For years, as an insurance agent, I have heard glowing reviews about this particular ServPro location from my customers who had used them during their claims process. Two weeks ago I found myself and my family in need of their services when a pipe burst and water began to back up and flood half of our home. I called Abbey and she was calming, reassuring and most importantly fast! She had a truck and a crew at my house immediately. Throughout the entire claims process her team was professional and the communication was great. I couldn't possibly be more satisfied with the way Abbey and her team at ServPro took care of my family and our home. We are very grateful! I have always highly recommended Abbey and her team, but now that I have experienced her excellent service first hand, you can be sure that is only going to increase even more moving forward!! Thank you so much!

Servpro Upland:…read more Started off with the Monrovia franchise, which seemed very on top of things, but was transferred to the Upland franchise for Eaton fire remediation. They did not seem as professional, but they were responsive at least, even calling me specifically last week to say they were hiring weekend crews and was I open on the 1st (I wasn't) or the 8th (I was), both Saturdays in February. When Servpro didn't show today and I called to ask why, the office manager (Abbey Khoury) said that they don't work weekends. So then I asked why she had called last week to make the offer of service on a Saturday. She said she had no recollection of the conversation (and since it was a call, I have no proof of what was said). So back to square one for cleaning and remediation from the Eaton fire! Servpro Upland has tarnished the Servpro brand for me, for sure!

WARNING SERVE PRO CLIENTS: If you are thinking about hiring this company. DO NOT…read moreSERVE PRO: Fontana, Corona, San Jacinto, Idyllwild, Lakeview DO NOT use this company for any type of reconstruction services. You have been warned. Their sweet talk and positivity in the beginning is class act, however once you sign the contract and they have you under contract it goes downhill from there. This company and its construction crews and office administrators are the worst to work with. The construction crews are deficient in their abilities. Example, they send a painter to do wood framing and baseboards. He had no idea how to cut angles or measure properly. He installed doors on the wrong side of the casing having to redo and fill in cutouts for hinges. The gaps in the trim boards around the doors were enormous. I had to call in the project manager and have him redo them, as you will see in the videos I have attached. The trim was not secured properly they were trying to fill gaps in with Silicone and paint. The doors did not close properly, the drawers in the cabinets had to be redone because they would not close. I had to research and find the correct stain for my baseboards because they couldn't figure it out. When installing baseboards they just placed them against the wall and nailed them, leaving gaps due to the length of the board which was too long. I had them redo those also. There are numerous other issues that I could list that needed to be addressed but the list would be too long. When you talk to the project manager he makes nothing but excuses and continued to try and make it my fault ( the customer) All I wanted was for it to be done right. You see the commercials for Serve Pro and it says "LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED" what a joke. When I tried to work with them they just took advantage of my kindness and delayed the job for a month at one point before I finally had enough and fired the crew and got someone else in there to complete th job. The new construction company finished it in 4 days. I was waiting for Serve Pro to complete it for over a month. The entire reconstruction of the kitchen took 6 months due to the delays they caused. The Serve Pro office staff could just tell me they won't negotiate an there is nothing they can do. So once again DO NOT HIRE ANY SERVE PRO COMPANY unless you want nothing but headaches throughout your project. I was unable to download video or photos stating files to large. JUST HEED THE WARNING. GOOD LUCK
