I got these done a while ago and it took them 6 hours to complete this full set. Not only that but they over filed my natural nails to the point it started burning and i told the nail tech and she just said sorry and CONTINUED to file the nail. She went on to apply the acrylic super thick and at that point i just wanted her to finish so i could leave. I didn't have the nails on for more than a week. I could not take how heavy the nails were and how painful they were. I've had nails this length before and have never had a problem with them being too heavy. But because of how over filed my nails were my fingers were literally in so much pain. After a couple days the redness of my nail beds turned to bruises. Would not recommend this place. read more

I've been getting my nails slayed by Haley for months now! She is the absolute best! She is so kind and we always chat about life. She's also unbelievably talented! I always ask her to do the most and she goes above and beyond. I'm extra when it comes to my nails and the design she does for me is the greatest! I am always complimented on my nails! Honestly, their pictures are VERY deceiving. Only go here if you have 4-5 hours to waste. I felt like I had a very simple design. The lady who did my nails took TWO hours just to file the acrylic. Then an hour to paint. My toe nails aren't much better . After someone overhearing me tell my girlfriend how upset I was someone came and offered to fix them. But who wants to do that when they've already been there for 4 hours. The nails were $80 and my pedi was $75. Definitely my first and last time going there. I've attached photos of what I asked for vs what I got. I also attached a picture of my toes. This is just beyond unacceptable & I hope the owner of the salon sees this. Just started getting my lashes done here too and they put my old lashes to shame. i get my nails done by either Jay or Rachel and my lashes done by Jennifer but everyone who works here is so talented and amazing it's worth every dollar, you're paying for quality and you won't be disappointed. never thought i'd spend so much on my nails but it's hard not to when they come out looking better than the nails i see celebrities with. i've also never gotten so many compliments before for both my nails and lashes. 11/10 recommend!!! read more

First appointment I scheduled at 10am and the nail tech didn't show up til 10:30. No apology and my nails took forever. They was nice, but I had to rush out of there to make my son appointment. Second time, which I shouldn't have done. So my nail broke and I decided to give the lady another chance. Message her on Instagram told her what happened. She said come in on Friday 10am again( I should of known better) this time she never showed up. Another worker called her and she said she had something with her daughter. It would of been nice to get a heads up, as I was coming from Puyallup. Another lady tried to fix my nails but I ended up soaking them off. It was ugly. You know if it was the other way around, I would of been charged for being late or not showing up. I'll find another shop closer to my home. Long story short, don't waste your time. read more

Every time I get my nails done here they get damaged and I always end up with ring of fire. I've experienced this with other salons and I thought this salon would be different, but I guess not. I don't think they're qualified to be using a nail drill if I always end up with damaged nails. The last time I got my nails done here was in May (green french tips). I really liked my nails, but I don't think it's worth getting my nails damaged every time. Also, when I reserve with a certain person, I always end up with someone else. I don't think there's a point in reserving with a certain person if you're just gonna have someone else work on my nails. As you can see from the photos, their quality is not consistent. Those are from three different nails techs. I've seen their work and what they're capable of, but that did not show up on my nails (colorful french tips and blue nails). I had asked the nail tech to shorten my nails and thin them and she assured me they will be a lot shorter once she shaped and files them. She was finally done with my nails and I had rush off to make my flight. I was very dissatisfied with my nails as they were extremely long, thick and had many bubbles in the shellac. They were so thick I barely had any feeling in my finger tips couldn't even feel my scalp when touching my hair. The shape was uneven and looked like some weren't even filed. I tried calling the salon no answer even text the nail tech who text me the day of my appointment Snd still no response. I ended up having to go to a different nail shop so they can fix what EV nails had done and even they asked if it was a First time nail tech who did my nails. I will never go back to this place for services! I figured my nails would look the best they ever have based on how much time was spent there and the price. I got dip and a regular pedicure. The two ladies did do a great job! However they and everyone else seemed confused as to how much my services were going to be at the end. I should have asked instead of assume the cost to begin with. I didn't see any price list anywhere so maybe each tech is different? I got dip on my real nails ( no manicure) and a standard pedicure and that came out to $90. Where other places would have charged me $60. Do not, I repeat. Do not come here. I've been coming since the nail studio was in a home. They were great until Jay and Rachel left. I've had my appointments that I book months in advanced cancelled literally the last min and those that know, the good techs are booked out in advance. The last 4 times I've had my appointment cancelled for unknown reasons without them offering to rebook. I decided to give one last try and have my appointment cancelled THREE times in one week. I'm not sure how that even happened, but whatever. When it's finally time for my rescheduled appointment with AYN, she has me sitting there for an hour, then tells me she can't do my nails. They then take off 6 of my nails and leave me sitting there for another 30 mins before taking the other 4 off. I had to ASK for them to be removed. It's unfortunate cause the owner is super nice, but the employees that work there now do not care about the customers at all. They're great if you can get them to do your nails on time and without a cancellation. read more

