Imperial Custom Cabinets is a phenomenal company to work with. I selected them to complete a kitchen remodel and a laundry room facelift. I moonlighted as the general contractor. Greg was so kind and patient as he guided me along and helped me make my vision come true. I showed him all my favorite design ideas and we melded them together to create my dream kitchen. I pinch myself every time I walk into the room. Art designed the vision and was easy to work with via email and by phone. He was prompt at getting back to me and eased my overly worried brain. He was kind answering questions and made scheduling a breeze. I appreciated their timeliness and when we scheduled an appointment, I was never disappointed. Rod installed the kitchen over the span of three days and he was prompt, tidy, kind, and trustworthy. I wanted to be best friends with him by the time he finished up. I called ask to get a quote for my cabinets to be built higher. It wasn't a big job but around a $10k job. I had to ask for the quote and never got a response. I could tell that i wasn't put as a priority probably because it wasn't a HUGE kitchen project. Greg told me "I normally do a total demolish" so he never tried to get my business. I guess I wasn't worth it. Don't waste your time with them they are only out for the MONEY!! read more

Imperial did the kitchen and bathroom cabinets for our remodel in 2020. Project finished just as Covid appeared. Excellent, beautiful workmanship. We cannot be more satisfied with our decision to use Imperial Custom Cabinets. The cabinet quality alone speaks volumes. I urge anyone interested in a full kitchen cabinet build or custom cabinet project big or small to access the ICC's(Imperial Custom Cabinet's)website. If you are like us, you spend a lot of time researching the internet and trying your best to educate yourself about things you are going to be spending your money on. Their website has great information, pics and videos to give you ideas of what they can do for you. Call Art, Greg, Corine or anyone available in the office if you want further assurances how they can help. ICC has been there for us. They've helped ease what can be unforeseen hurdles when dealing with multiple trades and scheduling. Greg helped start the process with creative design suggestions for our space. Rod and Dave have been awesome installing and tweaking finishing touches and everyone onsite has been professional. We are still working on completing our kitchen(note our kitchen has no baseboards and the drawer under cooktop will soon be modified by ICC since we connected the gas line). It is an abnormal install dealing with a unique countertop and ICC continues to provide great customer service as we make strides to finish. Meanwhile, we expanded the scope of the project and we are having ICC build and install 2 built in custom units in the dining area to compliment the great cabinet work done in the kitchen. I'm not a bot and you'd likely find few if any online reviews submitted by me. We just finished a kitchen & bathroom remodel. Our fantastic contractor Derek (Surfside Developers) recommended Imperial Custom Cabinets. Greg came out and designed our whole kitchen set up, and it was a brilliant use of a small kitchen space. We took out a wall and moved appliances around, making the kitchen much more functional. I was able to ask questions from Greg and Art through the process, and the install was swift and easy. We had a couple of issues, but Imperial stands by their work. When one rolling tray wasn't installed correctly, they immediately sent someone out to fix. Our cabinets (in our kitchen & bathrooms) are beautiful. read more

Just had our kitchen re done. Was trying to match the same color as the trim around the windows. ( cherry ) Art took the time to do 3 separate samples to get the color just right. I started my kitchen remodel in June 2013. When they delivered my cabinets one door was missing and several had very deep scratches. I called right away and the women on the phone was very rude, almost blaming me. They said the would send someone over and two weeks later someone came. Did some putty work but never blended it in. mind you I still don't have all the cabinet doors. They left my range in the middle of my kitchen and it didn't fit in the hole they made. Long story short I paid almost $15,000 for a bad job, bad service, it took 3 months to finish and was treated like everything was my fault somehow. I strongly recommend you use any other cabinet company then this one. I guess they were a great business when the father ran the company but the son and his obnoxious wife took over and they are now a very poor business. Please heed my warning! read more
