Originally I left an awesome review for Sergey and his company. Less than a year later after the initial install, my wife noticed a hairline crack on the counter top that spread like wild fire. I contacted Sergey and he said that unfortunately, his company will not repair the damage. My wife and I spent thousands of dollars for a complete kitchen remodel only to be stuck with a 2 foot crack on our beautiful quartz counter top. The work was obviously faulty and I would hate for anyone to experience the same. Now we have to spend thousands of dollars to demo and re-do something that should've been done right the first time. I ordered Beeck German kitchen, dining room, and living room custom cabinets, as well as the installation, from Euro Casa, also known as Europe Construction. They come off nice in person so I wasn't going to leave a review even after they completely failed the project timeline and I had to wait for the cabinets for a YEAR instead of the promised 4 months (this was after I paid more than half of the amount in advance). However, my patience has run out after they haven't been able to fully and properly complete the installation even after the cabinets arrived. Now it's been two months since the cabinets arrived and over a year since I started working with them. There were a number of incorrect and missing items in the shipment (after a year of waiting). This company is simply not capable of delivering the result they promise! read more

Very sub par work. They have a team of "all rounders" that does everything. While its good for the Europe construction to have one or two person do everything, the other side is that most of the electric work done performed is code violation and would not pass the inspection. More than that - its dangerous workmanship. I have been following up with the owner Sergey for the past 3 months - he started out saying that they will fix it, kept buying the time for few months and in the end, dropped dead. There goes customer service after the project work is done. Very disappointed and will ask everyone to stay away from them for safety of the family. Don't waste your money unless you do your homework first. I was looking for a kitchen remodel. The showroom touts doing everything for a project I warned a wall would be torn down and reconfigure the kitchen. I was told, we can do that. Ok. Great. Let's schedule a site survey. $500 to come out and have a look and design what is feasible. The guy came out to look has zero idea how To reconfigure other than give some template layout. Forget the wall or anything else I need remodeled. He said another person would come out to determine is design. $500? Total ripoff. I am disputing this. They were told a wall would be torn out and I got a generic computer layout. His design is useless. For the walls, I was told get another contractor. What? After they took my money I get that answer. I would have told them no thanks in the beginning. Do not use their design services. What a joke. read more

We recently had our kitchen remodeled, including taking a wall down, so it was more of a "most of our house" remodel. Pros: Team stayed on schedule and work was completed in 5 weeks and 2 days. (We were told project would take 4-5 weeks) The price I paid was very close to what I would have paid if I were to have subcontracted out all the jobs (and managed it myself). One of the workers, Vladimir, was incredibly precise with cutting the flooring and baseboards and making it look beautiful (over our tile-which we didn't demo). At the end of the project, there was a lot of misc. small stuff I wanted taken care of, and Paul/team took care of it all (like caulking between some of the walls and cabinets). The team cleaned up after themselves each day they worked. The team was trustworthy and honest and I didn't mind them being in my home when I wasn't there. Cons: some of the cabinet drawers don't have full sides so you can't fill up the drawers; I wish I would have known about this because I would have said my drawers need to have full sides. The project manager, Paul, could have communicated better to me. There were some times when he needed information from me (like exact location of island) and I needed to be home for that but that wasn't communicated to me. Paul was excellent about answering his phone and texts, though. I was able to work some hours from home, so I was home for a few hours each day so I didn't miss much. We used Europe Construction for a full remodel of our kitchen. Pros - Sergiy has great vision and a very creative mind when it comes to the design piece. When he first arrived at our house he made recommendations that really opened up our kitchen and provided extra counter space. - One-stop shop. For the most part, everything was taken care of (or outsourced) by Europe Construction to include drywall, plumbing, and electrical. - Andrew was very friendly and always willing to take some time to show us new product and discuss various ideas. Overall, he was just great with customer service. Cons - Over-promised but under-delivered. Our kitchen was completed 2 and half weeks after the estimated completion date. They even began earlier than anticipated which really made the 2 and half weeks unacceptable and irritating. During the 2 and half weeks, sometimes we were updated on the status, sometimes they showed up to do work, and sometimes we had no idea what was going on. - Attention to detail. When you pay 25 thousand for a kitchen remodel, attention to detail should be included. We had to point out several things that could have been taken care. Some examples are: Installing cabinets that won't open all the way due to the location, installing the range without removing the Styrofoam, forgetting the lazy susan, and others. - We paid with check because they will charge extra if paying with a credit card. So we lost out on some Rewards points. If all that mattered was the finished product, I would rate Europe Construction a 4. Our kitchen is beautiful and very functional. I would cautiously recommend them for a kitchen remodel. read more

