I only been here once to get my clothes dry cleaned. But all my stuff came out nice and clean. Reasonable price and convenient for me since it's midway from Fremont to SJ so I can get it right after work on the way home. May come here to get a few things altered another time since they do that here too read more

I started going to Executive Cleaners because their hours were convenient for me (a lot of places close by 6, but EC closes at 7 in the evenings). They charge reasonable rates for dry cleaning, and can do basic alterations like hemming, taking waists in, etc. They also get my dry cleaning done on time or earlier, and I'm always satisfied with what I've gotten back so far. read more

For the most part, they do a good job at a reasonable price. They have damaged a shirt a few times, but were able to resolve each time. Since we live nearby, this is our go to dry cleaner. read more

I like the detail that is involved when they do hemming. My pants needed to be cropped a little so I decided on this place based on reviews. The lady was nice enough to give some tips on the proper length and even forced me to go back home and get the correct pair of shoes that I would wear with my pants so the length would be just right (I didn't mind since I live fairly nearby). I like that getting it done right the first time is a goal of theirs. I'd definitely go back here for my tailoring needs. read more

The staff is very friendly, attentive, and professional. The prices are actually quite good. Turn-time is good - I guess they could do as quick as you need, but even standard turn is pretty quick. The dry-cleaning itself met my expectations. Definitely my go-to dry-cleaner from now on. read more

I use Executive Cleaners through my workplace. I bring all my dry cleaning and alterations to work where Yen will pick up and drop off at my desk! I am very finicky about not having creases in my pants and do not like that harsh dry clean chemical smell. I've found that this establishment does not use the toxic chemicals and follows my instructions spot on! It takes about a week through my workplace, however I am sure if you drop off at the establishment you can get a quicker turnaround! The convenience of having this service provided at work is a wonderful time saver for me. Prices are average, service is great! read more

I've been doing bussiness here a few times. Best dry cleaning and alteration service I've had. They put a personal touch as if they are your friends. Great prices, speed, and quality are all there. read more

Awesome service and reasonable prices. My clothes were returned spotless and pressed. They also did a great job cleaning my comforters. I highly recommend! read more

Don't go here if you want your good clothes to stay good. My new clothes lost their colour from places and the person there said it was like this only. They don't even take responsibility, please be aware of this. Prices are low because they use cheap and harsh chemicals on the clothes. read more

Great service and prices. Had three pants shortened, and they replaced the button on one of the pants and didn't charge me. The ladies were very friendly as well. The length of the pants were perfect. Definitely coming here again for alterations, haven't tried the dry cleaning service yet. read more

I had two suits to clean and one futon cover. One of the suits had a white stain in the front and a coffee stain on the silk inside. The white stain was removed fine, the coffee stain inside is still visible after cleaning. Suits where $10 each, so a good price. However, I would have expected them to be really clean. The black futon cover had a huge water stain. When I picked it up I didn't check it right away to see if the stain was gone - should have done that. When I unwrapped the package at home I saw that the stain was still there. It looked like they brushed the stain a little bit and didn't do much more. Brought it back immediately. The lady at the cleaners was not too happy to see me again. With a sour expression she told me they had done everything they could but will try again. Got it back a couple of days later and this time I could see that they really cleaned the whole cover. I guess they put it in a washer the second time around. So conclusion: It was my first time trying out Executive Cleaners because they had great yelp reviews. However I'm not completely sure if I will go back - since they didn't do the job as expected. read more

I got my laundry and alterations done here, she did a good job with alterations. This place is special as she can clean Indian traditional clothing, especially saree's, just ask her for options. I would go here anytime... read more

Best cleaners in the area. Always treated with respect. Fair prices with exceptional service

I've been using this place for normal dry cleaning but this past week was the first time i took some pants here to get hemmed. I took 4 pairs: 3 dress pants and a pair of jeans. I had them already pinned to the length I wanted them and Kim measured the inseam before she took them. When I went to pick them up a few days later, I noticed one of my dress pants was not hemmed. You could still see the marks at the bottom of the pants where I stepped on them because they were slightly too long. Cindy helped me when I brought them back and she said her sister Kim did the hemming and said she would asked her. Cindy took the pants back for hemming but when I picked up the pants from Kim this morning, she kept insisting she hemmed it while I kept telling her it was the same length. I didn't want to make it into an argument since I didn't have to pay so I just thanked her and left. But I will likely try a new alteration and dry cleaning spot after this incident read more

