They first came to remove the wood flooring and the ceiling drywall and did the drying. Their service was terrible. They damaged the adjacent tile when removing the wood flooring, but they did not let me know. Instead they hid it with a piece of tape over it. It's such a dishonest company. Before I knew the tile damage they caused, I asked them to schedule the drywall and flooring repair, they never responded. Later when I was getting prepared to have the flooring installed (not by them, of course), I removed the tape and found the damage. They also caused damage to the ceiling when removing the drywall. When I talked to them thereafter, they refused to admit that they caused the damages. I did not use them to do any of the remaining services, because I was afraid they would cause more damage to my house and they, who knows, would probably cause my house to collapse if I let them do anything more. My recommendation: Never use them .
