It was difficult working with them. They were really nice initially and accommodating but after getting the job they were rude and belittling. I probably would've just let it slide if they did a good job but they didn't clean up after their work, left patches of wall and ceiling unpainted, even painted over the tape I left to mark where we would like extra coverage... they gave us a good deal but that's probably why they thought they could treat us this way... we would have rather paid someone else more money for a better experience... I wasn't going to write such a negative review but when I found that piece of tape on the ceiling that was just painted over I just had to express how disappointing their service was. Doesn't sound like they were like that with everyone but if you have a "smaller" project I suggest going with someone else to save you the heartburn. Additional info: Precision reached out to my review saying I must have reviewed the wrong business but I am not mistaken. Tony, Eric and Julio were a pain to work with. We scheduled an appointment to have a consultation for a whole house remodel. They called a week prior to reschedule the appointment, which was totally fine. Three minutes before the re-scheduled appointment time, they called and said that there was a delay in an inspection somewhere else and that the contractor/designer would not be able to make it. My wife and I both took time off work twice for this appointment, and were very accommodating with their schedules. Based on their inability to uphold their commitments and lack of respect for our time, we will definitely not be using this company. read more

I chose Precision Home Design and Remodeling to renovate two bathrooms in my condo. I went with this company after getting several bids. The other companies promised to get everything done in 2 weeks and came up with all sorts of ideas to inflate the price. Precision wasn't the cheapest, but they were very upfront about the pricing, the process, and the timing. They were also willing to steer me away from extra work, because they knew it wouldn't really add value to the project, just cost. The process wasn't always smooth. The pandemic meant supply chain issues that slowed it down, and there were some other delays. But Sagi always kept me informed and pushed to get the job done timely. The people he brought in to do the work were very skilled and unfailingly polite. All in all, I'm thrilled with the results and will definitely use them on any future projects! read more

Again, the work was done and most issues were fixed as I clearly stated in my review. They were still issues and not "whimsical" things that I should have paid to fix. The countertop was never saved for the vanity, instead it was incorrectly used for the vanity thus never saved as intended. It was also never delivered and refused because it didn't exist. We hired Precision for a shower demo and remodel. The bid was competitive compared to other contractors we interviewed. Additionally, the work was good, and we were impressed by the workers. They were friendly, kept the area tidy, and were thoughtful to close the door to reduce noise while we were home. Overall, we were very pleased with the end product. We are rating a 4/5 because working with them was unfortunately difficult. We were living in the home at the time and requested some information on when work was being done, but they declined to provide a construction schedule outside of the overall time to completion. They would let us know at 10 pm that they were coming the next day at 8 am. There were three no-shows without communication, and one instance in which they showed up at 8 am on Saturday without any notice. They also asked to have the demo payment before the demo occurred, which was not in line with our contract. It seemed like the management was disorganized. All in all - the finished result was good, but it could be difficult if you are living in the house and need to make arrangements around them. read more

Simply amazing. Drew and his team at Precision Home Design have excelled in every way possible. Precision did a full kitchen remodel for me. Drew listened carefully to every detail we were interested in, offered good suggestions and helped us through the design. What I really respected was when he didn't know an answer he admitted that, and asked for time to get in contact with one of the experts on his team, instead of just telling me whatever I wanted to hear to make a sale. Those experts came back quickly and answered my questions/concerns. I never had to wait long and I always got a well thought out answer from the people who knew what they were doing. During the process Drew, the project manager, showed up EVERY DAY that his employees were here to check on the progress & ensure quality. He'd check in with me regularly to make sure I was happy with how things were going. I have had other contractors in the past and not a single one of them put in the kind of work this team did to make sure everything was smooth and done the way I wanted it. He set up a regular stream of conversation and answered questions/concerns very promptly. His craftsmen were all excellent and very respectful of us and our home. Again, I've had contractors in the past that clearly did not care. Every single person that came through our house was careful, picked up after themselves, and most importantly of all, did excellent work. I cannot recommend Precision enough. You hear "We want to make our customers happy" from everybody... but these guys really mean it. ----- A quick piece of advice on choosing a home renovation contractor: I have learned that there are 2 kinds of contractors out there: Ones that sell materials and will then install them for you, and ones who specialize in organizing the labor. In the past we hired contractors who came to our home and showed us a catalog of the products they carried. We would be wow'ed by the good looking pergolas / pavers / cabinets in these catalogs and proceed in picking out what we were excited to have in our home. The problem is that these guys would then turn around and hire day laborers to install the pieces, which always resulted in poorly installed shoddy work and a shocking lack of respect for our home. Precision is the other kind: They will point you to some stores that sell the kinds of things you are interested in, or introduce you to their craftsmen who build the things you want, and leave it to you to pick out what you want them to install. They will help and guide you, but you aren't buying the materials from them so they aren't invested in selling you a product. They sell you the labor, which means that they have put work in making sure the people who work for them are the best. That the people installing these beautiful cabinets are people who care about making sure it is put in right. I've been burned so many times by previous contractors, the high quality work from these guys has absolutely blown me away. I cannot thank them enough. Precision did a beautiful job on our bathroom. Several years later, we decided to rehire them for our kitchen. Throughout both jobs all of the workmen were courteous and highly skilled. They were a joy to have around and to interact with. With our bathroom, Renen gave us 5-star-treatment and a lot of valuable input. He met us at several locations to select our materials and give us professional advice. On the kitchen job, things were approached a little differently. We were on our own as to picking materials. We did receive great help at numerous venders and final input from the project manager. Sagi, the project manager, was very focused on completing the job in a timely manner.
