Wonderful service and very friendly and attentive staff. They were quick to taking orders and dropping by to serve the food. Wait time is so minimal. Guests are quiet and polite, everyone was smiling and happy including staff. A few things I didn't like was that they had a drinking water dispenser with cups on the side by a window by the front door, but there was no ice in the water dispenser container. The water was sitting by the sun, so it was very warm. It was a very hot morning, so I would have enjoyed ice cold water. A side of scrambled eggs were also $5.00 and I didn't think it tasted that great. Regardless, thank you for such a nice breakfast! I will definitely come back because I enjoyed the vibes here. Line out the door, Everyday eatery caught my attention and I was not disappointed! The staff are so friendly and accommodating before and after you get your food! You'll have to order at the register first, take your number, and then find a table inside or outside. We brought our cat with us and staff were very nice coming by to say hi! I was in a sweet breakfast mood today so I went with one of their signatures: lemon ricotta hotcakes. There was a disclaimer on the menu that it takes a bit longer to cook, but it came out at the same time as my friends, who didn't order it, so don't be too worried. The amount of lemon in the batter was just the right amount. It was enough to know there was lemon but not too much to overpower the dish. The ricotta made the batter more fluffy, moist, and light enough that I could finish the whole plate without feeling stuffed. It comes topped with honeycomb butter, but I honestly think the pancakes are sweet enough without it. I added a bit of maple syrup with some of my bites which made it just right. We came on a Friday during lunch, so there was hardly a wait and we were able to easily find a table outside. It's interesting that you have to pay first, though, and then find a seat. read more

Found this place on yelp after I was in the area and craving breakfast food. Surprisingly, the line wasn't too long yet on a Saturday at 9am when I arrived, but there was plenty of people already enjoying their food. The store itself was very nice and clean. There's limited seating inside, but plenty of outdoor seating for you to enjoy the nice SoCal weather. The line went pretty fast, and my food came out actually relatively quickly for how busy it was. The staff themselves were all really friendly and really attentive. I ordered the lemon ricotta hotcakes which were really good. A little on the sweet side, but nothing too overwhelming especially if you like sweeter breakfast foods. But the butter that comes on top top really made the dish stand out. Plus the presentation was really on point. I also ordered the iced matcha strawberry drink which I also thought was pretty good if you're a fan of matcha and strawberry. I love this place! It's giving health conscious foods with gorgeous presentation. I came here to catch up with a girlfriend, and am so glad we chose this place. This spot operates as a order at the front, pay, find a seat, and they'll bring it out to you. I got the nourish bowl, which was vegan and it came with kale, red onions, sunflower seeds, avocado, cabbage, carrots, edamame, brown rice, and a tahini dressing. The bowl was about medium sized, and it was super filling and delicious. My friend got a the French toast and mentioned it wasn't too overly sweet. They have some indoor seating, but on a busy morning weekend, you could also sit in the outdoor shared area. They're located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Ever decided to drop by a random place to grab a quick sandwich then a day later you're craving their food again. For me this place was it. Drop by for a cup of coffee and was hungry so decided to also order the turkey pesto. Probably one of the best decisions made that day. If ever wonder to what a Great sandwich try this one. I've loved Everyday Eatery for a long time but my most recent visit was unfortunately lacking. Their avocado toast is so pretty but I ordered takeout recently and the toast was very burnt. I took a photo and thought it was only the crust that was all black but it turns out the whole piece was burnt so it was inedible. The chicken and avocado salad was also very lacking in the toppings and didn't look like the photo on their website at all. Went here on a Saturday at 11:30 and it was packed! The line was out the door, but it went by quickly. They had a lot of seating inside the eatery and outside. It was about $35 for the two dishes featured. The breakfast burrito was awesome! I got it with turkey sausage and it worked well with the potatoes, cheese, and sauce. The ricotta hotcakes were pretty tasty. It was not too sweet and the berries were fresh. It was good, but I would probably try something else next time. We are big fans and visitors if Everyday Eatery but we have had two instances in our last visits (within 2 weeks) where additions we have paid for have not been included in our meal. In one visit we ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon and paid extra to add turkey sausage, we even ordered a side of sausage because last time there was no sausage in our burrito. On another visit , there was no bacon whatsoever even though we ordered a sausage burrito and added sausage. We spent $30 on a burrito and additions only for things to be missing both times where there was no sausage and barely any bacon. We really love Everyday and love to support small businesses (as you can see we visit often), but the consistency has been lacking. We even reached out over email since their email is on the website but never heard back. read more

I ordered The Essentials, a classic combo of eggs, bacon or sausage, and your choice of salad or toast. I went with sunny side up eggs (because runny yolk = happiness), crispy bacon , and a side salad for something a little lighter. As a little treat, I added on their French Toast , and it was 100% worth it. What originally drew me in was their drink menu, as I spotted matcha latte on there and had to give it a try. My friend suggested their iced strawberry matcha latte , and it seriously impressed me. Made with real strawberry purée, it had the perfect balance of earthy and sweet. The place was popping with a steady line, but seating (both indoor and outdoor) was plentiful, and the service was quick and super friendly. I am updating a review to highlight one of the associates at the location named Emily. She makes beautiful latte art, is incredibly warm and kind, and when she is the one making my lattes, it turns out delicious. She is always welcoming and patient. My favorite latte at this location is the hot, maple latte with oatmilk. My usual go to drink anywhere is a hot, vanilla latte but it hasn't been good here the last time I tried from a while back. However, I may have to go back and try the vanilla latte again from this place. Despite how busy this place gets, it's always clean and efficient. I often use the online ordering system which helps when I'm on a time crunch. This is quite a good place for lattes in Irvine. read more

With a limited, but delicious drink selection and a healthy breakfast/brunch menu, Everyday Eatery has the core morning favorites down solid. Caffeine? We had the rose cardamon latte, which we ordered because it sounded unique and exciting. And it was so nicely balanced with the rose flavor not overwhelming the drink and the cardamon adding a nice earthy dimension. They are also very accommodating with their caffeinated drinks, providing non-dairy options and decaf as well (a huge plus for us caffeine-sensitive and lactose intolerant folks). Savory bites? Their breakfast burrito looks unassuming, but it's packed with flavor, gooey with cheese, whipped in with fluffy eggs, and the bacon in my burrito was nice and crispy. The salsa was perfectly acidic and not too spicy. Hearty and delicious, the burrito was a winner. Sweet bites? The riccota lemon pancakes were lovely. With soft and thinner texture, the pancakes don't taste cheesy or too lemony, but boy was it tasty.
