I took my 2006 Range Rover sport to Eurauto for some major work. My baby is now 20 years old and still looks great. Firstly, I want to say is that the staff here is excellent and the service is good. Secondly, you do receive a warm welcome and you do get the feeling that they will take good care of your vehicle. However, after the 2nd visit, I noticed a part was missing from my vehicle. Prior to me taking my vehicle the first time my all-black engine cover was there. How do I know this? Prior to me taking my vehicle to, Eurauto I was trying to change the hood sensor under the hood. I didn't think to look under my hood after spending $3200 the first time. I assumed everything was there. After taking my vehicle for the second time, for the Transfer Case Service - $500, I decided to clean under my hood. This time my all-black engine cover was replaced with a torn dirty beige/black cover that made under the hood look like a junk car. I inquired that my engine cover was missing and the office manager, Shark, did reach out to send pictures. He informed me that he did not see it and sent me a picture of under my hood. I asked when this picture was taken and he said it was taken when I had the last service (Transfer Case Service) done. So, where is the picture when I had the first service done? Go figure. This particular all-black Engine Cover (and I have researched) for a 2006 Range Rover Sport ranges from $500 and up; depending on the style of course. The style engine cover I had made everything under the hood look incased which made it look very clean and neat. Like I said previously, they have excellent customer service and will take care of your vehicle; however, you want to make sure all your parts are there or take pictures before dropping off, if need be. read more

I brought my '99 BMW Z3 in after it kept going into limp mode.. super frustrating. I'd already spent around $2,500 at other shops trying to figure it out, and no one gave me a straight answer. The last place told me I needed a whole new DME for $1,800, but something about that didn't feel right. These guys actually took the time to properly diagnose it and showed me everything. Turned out it was the throttle body and it just needed to be replaced and relearned -- not a DME. They explained the process clearly, didn't talk down to me, and backed it all up with solid info. I'm not in a place to fix it right now, but they gave me 90 days to come back and said they'd apply the diagnostic cost to the repair when I'm ready. Super straightforward and no pressure. My Volkswagen car stopped running so I called on Friday 10/21/2022 for information and to schedule an appointment to have diagnostics testing. My car was towed to Eurauto Shop by AAA Texas Roadside Assistance on Tuesday 10/25/2022 @ 2:45PM; AAA confirmed the drop off. When I didn't hear from them, I called later in the evening and spoke with the receptionist Chrystal who confirmed my car was delivered and that a service technician would call me. No one reached out to me, so I called back @ the following day Wednesday @ 3:15PM and Chrystal transferred me to George a service technician who apologized took some background information about the car promised to do further diagnostic test and that they would call back with details. Today is Friday 10/28 and I still have no information on my car, no one has called, and they are close for the weekend. I am not impressed thus far because prior to having my car towed I vetted Eurauto Shop and based my decision on their excellent reviews. read more

I took my BMW M4 in on yesterday for an alignment issue. The team was able to schedule me in and get the alignment corrected. In addition, they were also able to discover that my brakes had air in them. The team was able to fix my alignment, flush out my brakes, and also service my air conditioner.