At the beginning, I was happy that I finally found a place to remodel my kitchen after shopping around. Yet the showroom has plenty of options to choose from, and the sale guy is very knowledgeable. The owner and the designer guys are also helpful and care about the customers, plus the workers who directly install the cabinets always arrive on time, do the work carefully and nicely. But I think they have some problems with the operational management, in which they ordered some wrong parts of the cabinets that took them several times going back and forth to the apartment to change and reinstall it. Until now, after 3 months, my kitchen hasn't done yet (because there's still one fridge's handle is applied inappropriately). They told me they ordered it but it took already more than a month. I like the look and the quality of the kitchen, but in the end I'm not satisfied with the time orientation, and also I will never know when my fridge's handle gonna arrive. Their price is not cheaper than other places, I paid by check because by credit card they will charge more, so I lost out some of the rewards points. I would expect a better service. read more

Best things about Europe Construction: - Communicated in the media I wanted to communicate in. - Understood my "vision" for the project before doing anything - Best price and value - Speed - Patient with my slow decision making Now for the details of what I outlined above: I started looking into getting my kitchen redone in September, right when everyone's trying to get theirs done for Thanksgiving. I emailed several companies asking for rough estimates before measuring and to be contacted back by email. Richard was the only one who emailed me back as requested. He was also the only one that got me the information I requested. I had 3 companies come in to measure. I asked a 4th, but they said they didn't give free estimates. Believe it or not they wanted to charge $200+ to measure, and they have a 5 star rating on Yelp! Richard listened to and understood what I wanted before measuring, and he was the only one to make suggestions for design changes. Those design changes were not only welcome, but drastically improved the feel of the kitchen. He was able to give a 9x12 kitchen an extra 2 linear feet of counter space without losing any significant storage. We wanted one reverse cabinet, and he was able to add a drawer with it that worked under a breakfast bar. Richard was able to give us an estimate that was half or a third of what others were quoting, even after we added a glass/tile backsplash and solidsurface countertop. Money was tight and I needed some time to think. It took me over a month to get back to him, but he was ready to go and very patient with my inability to make decisions. It was mid October. Other companies had told me it would be into 2013 before they could get started if I'd told them to start immediately in September. Richard told me it would be the next week. So the next week everything started. By the end of the day my kitchen was gutted and all my cabinets were assembled. By the end of the next day my tile had be fixed for the new layout and everything but the counter was installed. I ordered a special counter so we had to wait for it to show up, but that only took a day once it was delivered. The plumbing took another day, and my backsplash took another. It took two weeks to finish everything but the backsplash. Then Thanksgiving happened. So that delayed things on my end. I only had people in my house 6 days, and not even all full days. All the installers were courteous and professional, as well as fast. They seemed like all round nice guys willing to do what was necessary to do the job right. Any questions or criticisms I had were handled on the spot. Richard was also in communication the whole time either on site, by phone, or by email. He came by several times to inspect the work. I've waited two months to write this review, so I've had plenty of time to use the kitchen, test the features, functionality and durability. The kitchen is awesome, and more than I would have expected for the price. Some cool surprises were pull out shelves in the cabinets and a window sill that matched the counter. I'm trying to attach pictures now. I plan on having them do my floors and bathrooms in the years to come. read more

