I am absolutely thrilled with the work done on my Infiniti Q50 at Europa Motors. My car was suffering from a frustrating misfire and coil issues, but they solved the problem perfectly. It runs incredibly hard now and accelerates exactly the way it did on day one! Marlin the mechanic went above and beyond. He explained the issues clearly and showed me before-and-after photos of the work. I highly appreciate that they used authentic OEM original parts straight from the dealership, instead of the standard generic parts installed elsewhere. The front office is fantastic and the ladies in administration office were so nice, had anecdotes and showing a genuine commitment to their service. Empathy--caring when someone is in the trenches. That's why their customer care is unmatched. I don't want anyone servicing my car except them! If you want expert, trustworthy auto repair, look no further than Marlin and his team. read more

Europa Motors - Auto Repair Near Me - Modesto, California

I drive all the way from Redwood City. They're the only ones touching my car from now on!

I am normally very pleased with this place. However I got my brakes done and a cam cover part done 11/13/2023. For the past couple of weeks I have been noticing the gas smell (of which was the issue for the cam cover) and a squeak coming from my front brakes(of which I had both front and rear replaced) my husband called Europa Motors and let them know what's going on and see if they could look at it without charge given it was done so recently. They informed him their warranty is 3 months / 3000 miles. I think it is completely ridiculous that it is only short of 3 months by a couple weeks and I haven't hit anywhere near 3000 miles and they won't relook the work THEY did. If it were a new issue or something I had brought it in for a long time ago I would understand. But overall terrible customer service, will not be bringing back my vehicle or any vehicle in the future. Makes sense as to why their warranty is only 3 months and they stand so firm with that, since my issues started right around or shortly after that mark. read more

I had a rear differential go out in my wifes BMW. I tried several places, no call backs or outrageous quotes. Europa motors had the quote ready for me the next day with an extremely fair price. Samantha and Jennifer were a great team to work with. First time caller lifetime customer! Thank you for a great experience Jason Davis read more

Man don't we all hate car problems and check engine lights !!! I've been to a lot of different car shops in Modesto but I like this one great customer service great communication because I hate being told one price and coming in to pay for it and it's a couple hundred dollars more because they found something else in the mean time and fixed it ! This place isn't like that ! This place takes pictures of everything full detail of what's being done and what was done all around this place is great! And I'm super comfortable leaving my car with them ! Thank you very much for all your great work and full details makes me feel better forking over the cash Mk6 read more

So happy with this place. Nobody else in Modesto knows what to do with my Mini Cooper, and Marlon is really knowledgeable. The staff are wonderful and always treat me well. read more

Professional, honest and reliable. Will not take my BMW anywhere else. No hidden costs and they know exactly what needs to be done!

When you see mostly 5 star reviews mixed in with a few 1 star reviews, you need to understand that not everyone thinks normally. I do not work for Europa Motors, but I know them very well. This is a very reputable business who only strives to provide the best service possible to all their clients. Reading the negative reviews is upsetting as a business owner. I know that the bad reviews are not reflective of the business, but more so poorly maintained vehicles. Marlon is honest and one of the best technicians in the valley. Don't be influenced by ignorance. read more

They really care about doing a great job and ensuring that my E350 was running smoothly again. I enjoyed touring the shop floor and spending time with Marlon, the owner. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful in setting up my appointment and getting my car into the queue as quickly as possible. I will service my vehicle here again for sure. read more

Honest shop!!!!! I called for a service on my car and I actually had a huge quote from the dealership. Well I spilled the beans and gave this shop all of the info of a previous quote I got from the dealership. After hanging up my husband just looked at me and said you know they will probably now charge you the same as the quote or just a little lower. My stomachs was in knots because the dealership quote was extra large. When the office lady called me back and said they didn't know why the dealer was quoting so high for the service and quoted me way less, that sealed the deal! After I hung up my husband approved this was an honest shop and they will always have our business!! read more

Europa Motors is our go to for our families car care. They are always and honest and efficient. Definitely trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Thanks Europa for keeping us rolling read more

I'm very upset with Europa Motors. My mom and I have been customers for years and this last time I took my car in they left my car very messy because I chose not to leave it there because I couldn't afford it at the moment. They tossed equipment in my car and chipped a piece of paint off the front of my car. I haven't called in because im still pissed at the way they treated my car and I will not be taking it back there. I also got new parts put in with them almost a year ago and the parts already went bad and need replacement. This is outrageous. Not to mention they OVERCHARGE. BMW charges me the same price for a diagnostic. read more

