Plumber came…read moreout and fixed the issue very easily but recommended we reach out to a restoration company so they could inspect for water damage since we weren't sure if there had been any pooling in the ceiling or anything. He recommended Clear Coast Restoration. It was another week or so before we called them and they said they could come out the following Saturday. It had been a very slow dripping leak so we weren't too worried but they called back a couple days later asking if they could come later in the evening the next day to make sure there wasn't any major damage. Dillan (sp?) drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga on a Monday night at 6pm to come and check this out! We live in Rancho Santa Margarita and despite the similar name, they are NO WHERE NEAR EACH OTHER! He was so kind and tested for moisture both upstairs and downstairs and even answered some questions I had about a creaky, warped floor. He had an ugly commute to our house and then drove all the way home for NO business! He was so kind and I felt so bad for having him drive all the way out here, only to find everything was totally dry! If we ever have a leak or restoration work that needs to be done, we know who we're calling. If they put this much effort into a possible job, I can only imagine the quality of their customer care when it's a real test of their craftsmanship. Thank you for driving all the way out to us and taking the time to inspect our (non) issue!

We unexpectedly came across Safe Restoration in the middle of the night when due to negligence, our…read morecontractor flooded our home. Anthony showed up late at night and did a thorough inspection along with detailed documentation and took photos of everything. He immediately got to work and made sure that all affected areas were properly contained and began the removal and drying process right away, working well into the late night/early morning. He returned again the next day with his partner Albert to finish anything that was left and to treat the areas to prevent any future mold growth. They brought additional drying equipment and made sure to double check that all areas were thoroughly tested and checked and that nothing was missed. They kept me updated on the entire process and everything they did, including sending me all photos. When the drying process was complete, they did a thorough inspection to ensure everything was fully dry and made sure they tested everything not only visually but with moisture readers and radars as well. Unfortunately, due to additional negligence by our contractor, we had another major water leak that caused even more extensive damage. Albert and Anthony rushed over to once again to take care of the entire process and left me feeling reassured that everything would turn out okay. We had to use them one final time after yet another careless negligent act by our contractor and Anthony came out right away to address the situation and take care of the damage. I couldn't be happier with the fact that it was Anthony and Albert from Safe Restoration who took care of our property. Although we would have preferred to not have experienced this ordeal to begin with, we are so glad that they were able to come to our rescue and save our home. We can't thank them enough for their knowledge, expertise, workmanship, and professionalism, they deserve more than 5 stars!
