When we went to the store we were greeted by Tom Doane the owner. He then asked us a few basic questions about what the requirement of the office space was and how big was the room etc. He then started designing the office space using this amazing furniture vizualization software, allowing us to look at exactly how the furniture will look in the room. This tremendously helped us! Tom also very patiently designed multiple options before we finalized which option we wanted. The furniture was delivered in a timely manner and assembled very well. I would definitely recommend going to this store and checking it out if you are shopping for some office furniture!

I've watched them through every move and every transformation going back more years than I'm willing to admit. the place was amazing back then, and it's still easily the best resource for used office furniture in central texas. these guys get it all, from paper clips and tape to cubicles and seating. you can find everything you need to outfit an office, and lots of other things that would even be suitable for a retail store or a restaurant. I've even gotten things to furnish my home from here! there's really no telling what you might find at tops at any given time, so i try to make it a habit to stop in early and often. in fact, it feels a lot like going on a treasure hunt. the prices can't be beat and the best stuff goes fast, but everyone there is ready and willing to help you find what you need or to leave you alone and let you browse. there's never any pressure to buy, but they're always right there when you need them (which is exactly the kind of place i feel comfortable frequenting). they're also willing to haggle a little, which always helps me keep a smile on my face !

I was shopping around at several furniture stores looking for several new items from American Leather for my new apartment. The other stores had the usual feel to them, but Collectic Home was very different. When I entered I was immediately greeted & made to feel at home & supported as I looked around the store with the help of Joni, the owner, herself as well as one of her team members. Joni was Fantastic - she clearly knows a lot about Interior Design -- I showed her pictures of my new apartment & she knew exactly what I was looking for & what direction to point me in. There were also a couple of times where she could have upsold me, but told me that I really wouldn't want that option because the standard style or a different (less expensive) option was better -- that's the true customer service and care that I love to experience when I am shopping for something. Putting the client first & actually caring about helping them make the BEST decision for them. And in turn that will inevitably lead to much more of my business down the road. I had another furniture store stop planned after Collectic, but abandoned that idea all together as I decided to buy everything I needed from Collectic for the support that I received. Not only was the support amazing but I also love to support local independent businesses, Joni had a great conversation with me about her experience opening her own furniture store & how she set out on her own path with her own store after not liking how so many of the franchises were selling lower quality products. She wanted to sell high quality products with great service. Overall it was a fantastic experience shopping at Collectic Home, I will no doubt be a returning customer as I purchase more furniture in the future! If you're reading this review & you're on the fence, I highly recommend coming into Collectic Home & speaking with their amazing team for yourself - when it comes to high end furniture you need to know that the store you're buying from is on YOUR side and that is clearly the case at Collectic!