Never been to Europa before. Drove in with my recently acquired Benz on a Friday afternoon hoping for a prayer... Well Marlon went way beyond answering my prayer.... He not only took care of my issue , he freakin said you owe me nothing!!!! I take that car to any other car shop on a Friday afternoon not only would they tell me to come back but it would of at LEAST cost me some dough... I found my shop for my benz that's for sure... read more

I went to Europa to get my old car smogged as I was planning on selling it. It passed the pre-test, but somehow didn't pass smog. I was then told I needed to pay $100 for a diagnosis. I paid this amount only to be told my car needed over $1000 in repairs. My car was only worth twice that amount, so there was no way I was going to paying this. It also ran like a champ. So I took it to another smog station and it passed without a hitch. Don't trust these people. If they think they can rip you off, they will. Note to Europa: You are responding with information from the wrong customer! The fact that you have no idea who I am only shows how often this happens at your business. read more

Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, and Peace of Mind! From the beginning of my experience with Europa Motors, the level of professionalism from both Jennifer and Samantha (front office) blew me away. The are so polite and friendly and communicated throughout the entire process of my Audi Q7 service. Even a text message reminder of my upcoming appointment. Then walked in the owner, Marlon! He made me feel super comfortable and more importantly confident that he and his team were the best in the area to service my Audi. Marlon went above and beyond explaining to me the repair necessary to keep our Audi performing the way I expected. He even gave me a tour of the shop which showed me that he and his team are experts, organized, and the cars they were working on were some of the nicest luxury vehicles on the road today. To say that I will only be coming to Europa Motors from here on is an understatement. I only wish I knew about this place sooner. I am already telling everyone I know that this is the best place to come for diagnostic and mechanical repairs with your vehicle. read more

This is our go to place for everything auto related. Sam and Jennifer at the front desk are excellent with customer service. How many times do you receive a picture of your car arriving via tow truck, just to let you know it has arrived. We were quoted a repair price and the big surprise was that one of the parts ordered was not needed, thus a reduction in the original cost. Now that is honesty. read more

Europa Motors - Sign on shop - Auto Repair Near Me - Modesto, California

I've been having my vehicles serviced at Europa for approximately 10 years now. I've never had any problems with the mechanical work that was done. If Europa is a tad higher than other shops, I'm happy to pay because I know the job was done right the first time!!! I adore Jennifer and Marlon; they are wonderful and honest folks whom ALWAYS make me feel special when I'm there. Marlon, the owner, is hilarious and gets me laughing all the time; and the banter between him and Jennifer is entertaining too. Amanda, their other office employee, is very nice too. I appreciate that when Jennifer or Amanda say they'll check and get back to you, they actually do call you back on the same day; very accommodating and professional customer service; you have to appreciate that in today's world. I also appreciate that Europa will go through any vehicle I'm interested in purchasing. It's a small price to pay for this fine service, and it saved me thousands of $$ had I purchased the vehicle without it being professionally inspected. I'm a huge fan of Europa, and now have my whole family going there because they're the best in the Modesto Area. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was referred by another shop because it is hard to find places that will work on Volvos. I called ahead and told them the work I needed done. I work out of town and would be gone during their work hours so I set up a night drop off of my vehicle. They open at 7 am, at 7:30 am I got a call from them confirming they had my car and the mechanic had started the work. They called me by name every time I called. Their diagnosis confirmed what I thought was going on and they found other things going wrong that I had seen evidence of too. Their prices were dead on with what I found for parts and the cost for labor was what I expected. So 5 star customer service, diagnostic, pricing for parts and labor, and speed at which they got the work done. At the end of my first experience with them I can say I trust them. read more

I have been taking my cars there for over 5 years now. Marlon is very knowledgeable and I am always treated with the utmost respect. Whether it's my '77 Chrysler, or my 2013 Challenger I have absolute faith that my car will come out running great! Collectively, he has replaced 2 catalytic converters, rebuilt a differential, performed accident repair and inspection, air conditioning service, and countless smogs and oil changes. If you want the job done right, this is the place to go. You know what they say, you get what you pay for. read more

Marlon and his team set the bar high! I was on my way to visit my parents in NV who I hadn't seen in over a year due to COVID. My car broke down in Manteca leaving me stranded at 4:45 pm on a Wednesday afternoon. From a Google search I made a call to Europa Motors in hopes they could help me. From the minute my call was picked up I was treated with professionalism and kindness. They kept me informed every step of the way while my car was being repaired. Marlon thoroughly explained the repairs that were needed and made me feel my car was in the best hands possible. I highly recommend Europa Motors! read more

