I guess it took him 2 hours at 90 dollars an hour? He tells me if I don't want to pay for the info I can pay for a diagnostic fee. I already knew what was wrong with it. I go in to get the computer and its in pieces. Not even put back together. Screws and cords are in a bag with the chips... Horrible service, horrible communication...