I had an appointment at 10 o'clock in the morning I walked in I didn't get seen for about 20 minutes, which is nothing new, but on the website it says a full set with gel polish one color only takes 60 minutes, so tell me why my full set gel polish one color took two hours?? not only was I late for work because they took an extra hour than it was supposed to, but my nails weren't even fully done. When I can look straight on at my nails and still see the tip of my fake nail unpainted, it's not all right. also wrong shape. I asked for a coffin shape and my nails look more like squares. and not only is it the tip of my fake nail not painted, but there are the sides of my nails that are have finished and have nail polish on them. the lady doing my nails, kept getting distracted as in getting up talking to her other coworkers. and talking to other clients and not pay attention to doing my nails. One more thing. The acrylic on top of the actual fake nail is thick and bulky. It just doesn't look good. read more

If I could give them less than zero stars I would.. got my eyelashes done and while she was doing them my eye was burning when I pointed it out she said it's normal and I believed since it was my very first time getting my eyelashes done after I got home I realized my eye is very infected and red I couldn't go back since my flight was in an hour so I called them and they told me to use eye drops and apologized I thought maybe it'll get better over night instead my eye was getting worse my eye was infected and hurting for days when I came back from my trip I went straight to the studio and told them to take them off. They told me to come back next day coz they were busy coz of family emergency I had to go out of state again next day and couldn't make it when I come back I called them and ask to reschedule that's when they tell me they can't reschedule me ever again coz I missed my appointment already clearly they just don't want me in the salon again they knew what they did to my eye and that the girl who did my lashes wasn't professional at all the manager hung up on me while I was talking I called back and told him how I could've took legal action for they did to my eye I just want the eyelashes off and I'm willing to let it go it's only been a week and the lashes are hanging half way taking my real lashes off along with them.. he said it's not their responsibility anymore and that they have insurance so I can do whatever I want. I was greeted and told to have a seat and as I was sitting down 4 people that walked into the door were taken by different nail technicians and I was there to wait for two hour. I set an appointment online after seeing some of their work on IG. When it comes to the actual talent and artistry they get a 5/5. My first set was with Trinity, really appreciate how meticulous she was from the preparation of my nail beds to putting the finishing touches on the nails. To be frank their customer service skills are abysmal. Both of my confirmed appointments the nail techs were late. Yesterday I set an appointment w/ Laurel for a fill (11:30-2:30) and lashes (2:30-4:30)...I was on time told to sign in and just sat and waited for 45 minutes....no communication as to what's going on. Finally she starts my nails at 12:20 without even acknowledging she was running over an hour late with the client before me let alone "hi....how you doin". We were actually texting earlier that day about my design so she could've very easily sent me a text letting me know she's behind schedule but to not even bring it up?! Then of course she's unable to finish by 2:30 so we pause to have another girl do my lashes (very nice btw) then I get set back down...no one is communicating anything....20 minutes go by so finally I asked what was going on and I wasn't going to continue to wait because my tech was late. About 5 minutes later the manager (I presume) finished me up. Like I said....the talent is there but to not acknowledge a 45 minute wait is simply unprofessional and straight up rude. I'm driving all the way from Queen Anne and I have no problem doing so because I'm THAT particular about my nails. But I'm buying, not begging! So the "professionals" should act accordingly. Incredibly disappointed. Manicurist did a mediocre job on a shellac manicure I received (at best). I took a photo with me of what I wanted my nails to look like, was told it could be done, but the final result wasn't even close. The picture looked professional. My nails looked like a 12 year old painted them. Looking at them 2 days later you'd have thought I painted my own with $1 store polish and was due for a polish change the way the polish started to fade and lift around the edges. Didn't last long at all for $60. I also got a quick pedicure (another $40) and now have athlete's foot on BOTH of my feet. So disgusting. The salon looks nice on the inside but my nails didn't turn out well and turns out this place doesn't practice good hygeine and is not very clean. Find another place to get your nails done.