I had been to quiet a few shops over the past year to identify a problem with my 1996 Lincoln Continental. The service engine light was on and the code(s) said that bank 1 & 2 were running lean. Each time the shops I went to stated i needed this part or that part but each time the monitors set the light came back on. This was costing me and the problem was still there and after a year I was getting a little frustrated. Then i spoke to a friend that referred me to Europa Motors. I could go on and on about the high level of customer service that Owners Marlon & Jennifer and their team provided. They not only identified and repaired this problem but also performed additional work to an unrelated issue at no cost. This is the "only" shop I will go to from now on! Thanks to Europa Motor for the best diagnostics and repair work I've had the privilege of being provided. read more

I would not recommend anyone to the shop. Save your money. Ever since I took my Mitsubishi for a basic maintenance (know that my car was always running great) my car has not been the same. I've gone back and they tell me it's something else. Charge me for parts that are not needed. I believe they sabotage my car. I've had to take my car to someone else and spend thousands of dollars. My father also was taking his car there and his car wasn't right either. He's since stopped going there. This shop will take advantage of people and are not honest; charge for parts that are not needed, or not tighten parts so you come back. If you decide to go there be cautious! Otherwise I advise you to go somewhere else. read more

I cannot say enough about this beyond awesome company! As an example, my car did not pass smog, but we were leaving for 2 weeks on vacation. I drove to Europa Motors, explained my dilemma and they had me send the fee in, they kept my car, fixed the problem and sent it off to the DMV so I would get my registration stickers while we were gone! The service is beyond exceptional, I trust them completely and will always be going there first for any work needed done on any of our vehicles!! Thank you, Europa Motors!!! read more

The cleanliness of a garage is a good indication of good quality work and this shop was spotless. Needles to I highly recommend this place if you own a foreign car and dont want to deal with the dealership. Took my Audi Allroad there for a diagnosis. Just wanted to give my recommendation if anyone's looking for a reputable auto repair shop, Europa is absolutely worth your time!! I've been experiencing a lag in my SUV's power for over six months now. The issue had been intermittent but is happening more often than not lately. Numerous mechanics couldn't really pinpoint where the problem was originating. I finally took it to the Mercedes dealership. Everyone there is nice enough, but the lack of communication on their part kind of bothered me. Long story short, they ended up keeping my car overnight which wasn't even presented to me as a potentiality so that was a bit annoying. When I picked it up the next day they stated that it was an EGR valve that needed to be replaced. In June I pulled the tendons and ligaments in both my ankles so have not worked since and I'm not as financially flush as I'm used to being, so I began searching for a less expensive place to do the repairs. I called Europa motors and Jennifer was very kind and empathetic. Not only that, they worked me into their schedule the very next day! Apparently Mercedes misdiagnosed the problem so now I'm faced with having to pay for more diagnostics AND the new repairs, as soon as it's specificity is determined. I cannot tell you what a relief it was talking to Jennifer at Europa. Especially these days, the customer service I experienced at Europa is just unheard of anymore. Moreover, being a woman, negotiating car repairs can be a daunting venture. I don't know if I've ever felt as reassured that I was in good hands as I did talking to Jennifer. When I explained my financial situation in light of my injuries Jennifer offered to work with me on the repair costs!! I assured her that I am rooted in this community, I am a homeowner and am not going anywhere so she wouldn't have to worry about her generosity backfiring on her or Europa. Oh and I almost forgot another amazing point. Europa DID NOT use aftermarket parts on my car. They used a Mercedes EGR valve!! That's just unbelievably superb in my opinion. This reiteration that the price point was absolutely unbeatable confirmed for me that this is my go-to shop now. From the time they answered the phone at Europa through the repair process, this has been unequivocally the best experience I've EVER had with a repair shop. Sorry for the length of my post, though it was warranted. Thanks so much Jennifer, and the rest of the Europa crew! Your efforts in going above and beyond to ensure my happiness has meant more than you'll ever know. See, there are still companies out there that care about extenuating circumstances people may face and truly want their customers to leave 100% satisfied. Happy Holidays to all who are reading this! I have been bringing my cars here for years, without any issues or complaints. They always take care of me, give me a great price and have fixed 2 of my cars, the first one was my Acura which we kept being told was the cadalytic converter, which we replaced but it still wouldn't pass smog until we brought to Europa and they said it was the gas cap. Passed with flying colors after a new $10 gas cap. Next was my Toyota, which the check engine light came on and in order to smog, we had to address this. Again, took to another mechanic and was told it was the 02 sensor which we replaced but still had the problem. We finally took it to Europa and for $99.00 diagnostic fee, they went through my car with a fine tooth comb until they found the simple problem of an electrical issue. Since then, I being all my cars here and recommend anyone needing car work to come here. Best Place Ever!!! read more