We removed a wall/bar, new wood flooring in the living room, recess lighting in the living room and half bath, new tile, paint and our staircase. My husband and I visited their shop in the afternoon and asked some general questions. Sergiy and Paul came over to our home that same night. They were very professional and explained everything to us in detail. They listened to what we wanted to do and took all the measurements that night. We met with Sergiy a few days later at his office and went over the numbers and timeframe. We signed the contract on Saturday and they were at our home on Monday morning to start the demo. Paul and his crew were professional and always cleaned up after themselves. They were very careful with our furniture and kept everything as clean as possible. After seeing and hearing about kitchen remodel nightmare stories, I was totally expecting a disaster during our remodel. After seeing all of the reviews on Europe Construction, I thought it would be too good to be true. But after meeting with Sergiy back at the end of 2013 to get an initial estimate for our kitchen remodel, we came away very impressed. His prices were very good, and he walked us through the process as to how the remodel would work very well. We were all set to sign the contract when my wife got laid off and we had to put the project on hold. Sergiy checked in every few months after that to see how we were doing, keeping us on his radar. That was a big selling point to me, considering i got five different remodel quotes and he was the only one who followed up with me more than once. Now to the remodel. Once we signed the contract and set a date, he said 2-3 weeks for everything.Everything included a complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, applicances and counters, along with some work on lighting and plumbing) a downstairs bath remodel, including fixing some bad patch work done by a plumber, and all new floors and baseboards throughout our down stairs. My first thought was "yeah, it'll be four weeks." Two weeks to the day after they started, I was cooking in my new kitchen. Three weeks to the day, all minor issues were corrected and the remodel was fully completed. Sergiy uses his own crews to do the work, which is a huge bonus. They show up on time, are very polite and work hard all day. The only thing he subs is granite installation, which was the only thing we had an issue with. One of the pieces (we used pre-fab granite) didn't match properly, so his crew found another piece that matched better and they came and installed that. We LOVE how everything came out. And the headache of the remodel was nowhere near as bad as the horror stories we heard. Like everything, just ask a lot of questions, make sure you spell out EXACTLY what you want in the contract, and don't be afraid to question when something doesn't look the way you want it. We've been searching for a company in San Diego to have a new kitchen. We were looking for a modern kitchen with more sophisticated features but we couldn't find it among companies that's providing the typical american kitchens. I highly recommend Europe Construction for bathroom remodel projects. We hired Europe Construction to remodel two bathrooms in Jan 2021 -- a master and guest bathroom. They helped us design the bathrooms, complete demolition and removal, and install high quality Porcelanosa tile, vanities, mirrored cabinets and chrome hardware, shower fixtures, etc. They installed a steam shower in our master bath, being one of the few contractors in San Diego that specialize in such projects. European Construction was very professional. They quickly came out, assessed our situation, and handled our various plumbing and construction problems. We had an issue with the our Porcelanosa installation. Our other plumbers (three full teams worth) could not get the Porcelanosa products to work with our current bathroom configuration. The European Construction guys did the job in three hours--what the other team(s) could not do working all day long. (Configure the under-sink pipes to fit into my current bathroom configuration while using the Porcelanosa hardware.) Really very happy with their work. Sergiy came out to do measurements, and he brought up some design ideas that we could have done to utilize our space more efficiently. If I could, I'd give 100 Stars to Europe Construction, but I think the internet might explode with their awesomeness. This amazing company (and the people behind it -- most notably Sergiy the owner, and Paul the project manager) literally changed our lives with how much they transformed our kitchen. Before I talk about specifics let me just say that my children (I am a mother of six) have always been greatly impacted by their environment so it makes perfect sense that our brand new light, bright, peaceful, gorgeously SERENE kitchen surroundings, I kid you not - - have inspired a huge expression of love between us all, (and far less arguing and depression!) whenever the family (which is 85% of the time spent in this house) congregates together in this part of the house. Thank you Sergiy for the newfound family closeness!!! From the get-go, Sergiy's initial consultation made the most sense to me. His highly creative vision, his sheer candor & honesty (not to mention very reasonable price-quote!) cinched my decision and I felt 110% confident to go with Europe Construction. I am a modern and contemporary person and I like to take risks with decor. Sergiy immediately "got me" and presented me with original and truly unique options and ideas that made my heart sing! We then had an unpredicted delay with another part of my home remodel but Sergiy was extraordinarily diligent and kept in close contact with me and actually went well above and beyond to help remedy a disastrous situation that had absolutely nothing to do with him! I was so thankful to him for such generous assistance. Having such a large family, Sergiy also came up with the idea to remove a lengthy bank of cabinets that was formerly housing a bunch of junk and transform it into a useful work-study-station for me and my kids. It's now the home of three desks and tons of efficient storage for everything that goes on there, ranging from homework, to my professional job, to my home office. We love to sit in long row and compare notes of what we're working on. More family togetherness! I also have nothing but the highest praise to give Paul as a project manager. He was beyond polite, stayed three steps ahead of me with regards to the game-plan, and surprised me by coming up with an ingenious way for my countertops to stay completely clear of toasters, blenders and the other eyesores that were always a pet-peeve of mine. I will end by saying that I've since talked to a lot of friends about projects like this and there's no end to the horror stories and nightmares I heard (and the pictures I saw) of what happened with their kitchens by going with some of the other San Diego companies that exist. I needed a complete remodel of my two-bedroom guesthouse, and I mean they gutted the entire house down to the studs. I interviewed 7 other construction companies before deciding on Europe Construction. They were hands down the most professional, understanding, down to earth people out of all the companies I interviewed, they just where really interested in what I wanted. They gave me a 3-week time frame and they completed the work on time and on budget! They showed up on time every day and really worked. It was so exciting to come home from work every day and see the progress, real progress. It was really fun, and usually remodeling is a nightmare but these guys were so nice and it went so fast I feel like I almost miss them. I have a dog and I never worried that he would step on construction debris because they cleaned up every day. Yes thoroughly cleaned inside the guesthouse and outside every day. How nice is that! I could go on and on about how nice, polite, responsible, and professional every single member of the team was, so I'll simply say this I feel truly blessed to have meet Sergiy, Paul and all the other guys, they are really a great group of people. My experience was very similar to others who have left reviews and that says they are consistent. Sirgiy and his crew Paul and Vicelli (?) completely changed our perception of contractors. They're really raising the bar and I hope their competitors are taking note. We hired them to remodel our small kitchen after the first meeting (and about 3 previous meetings with other contractors). We felt they were straight shooters and would actually deliver on their commitments. Having gone through two previous major construction jobs in which the contractors were just short of a nightmare, we braced ourselves for the worst all while holding out a bit of hope. They said they'd have the remodel done in a week and they did!! They were exceptionally clean and courteous. I wish they were the first contractor we've ever dealt with but now I know exactly where to go whenever we need work done again. I highly recommend these guys to anyone. read more

