Uplift makes great, high-quality standing desks! I've had one of their older V2 C-Frame desks for about 7 years now and recently purchased one of their new V3 C-Frame desks. The new V3 C-Frame is a noticeable improvement in stability over my old V2 C-Frame, especially when at standing height. I will likely buy another smaller desk to use as a mobile workstation that I can wheel around the house too. Uplift also has great customer service! I had a question about the new V3 frame desktop compatibility and Kiara from Uplift customer support was quick to answer my question and help make sure I got what I needed. Many thanks! Shipping was extremely fast as well. I placed my order at 2:30pm on a Thursday and it shipped same-day! Review for a scratch and dent top. If you're able to come in ready with trunk space, you may be able to score a great desktop piece for about half (or more) off! I was lucky to snag a 1.5" solid wood top, not the engineered stuff. Super solid, it was a showroom sample piece now discontinued. The other tops I saw were not badly damaged, there were minor scratches or teeny tiny dents here and there but one can probably cover it with some putty and wood colored marker. The tops you would transport yourself, not covered in warranty. But everything else they would ship to you, brand new with your choice of color accessories. Leg frame new and covered by warranty. There's some other floor models sold as an entire set which look to be of great value. I just didn't need all that other stuff. These are probably as good as it gets without having to wait for Black Friday. Showroom is extremely well stocked in drinks and snacks. Have fun shopping, or pretending to work like you were at a well funded startup. Service was helpful without being intrusive as you browse and consider which one you really want. read more

The desk is amazing, looks and function. I got the 1.75" solid walnut and after a couple years it developed a crack. I reached out to support and was helped by Luca M. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He offered a new top for only the cost of shipping. I decided to go with a slightly larger top (went from 72" to 80") and a different type of wood. I had to pay a small fee for the upgrade in size ($50) and for the shipping ($115). Very reasonable. The reason for the wood switch is not because of appearance, both look great. Walnut is a little on the soft side and will dent easier so I decided to go with the Pheasant wood since it's about 35% denser and will be less prone to dents. We have been reviewing options to upgrade our home office equipment for a while and had a wonderful experience when we visited the Uplift showroom. We were greeted upon entry but allowed to mill around and explore options. Bruce astutely noted when we were slowing down a bit and came over to answer some questions we had. There was one thing Bruce did not know and it was so refreshing that he didn't try to just make up an answer, instead he went and got details to answer our question about a newer product on the floor. Our products have not yet arrived but would highly recommend folks visit the showroom if possible. You can touch and feel the high quality products while also getting an even better sense of the size. I walked in confident that I would need a 30 in deep desk, a size that I knew would be a bit tight in our workspace with the other furniture. However, exploring the shelving and monitor arms that Uplift is able to offer, 24 inches deep will be a perfect fit. I ordered 2 80"x30" V3 Standing Desks from UpLift. One showed up with damage to the desktop (clearly inflicted by delivery). A simple phone call to UpLift quickly connected me with Luca M, one of their Customer Success Specialists. There was no 20 minutes of dealing with AI assistance before talking to an actual human, which is a huge upside in my opinion. Luca was extremely helpful and was able to replace the desktop for me. The other desktop was a breeze to build. The entire thing can be built by a single person, although I would recommend two for flipping it over and moving it into place, especially with the 80"x30" size. The V3 legs perform great, quickly moving the desk between heights, even with multiple monitors and a very heavy PC tower ontop of it. And the controls are simple and intuitive. Review of UPLIFT V2 L-Shaped Standing Desk - Dark Bamboo (72x60, Right Return) I recently purchased the UPLIFT V2 L-shaped standing desk with a 72x60 configuration and a right return in the Dark Bamboo finish. My experience from start to finish was excellent, largely thanks to Kelvin, who helped me over an 8-day period. He was incredibly responsive, answered all my questions, and guided me through the configuration process with patience and professionalism. Due to a personal situation, I needed to expedite the order. Kelvin made it happen. I placed the order on the 16th and received the desk by the 19th--super fast turnaround. Highlights: Customer Service: Kelvin was a standout. Without his help, I likely would have gone with a less expensive competitor. He made all the difference. Delivery: Fast and smooth. Build Quality: The desk is sturdy, well-made, and looks fantastic. Accessories: I received a few free or discounted items: Bamboo Motion X Board - Well-made and interesting. Still deciding if I like it long-term. I'd recommend including the pad, especially for those who work barefoot. Tablet Stand - Free, but feels cheap and plasticky. Not sure I'll use it. Bamboo Desk Organizer - Also free, but not useful for me. Upgrades: I opted for the Advanced Flush Keypad so both my wife and I could use presets. Worth it. Assembly: Putting the desk together was more complicated than expected. The video instructions didn't match my configuration, so I had to go old-school and figure it out manually. It took about 3 hours due to space constraints, but with better planning and skipping the videos, it probably would've taken 90 minutes. Finish Mix-Up: I ordered Dark Bamboo for immediate delivery; The others were delayed for a month. I received the Natural Bamboo finish instead by mistake. Interestingly, I ended up liking the natural color more and decided to keep it. UPLIFT refunded me the difference, which I appreciated. Final Thoughts: This desk is a solid investment--beautiful, functional, and backed by a 15-year warranty on the frame and motors. As a business owner, it's one less thing to worry about.