She does a fantastic job with my shirts and always has a big smile for her customers. I would recommend to anyone that appreciates great work and great service!! read more

My husband has been visiting them for over 4 years now and so i decided to give it a try and will. So far we have had a very good experience with them. The stained clothes are cleaned well and delivered as per your preference (folded or hanged), with a timely delivery. The owner is very friendly and takes care of you personally. Do give it a try! read more

Ever since I accidentally shrunk my own clothes and my girl's $$ designer jeans, I decided not be lazy and get it dry cleaned. Had I known it was so affordable and ez, I wouldn't have had an earful from my girl. I found that it's cheaper to get my dry cleaning done here than do my own laundry and it was super convenient. They're like right off 880 Great Mall Pkwy @ Abel. Drop off my stuff on the way to work and they can even get it ready next day when I have my lunch @ Thanh Duoc. Super convenient. The other day, I kinda stepped on my girl's Jimmy Choos and thanks to Executive cleaners, I still have a girl friend to come home to. Yes, I know I'm a clutz, but they fixed the heel and polish it up nice. My girl spoil me with nice things like True religion and stuff, and she gives me gripe about rolling up my jeans. So I had it hemmed and fitted perfectly to my boots. Amazing how they can make it look just like the original lines. Thanks again Executive Cleaners, I don't have to look like I'm wearing skinny jeans no more! read more

great job hemming jeans, she did great slimming down some dress pants all for a great price, i also had a blazer trimmed down but i wasn't too impressed with that, her work was great but but i dont think this is her specialty. i will be going back for sure with shirts and pants read more

This place is great! The staff are very nice and friendly. Good price. I took my boyfriend's suit here and it was like $10.

Okay, so back to 2 stars. This is not how one should do business if they want to keep someone as a client, in my opinion. They contacted me after a few weeks saying that they only wanted to reimburse me for half of the drycleaning cost which was quite considerable. I wanted the whole amount back because I paid for something done wrong. They said half because they had recleaned the items. So the items had been cleaned twice and I had paid once. I didn't ask them to reclean the items. They did that trying to fix what was clearly ruined. All I know is they kept saying they would fix it. And they decided to reclean. And now I'm being held accountable for a second cleaning I did not ask for. I said I would really only be happy with my money back for the clean. The lady said she would talk to her sister who handles these things. I have not heard back and that was weeks ago. I throw my hands up on this one. I was a reasonable customer. read more

Terrible service! It took us three tries to pick up our queen-sized comforter that wasn't even stained. They told us to go back on the next Friday from drop-off then said the next Monday which wasn't even ready! Then, had to go back again on Tuesday! A total of two weeks wait! read more

I use this cleaners about twice a month for over a year now and love it. Friendly service and great prices. I've had on a couple occasions needed next day pickup and never had an issue. And they don't charge you extra for that. Clothes are always on time and nicely pressed. I've had some pants and a jacket altered too and those fitted great after. read more

I am in love! When I first read all the good reviews I thought "This can't be! There must be something wrong" but I haven't found a thing wrong with this place. Yen is the most adorable person and I believe the elderly lady is her mother? Anyways, she is also adorable. The place is super clean and organized, the price is reasonable and timing is not next day but fast enough. Yen is very nice and professional. I think it's worth the drive, worth the wait and worth the price. read more

I only stop by here because it was close to work and my home. However I find myself coming back after i moved because the people here are nice and they have done great work cleaning my suits at a fast pace and affordable manner. I've tired other places but they were not as good and are a bit more pricey. Best quality for your pay! read more

I've had my shoes repaired many times, but found out they no longer repair shoes...too bad.