Work started in mid March and is still not complete. Damages done by the contractor include poor quality tiling of Porcelonosa tile causing grout to crack and tile to crack; the raised tile caused the pantry door not to close; drywall done in living room by the door frame has cracked 7'; baseboards incomplete; electrical incomplete- hallways with no lights; bathroom tiles broken; 2 kitchen cabinet doors damaged after installation; fridge damaged while moving - leaked water, cost $800 to repair; DW installation caused significant leaks because gasket was damaged; hood unfinished. Contractor left floor coverings for months in my garage. Overall a very amateur and unprofessional setup. I would not recommend anyone use European Construction and Paul. I am approaching Contractors State Licensing Board and start a claims process. , Porcelonosa and Stosa need to drop this company and contractor for their scrupulous operation. I have lost money, my house is damaged and the work is not done. I have paid on and before the milestone were reached so please be careful. read more

Beware Of this company. Worst customer service ever. Speed over quality and lack of care is the best description. We had a flood and they were contracted to help with the restoration. We asked for a quote to remodel our kitchen. The owner Sergiy came out and was down right arrogant and rude. Told us we were way out of our price range and we wanted a custom house which we couldn't afford. This was within 20 minute of meeting him. My wife showed him pictures of what we wanted and he scoffed at the ideas and showed us what he thought would work. He tried to sell us a "box" kitchen from China for a price of over $40k. We obviously went with a local cabinet maker who did 100% custom solid wood construction. (Sunset Cabinets is the best!) Sergiy continually said we were trying to force them into doing things for free and unwilling to pay. He walked out of the project halfway through. He said the porcelain plank wood tile we wanted would never work. We hired another tile contractor (Mr. Tile) who did a perfect job. The house is beautiful. We paid Euro to repair our house. They half asses the entire paint job, got paint all over and missed spots. They lied and said they painted one room the color we asked, when in fact they didn't. They came back twice and still did not correct the issue. The broke light fixtures and said it was our problem to correct. The Lou ted a pedestal sink improperly. Luckily I caught it before it feel over on my young children. The took off light and socket covers, which are now gone. They blamed other contractors which did not even have to be in those rooms. They disconnected security sensors for our alarm system which could not be located and they didn't offer to fix it. All they said was it wasn't their problem and it had to be someone else. They used my personal tools including my shop vacuum. They used the shop vac during the demo phase. Not only did they take it with them upon clean up, but when I finally got it back it didn't not have the hoses or attachments. I borrowed attachments and not the vacuum barely works. I sent emails asking them to rectify the situation, even providing them photos of them using my tools. They said they would replace it but never did. They accused me of not paying for extra work requested. I had to mount my washer and dryer, replace all the doors myself, fix the pedestal sink, install the faucet on the pedestal sink, do all the touch up paint, replace light switches they broke and socket face plates. After three months of being out of the house we finally conceded defeat and just way over paid them to get out of our house. Having been through several remodels with different companies, I can safely say this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. read more

We were very happy with our entire experience with Europe Construction. From the very beginning we felt that our project was in good hands. George showed us cabinet, sink, and handle options in the showroom, came to our house and made suggestions and measurements, then presented us with a sketch of what the new kitchen would look like. It was exactly what we wanted and more because thoughtful changes were presented like widening an entry way we have and changing the way our door opened. Both of those seemingly small changes made a big difference in our day to day lives after the project was complete. When the construction phase began, it was also outstanding. The workers arrived on time every day and when we arrived home in the evening there was always a huge portion of the project complete. I also really valued the communication