talk to them about their options as they can make them very competitive with public storage facilities and you can lock-in pricing. Plus, their insurance covers way more than what you get with external storage facilities. Moving is stressful. There's just no way around it. Save yourself the headache and anxiety and go with Move It All. Quality and communication is top notch. Prices are unbeatable.

They are efficient, reliable and they make sure that everything is in-tact as they move your stuff from and to your new place. They are very hard working and I trusted them with my stuff. I also recommended them to a friend of mine who is moving from NY to DC. Their prices are fair in comparison to other moving companies which were much higher as I recall. I'll be using them again whenever I move and highly recommend their services to anyone moving!