I brought in a jacket for dry cleaning but forget to mention that the left pocket was ripped inside. When I picked up my jacket, the pocket was repaired. They didn't even charged me for it. With their personal touch, I am very satisfied customer and I would definitely recommend others. read more

I have used this service several times and has always been on par. I will recommend going hear again. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you out. read more

I came in with raw denim jeans that needed to be dry cleaned and a Guess bomber jacket that had a large tear on the inside. It was 12$ to repair the jacket and 4$ to dry clean the pair of jeans. Overall I'm satisfied with the work she did on both articles of clothing. My jeans look great and I can wear my jacket again. Hopefully the repairs in the jacket hold up, but otherwise I will probably come back if I need anything else fixed or dry cleaned. read more

I went here with a leather jacket that was pretty much ruined after the first time I'd ever worn it because I spilled milk on it, and they made it as good as new after about a week and $40. I was so very pleased. Apparently, they've done Indian clothes before, too, so there's something I need to go back for. read more

I have been looking for a good cleaner for a while. We tried this one based on fellow Yelper recommendations. The pros - it is cheap, quick and you'll get your stuff back clean. Cons - if you're looking for a cleaner that knows how to press formal clothes, go elsewhere. All my dress shirts came back with mashed collars. In some cases the top button was even folded over and mashed down. Collars were mashed along lines outside of the collar folds. We have tried a couple in Milpitas and both have this problem. So, we're still looking for a good cleaner. If you want your dress shirts properly pressed, I would look elsewhere. Their prices are really fair and they probably do a fine job on other (less challenging?) clothing. read more

I've been this place several times and am finally getting around writing a review about them; shame on me. The service is excellent and recieved my clothes in prestine condition. I am very particular about my clothes and not once did they disappoint me. I even had some alternations done with them and their attention to detail was very good. Their price is also very fair. They are not the cheapest but I rather pay a bit more to recieve my clothes done right the first time. They have my business going forward. read more

I have had my suits dry cleaned here on a regular basis for $10 each. The people working here are nice and get the job done.

Great service, & good prices. Very friendly staff. Does alterations. Highly recommend.

Had the most awful experience. Gave my pants for alteration. Paid a good $12 for it. Took it back after noticing that the alteration was not done right. She charged me $12 again claiming she found no record of the alteration. She didn't even believe after I showed her the charge on credit card. Got my pants and then disputed the second charge so she never saw a dime of the second charge anyways read more

I don't usually trust people to alter my clothes but I have been going to Kim and I am very satisfied with her work. she has not let me down and has always finished the alterations on time. I remember when I needed a last minute alteration and she stayed late just so she can work on it! She didn't even charge me extra! She is very friendly and the service is great! (: read more

Recently I accidentally spilled half my coffee cup onto front of my brand new white shirt and was ready to throw it out when one of my friends told me about Executive Cleaners. In the past when this happened to me, my former dry cleaners was not able to fully remove the stain so I was a little skeptical that any place could. Since my friend recommended this place I figured it was worth a shot. When I got the shirt back there was no trace of any coffee stains whatsoever. I'm actually pretty shocked and wish I had taken a picture of how bad the stain was. In addition, the customer service was excellent and my shirt cleaned quickly. If you are looking for a dry cleaners I highly recommend going to Executive Cleaners. read more

A fabulous business that provides exceptional service. I would extremely recommend this dry-cleaning store to anyone who needs any cleaning or alterations in their clothing. This business has surpassed much of my expectations. My past experience with other dry-cleaning businesses have not been so great. But, executive cleaners has done an excellent job. The staff is also friendly and the store is conveniently located. read more

I brought in some pants to get hemmed. The lady who did the measurements was super-nice, and they could have it ready within a few days, and it was pretty cheap ($8 per pair). BUT when I picked them up, on every pair of pants were white pencil marks, both in dotted lines on the bottom AND in smudges on the thigh/calf of the pants, and in the pairs that aren't dry-clean-only, the smudges have not come off after I washed them. And worse yet, the pants were hemmed crookedly! Two of the pair are shorter in the front than the back, and another is shorter on the inside than the outside. It really isn't difficult to hem pants straight, is it?! read more

Think twice before you bring your dry cleaning to Executive Cleaners. I brought an expensive jacket to get dry cleaned here and it came back damaged. Two metal caps that were attached to the bottom of the drawstrings on my jacket were completely ripped off. When I brought it to the owner's attention, she was not apologetic and did not offer to do anything about it. Like most dry cleaning places, they send their clothes out to a third party. I stood there when they called their dry cleaning place, who informed them that metal caps that are attached to drawstrings on jackets should be covered prior to sending it over for dry cleaning. Obviously this business did not do that and do not take great care of your clothes. Although prices are reasonable, you definitely pay for what you get. Stay away from this place if you can. There are plenty of dry cleaning places around that will provide better customer service that you can trust with your clothes. read more