between Sergiy and Tony before, during and after the project. I could text a question to them and they would quickly reply thus making for a stress-free project. Not only was the work superb, but they treated us as valued customers. At first, we were very worried about the remodel as we have heard so many bad stories about terrible contractors out there. I don't write reviews frequently but I felt compelled to write one on Europe Construction. I recently contracted with them to do some work on my kitchen. My next door neighbor had just done a fairly comprehensive overhaul of their kitchen and things had run way over schedule and probably over budget but I am speculating on the latter. I was a little hesitant based on their experience as well as previous remodel experiences I had had on while living on the East Coast. After doing some research, I decided to go with Europe Construction to replace our outdated countertops with quartz as well as replace the sink and provide a tiled backsplash. Long story short: Europe was fantastic in all regards. Their pricing was competitive, communication was outstanding and the people that did the work were top notch. They completed on time and best of all, with an impeccable level of quality. My wife and I were so relieved that we didn't have to live through one of the horror stories you hear about when dealing with contractors. We have additional work that we intend to do on our home. We had Europe Construction come out and give us a bid on refacing our kitchen cabinets and installing new countertops last year. After a bid from a well known refacing company I was pleasantly surprised by Sergiy's vision and price to completely remodel our kitchen. It was a no-brainer who we were going with. I waited to review this for a year to see how everything held up. I'm still in love with my new kitchen and want to thank Europe Construction for their expertise and timeliness at getting this job done. Understandably as we were their furthest job (we live in Oceanside) there were days nothing happened up here but they still finished in a timely manner. We needed to get several things done at our new house back in April so I set up a time for Sergiy to come over. Our initial interactions were fine but the end result was that he was completely unprofessional! Sergiy seemed well prepared at first, coming over with his iPad and taking pictures of everything we wanted to get remodeled. He was very much a salesman, mentioning upgrades we could be doing to existing parts of the house we had not wanted to remodel at all. After getting his estimate, we thought it was quite overpriced. My father-in-law is in the business up north and was telling us how much Sergiy was marking up all of his prices. After we spoke with Sergiy about his line items, he did come down in some areas (and surprisingly he came down quite a bit which tells me he knew how over priced he was). We asked my father-in-law to read over his revised quote just to make sure everything was good. Doing what he does, my father-in-law pointed out that it would be good practice to be extremely specific in describing the work to be done so there were no loop-holes on the part of the contractor trying to get out of completing work as we wanted later on. So with his help, we had clarified certain parts of the quote. We sent this to Sergiy (while he was out of town). I understand that he wasn't at work so we shouldn't be expecting a response from him immediately but because we were leaving for our honeymoon in 2 days, we were hoping he could work with us quicker (he was aware of our tight timeline.) It seems he was intimidated because my father-in-law is in the business and as soon as we called him out on his high prices and asked him to make the contract more clear, he backed out. He emailed me and said that he had a scheduling conflict and wouldn't be able to take on the project. After I emailed him back to tell him how unprofessional he was for leaving us hanging, he had the audacity to say that we were being unprofessional in how we were negotiating the numbers (who's the one providing the service here?). And with that response, he was basically admitting that there wasn't a schedule conflict, and that he was just being unprofessional and decided to bail on us. All of this happened right before we went on our honeymoon! I'm sure they do good work but so disappointed with how he handled the whole situation. Seeing that someone else on the reviews list was also treated the same way makes me think that Sergiy just simply doesn't like it when people question him on anything. My recommendation is to stay away from this kind of business. read more

