This is my comeback to Yelp, so this review has to be the bomb diggity: I've been on this headache inducing binge of home decor/furniture shopping! Eek! This is worse than having your kidney removed while sitll awake...so many options, and so pricey....AND in comes my new found LOVE EURWAY.COM.... Not only do they have the BEST designs for home decor and furniture but EXTREMELY Moderately priced for peeps like me who have to sell a pint of blood for every new piece of furniture that comes through my door.... They have super modern chic items like the Haiku bedframe which anywhere else will run you a cool 3g's but my homies at Eurway give it to ya for a mere $869...the Herman miller Eames collection that I drool over in fancy designer Mags they have almost identical ones for $191...and if you guys catch the deal like I did there is an extra 25% off going on now!!!! I ordered a coffe table shipping took a little longer than expected but they were great at communicating and udating me with the process until my order arrived. My husband complained a bit at putting it togeter but he did a great job and Coffee table looks great !!! Nice quality. read more

Got some stuff from Eurway 10 years ago, and of the back of good experience, decided to order bunch of furniture from them. Here is the the sad story and the timeline.Please keep in mind that I needed to furnish the apt byJuly 4th ... - June 9 - placed the order, including white glove delivery. The sales rep said that selected items should be in stock, if not he would let me know ... - On June 26th after not hearing back called Eurway to find out that one item is on backorder, and that nothing was shipped... no explanation. Decided to ship 2 items and wait for the 3rd. - June 30th my stuff gets delivered to assembler according to website (Long Island, NY) - July 6th Called assembler myself (after not hearing back from anyone) who tells me that they travel very INFREQUENTLY to my area (Jersey City, NJ) and that I need to be home in the middle of the day the next day ... I work our the schedule to make sure someone is around, leave a message for the delivery guys ... no show... no calls - July 15th, called Eurway and told them that 1) I want retributions for not caring 2) have the stuff delivered by the end of the week. They give me 10% discount, assembler calls and gives 3 hr window on July 17th - July 17th. Assembler did not show, and did not call ..Called Eurway, yelled and cancelled the order. Short summary: wasted 6 weeks, called 7 times to push every little thing myself, had people take 2 days off to deal with the delivery company ... stay away from these unprofessional morons ... read more

Hate going all the way to Frisco's IKEA to never find parking? ...And then to get trampled by 30,000 moms trying to give their country homes some style? Try Eurway, a smaller more unique version of the home furnishing giant IKEA. Some of the stuff here is kinda extreme though and would probably never find a place in my house. Worth checking out. I have furnished three houses with items from Eurway and each time that I go back, it seems as though I use them less and less. As each year went by, the service got worse and it just felt like shark infested waters. Why buy from there when their salespeople just want your money and don't care about your furnishing needs? Also, no reason to buy furniture that is becoming less and less inspiring over the years. I don't see modern nor contemporary in any of their offerings. I love eye candy and it seems as though my sweettooth doesn't belong at this place anymore. Eurway opened up another location next to Ikea in Frisco. This one is worse than the one in Dallas. If you do a little research, you can find the same furniture elsewhere and not necessarily from IKEA either. I have seen almost the exact builds at certain bulk furniture stores plus or minus some hardware. I am a bit surprised this company doesn't honor a repeat customer in any way. I am not talking about freebies or even discounts but just simple appreciation for business. With their constant sales of 20%-25% off, I am sure they are feeling the competition from everywhere else. read more

This place is full of cheap furniture that is trying to be modern. Think "80's loft" and there you go. Lot's of metal and black lacquer. I cannot imagine anyone actually making a room come together using anything from this store. Very cheap quality, lots of veneer and tubular metal. No thanks, I'll pass. Ordering from Eurway was the worst furniture shopping experience of my life. I cannot stress to all of you to NOT waste your money on this company. The pieces came scratched and filthy. A simple entertainment center took six EXCORIATING hours to put together because their directions are absolutely terrible. Unless you are a carpenter or handyman, DO NOT expect the build-it-yourself process to be easy. IKEA's directions are easy to understand and follow. Eurway's directions were missing steps and pieces. So frustrating... I would have rather put my electronics on a cardbox box than spend the six hours assembling the piece. Also, I scheduled to have them deliver my item on a weekday (while I'm at work). Mid-day, I get a call from the truck driver saying he is by himself and needs me to LEAVE WORK to come help him since the product was 140 lbs. I had to have one of my friends run over to help him. Why would they only send one guy when they know the product is a bulky item? I cannot stress this enough -- avoid this company. Nothing about being their customer has been enjoyable or easy. I suggest you buy ANYWHERE else. read more

Bad quality. Warranty not honored I bought a sectional in 2007 and in 2008 I started seeing some defects on the corner pieces. Those defects started to get worse and worse and now there's a piece of something hard, wood or something, coming out right where you sit. You can even feel the nails. In 2010 I called Eurway to get them to fix it because it was obvious this was a manufacturer's defect. Well, they sent me back to the manufacturer! Of course, after calling the manufacturer (Klote International), they gave me the run around, just as Eurway did. So, at this point they are both either giving me the run-around or ignoring me. Husband purchased a desk, file cabinet & bookcase. Price was great and quality was even better. Also the 2 gentlemen that delivered and set up the items were VERY courteous, professional, took time not to bang into walls and simply nice! Do your self a favor and DO NOT order from here. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a designer who works with a lot of different vendors and I have to say this is the absolute WORST vendor I have ever ordered from. The customer service is horrible, I had multiple people lie to me and then try to blame the shippers as if it was their fault. I still am waiting for my refund! read more

I am so pissed off. I spent $1,400 on 4 bar stools. My order was supposed to arrive within a week of ordering them. I soon receive an email saying my stools were out of stock and would ship out to me within 10 days. The email I received said that if anything were to delay my order, I would receive notification. 10 days after that I still receive no stools. I call customer service and my stools just arrived in their warehouse. It's now day 22 after placing my order, and I still won't receive them for another 5 days. I asked the customer service person to please expedite the shipping of the stools to me and she refused saying the warehouse was in California and so was I so there is no way to expedite it. Wow genius, do you realize your warehouse is on the opposite side of the state that I'm in and there absolutely IS a way to expedite my shipment. The fact that she refused, even though I have patiently waited for my order for almost a MONTH is disputable. They FAILED to give me proper expectations regarding my order, they FAILED to notify me that my order would be delayed, yet again, and then they FAILED to make it right by getting my order to me faster. Whoa David V - kind of crazy to post someone's email address for all to see. Also, if you paid attention to warranties - you would see that the warranty comes from the manufacturer, not the seller - thus Eurway isn't liable at all to replace your 4 year old sofa....that quite frankly looks like you dropped it based on the pictures I saw. If you noticed a "problem" when it was delivered, why didn't you say something then? I had a bed delivered that had a tiny issue, and they resent me one immediately. I noticed it on delivery though and before signing that piece of paper that said everything was OK, I had them replace it. If I had signed that paper, I would have to live with the issue on the bed. From where I sit, you seem to be at fault here, and instead of owning up - you're blaming someone else. I think it's pretty cool actually that they were willing to help you take it to a furniture repairer. read more
