We went here to refill our ink cartridges. Our epic journey through the line was long and arduous. I walked in the door to be directed to stand in the checkout line for service. In and out probably took 30 minutes and it was mostly waiting out the incompetence and indecision of the employees. Only one older man working there seemed to know what to do, but he was not in charge and wasn't bucking for employee of the month. They need to hire someone over 25 to run the store. If Walgreens didn't ruin every ink cartridge you give them, I'd have a local choice of where to go other than paying full price at Target.

For a office max this is not a good source to rely on. I couldn't find of the five items needed found nada sad for me had to get on line to go on a hunt for all what I needed no staff to help me find what I was looking for. I gracefully made my exit dont think I come back UNLESS I get someone to help me. It was like a ghost town no one appeared out of no where maybe the executives need make a secret appearance so they can see no one is actually running Office Max they would totally freak out. So I couldn't tell you who was there maybe a couples of people shopping for what, don't know. Not a hit on this on folks. Not returning even for staples geez.

This guy saw us coming to the counter and he turned his back to us. Just pretended we didn't exist. Older guy with facial hair.

Went to the copy center. I'm reasonable with response time but Kevin looked over worked. The other girl didn't acknowledge us and their was an older dude with facial hair who was sitting down in the copy center and when he saw us he turned his back on us. Kevin was helpful and acknowledged us but the other two just pretended we didn't exist. They could have just taken our order and we could wait.

Fed Ex drop off?? But we cannot take laptop computers. It's really a silly loophole that for smart customer service you should fix.

This location refuses to do military discounts. The support of veterans is location specific. Marble Falls Office Depot offers the discount.

Helpful staff can usually get you in and out in a jiffy. This Office Max is near my work and I've never had any major issues.

1-Star Review Let me…read morebegin by saying this experience was an absolute nightmare. I brought my phone to TECHY simply to have the cracked glass repaired. From the start, I felt uncomfortable because I was pressured into replacing the battery as well, even though my battery was working fine and did not need to be replaced. After being told they were going to give me another battery, I was then informed that I would have to pay a very high price for the replacement, which I never agreed to in the first place. After that, communication nearly stopped. I didn't hear from them for almost two weeks. When I finally called back -- because the delay was beginning to hurt my business -- it felt like I was being avoided. Eventually, I learned the real reason for the delay: my phone had been burned beyond repair because it was left on a warming pad while they were attempting to remove the battery -- the very battery I never authorized them to replace. At that point, I had no choice but to escalate the situation. I contacted corporate H-E-B, where this business rents space, to get them involved. Only then did things move forward. TECHY refunded my money due to the damage they caused and provided me with another phone -- but it turned out to be a government phone that required a TracFone monthly plan, which I never agreed to. This entire situation caused unnecessary stress, loss of time, and disruption to my business. Please be very cautious if you consider coming here. This is why I am giving TECHY one star.

I went in to the Techy based in HEB cnr 71 & Bee Cave. within minutes he removed the screen protector and replaced it. He recommended a protector which has proven bulletproof and attractive. Then he recommended a holster that actually work. All of this was done promptly and at very reasonable cost. These are knowledgeable, helpful and capable professionals. If you are having any phone issues I highly recommend that you go to this business. you will be beyond satisfied.. H. Pogir