This review is not for work performed. It is for work not performed. We called this company for a bathroom remodel. Granted, it was not a total remodel, but I wanted to start on a smaller project before the larger ones. We contacted several companies for bids. Do to the high ratings, (Which I now question, due to the family and friends of his that have left comments) we chose Europe Construction. However, we had a much different experience. After deciding on this company, and telling the other bidders that we would not be using them, Sergie came out with "one" counter sample, which didn't match our décor at all. When I stated that the sample was the wrong color, he seemed to get angry and arrogant. Later we got an email from him stating that he was "too busy" to work for us. After all these months, we are still confused over what we did wrong. read more

My wife Erica..."The whole team of Europe Construction is fantastic. My husband and I appreciate that they were willing to work within our budget. We got the initial bid and were a bit shocked by the price, but they were able to make modifications and get us down to the price we wanted. Sergiy came over for the initial visit and made a statement that his team is a reflection of him and will do a superb job. He was right! All the guys who entered our home were courteous, clean, and hard working. The tile setters were amazing and I cannot get over how well they laid the tile. It took two days, but they are perfectionists and it shows. There were hiccups along the way, but that is to be expected. Sergiy was on top of it and made sure that I was pleased with all the work. I find Sergiy to be very professional. He truly cares about his customers and communicates very well. We have two more bathrooms that need to be remodeled and I already told him that his team will be working on them. I will not have any other contractors work on my bathrooms. All of my friends and neighbors know about my new bathroom and how much we love it. I will say that Europe Construction costs a bit more than others, but it's worth putting a little more money into a project done by quality workers." read more

Richard did a great job on a kitchen remodel for our rental unit. He was able to open up and improve a 1970's style galley kitchen. He and his crew were fast and efficent. First, I am a construction defect attorney so I am very picky in terms of quality of construction and selecting contractors. Sergiy from Europe Construction did a great job with our kitchen remodel. He came to our home the same day we called to provide us with an estimate, which was a Saturday over Fourth of July weekend. It took him about a week to get us an estimate, which is pretty standard. Sergiy had some great ideas on design changes for the layout of our kitchen and his estimate was very reasonable. More importantly, he was able to get the project completed quickly and began work almost immediately. The project went as smoothly as anticipated with only a minor couple glitches, which were repaired/fixed immediately and without complaint. His guys were always on time, did great work and cleaned up every night even though we weren't living in the home yet. Sergiy and his guys also did some extra work for free, like painting an additional wall to match even though he initially told me we would be responsible for the paint. Sergiy was very responsive and answered all my calls, and even responded to my text messages on nights and weekends. The quality of work was superior and I couldn't be happier with our brand new kitchen. Sergiy installed all new cabinets, moved plumbing into the island, installed the appliances, under cabinet lights, tile backsplash, added pendant lighting, and extended out a wall for us. The end result is fabulous and Sergiy came in on time and on budget. I will definitely hire Sergiy/Europe Construction for all our future remodeling projects. read more

