    SAN FRANCISCAN SALAD
    Scott N.

A group of us stopped here for a lunch break from work. The ordering process was pretty strait forward. Place and pay for your order, after which you'll be given a number on a stand for your table. I tend to prefer wait service, but I do like that they bring the food to the table. I ordered the San Franciscan Salad. I loved the fresh avocado and the salad was good to the last bite. Very tasty, indeed. Everyone else's food looked very good. There appeared to be no issues. A nice getaway from work with lots of options.

I found myself in the neighborhood and decided to stop in for lunch, and I am glad that I did. It was a beautiful summer day, so I enjoyed lunch on the front patio. I had the delicious Muffuletta and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Both were excellent. The salami and the mortadella blended perfectly with the roasted peppers and olive tapenade. Also, the chocolate chip cookie was absolutely delicious. Do yourself a favor and do not skip out on dessert. Overall, it was a very enjoyable lunch, and I will be back for more.

I ordered a turkey sandwich and got one piece of turkey. There was more lettuce than Turkey.

This place is my new last resort right in front of subway. The second half had even less Turkey

Son Of A Baker (with Dutch crunch roll)

Tailored to individuals working in the area. Inside is super clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Son of a Baker on Dutch Crunch: meatball sub with peppers and arugula. A generous serving size and sandwich served piping hot! The arugula didn't hold up too well and would probably recommend a different veggie. Flavors were solid. Side Salad: Had it with green goddess dressing. Very generous again for $3 with tomatoes, croutons and cucumbers. Overall, would definitely come back for lunch as flavors, portions and price are great!

I work nearby, and have stopped here quite a few for lunch now. The sandwiches and salads are consistently very good, and prices are pretty reasonable for the amount of food you get. My favorites are the Mission Bay Sandwich and the Esposto's Hero. A good option if you're looking for a quick lunch in the area.

I usually get the minestrone soup served bread and oh so creamy butter, really good . The service was great and not a long wait. Staff was friendly, courteous and kind.

I love coming here to get a nice sandwich fresh bread, fresh cut meat. The services is really great is close to my job so I'm here quite a few times during the week. Also, I like to recommend their peanut butter cookie. It is amazing. Make sure when you go for lunch stop here first and eat outside enjoy the beautiful San Francisco here with a delicious sandwich and classic chips

I loved seeing all the other goods they had for sale; though they were pricey, the curation seemed very special and done with love and care. There's some seating outside on benches or the patio deck, and the employees were very friendly and easygoing. The day I went, the brunch focaccia was an artichokes, salsa verde, sundried tomatoes, red onion, arugula, and pepper jack focaccia that day, and it was delicious! they grill it fresh in front of you (takes about 5 minutes), and I'd recommend eating it as soon as possible for the best experience. The focaccia is so light and airy with the crispy crust, and their ingredients are so high quality with a symphony of flavors. Would definitely come back again for this, maybe to also try their paninis!

I have caught them multiple times so now I know they do this intentionally. 4) Also disturbing, the items on your receipt won't even match the items you buy. I've been here twice now and both visits have been satisfying. At this point I can recommend the Reuben and the Ham & Cheese on the sweet roll. Both sandwiches come loaded with meat and toppings. The bread is toasty and warm when served. Most importantly, everything in the sandwich taste fresh. I think I found my go to sandwich spot near work. Price is similar to most sandwich spots in the area. It's San Francisco so expect around $15-$20 for the sandwich. Luckily both times I've been here I didn't need to wait in line for anything. Service is efficient and the workers are friendly. I will be back for another sandwich!
