This company was contracted by my insurance to box up and relocate as well as replace my home's entire contents so that repairs could be done following a kitchen flood that affected the flooring and walls all throughout the house. The staff was extremely professional, timely and especially caring about my belongings. I watched them meticulously box up my items, securely and safely, not sparing any packing paper! I ended up unboxing much of our belongings due to technicalities with the timing of the other contractors and by doing so I was able to see how detailed and well labeled all of our items were . They took things out of boxes and containers and put it in clear plastic trash bags and tossed it in a corner, many broken items. Stay way from this company . They also store your contents in metal storage containers on site to save the insurance money . Furniture does not do well in extreme environments. This company is the worst for communication with their clients. When there is a problem they avoid any communication and do not return phone calls. The contract we signed was to have all of our house hold boxed up and stored in Climate controlled conditions which was billed at a higher rate than just general storage. The problem is, that after being in storage for 6 months they came to put the contents back in our house. When unpacking the materials it was obvious that the contents were not stored in the climate controlled space that was requested. When we confronted the salesman on it he admitted that it wasn't stored the way we were quoted and basically blamed it on the warehouse staff. I asked for his boss Jose to call me back and a day and a half later he still has not returned the call. When I called the office to talk to him, he would not come to the phone. I let them know a month before when I needed the contents brought back to the house which was to include our player piano which was being stored by another company they partner with. They didn't even call that company to schedule until 3 days ago. Of the product they did deliver, we have items that are still missing and have not heard from them as to where those items are. Do yourselves a favor and Stay away from these guys. Just horrible!!! read more