Sergiy and his team did fantastic work on our kitchen. It was quick, efficient and high quality work at very reasonable rate. We needed the work to be done quickly because we had family over weekend and they were very quick. A lot of attention to detail. Sergiy was available on the phone/text even at late hours to discuss specifics of the job, and he and his team approaches the job in terms of "big picture". They made some useful suggestions and provided options for us to consider. His team showed up on time and were highly professional in their approach. They would update me on their progress and I am very happy with our kitchen. Highly recommended: I would hire them again, in fact I am hiring them to do floors and some ceiling repairs. I only wish I contacted them earlier, would have saved me a lot of money (and hassle). read more

My 1970's kitchen was in dire need of updating. When we finally decided it was time to remodel, we interviewed several companies. I was most impressed with Sergiy because he LISTENED to what I was saying in terms of the type of project I wanted completed and the budget I cited. Other companies gave me quotes that was way beyond our budget, made suggestions that I didn't request, or referred me to other sources to get the job completed. We had experienced a remodel project for two bathrooms that was a complete nightmare. We were in "remodel recovery" for over fifteen years before we decided to take on another project. I chose Europe Construction because of the professionalism and competency that Sergiy displayed and his ability to allay my anxiety. We had several meetings at my home as well as his showroom. In each meeting, he listened thoughtfully and sought to carry out what I was seeking in the remodel. When Paul and his crew arrived to begin the work, they always took time in prepping, did excellent work on the project, paid attention to detail, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The subcontractors they hired were also professional, timely, and took pride in their work. I was also pleased with the communication process. Whenever a glitch occurred, Paul would always answer "no problem" and the issue would be resolved. They would also check with me regarding my preference over some detail in the project. Due to the many projects that they were dealing with (since everyone desired to have their kitchen completed before Thanksgiving) there was some minor delays, yet the project was completed by the designated date. I am thoroughly pleased with our new kitchen. Sergiy, Paul, and the crew transformed our sad, drab kitchen into a light-filled, modern space. It is a joy to be in such a wonderfully transformed environment. Any anxiety over a major remodel will be addressed by Sergiy and Paul. I would highly recommend Europe Construction. read more

We have found that so many of the homes here under 1 mil do not have the quality that we were used to having living previously in the mid-west. We missed the heaviness and quality of beautiful stone fireplaces, crown moulding, granite throughout, and drop-dead gorgeous kitchens and baths. These additions are what Sergiy and his team do best. We have found that Europe Construction really does superb work which is why we highly recommend them. If you need a remodel or are starting a build from scratch you will be glad you called them. I heard about Europe Construction last year from my co-worker who hired them to renew his kitchen. I came to their showroom off Miramar Road and met Jim Larson. He patiently listened to us and created a kitchen plan in 3D. He was always willing to stay very late to meet us at his showroom and answer all of our questions and concerns. Sergiy, the owner, came to our house to take measurements and explain the work that would be done. He was very nice and professional. He was also very friendly and addressed all of our needs. The Europe Construction crew, Paul and his team, always came to our house on time, worked hard, and cleaned up after they were done. There were some minor issues during the work process, but Sergiy solved them very quickly. He definitely made us feel that customer satisfaction was his number one priority. We used Europe Construction again for redoing our fireplace. As always I wait a few months before posting my reviews so I have a better appreciation of the work done. They came through again with quality work as before. They were also very clean and very particular about minimizing the dust on account of our baby at home which I really appreciate.
