Mike knows computers. After interviewing five 5-star Yelp-suggested computer problem solving technicians, Mike seemed to be the best choice. One of the best decisions I have made. We had our freezing home-built gaming computer back within days. Mike found the problem, suggested parts to fix the issue, and even upgraded the overall set up - all for a reasonable price. Completely satisfied would be an understatement! read more

Thank you so much! Got help with my CPU, will definitely be reaching out for anything PC related.

Mike is without a doubt the best in the game. I first came to him for PC troubleshooting questions, and left amazed by wihhis stellar portfolio of completed builds. It became clear to me that any PC Mike touches is an instant masterpiece and I wanted him to bless mine. He took note of the look I wanted and went above and beyond. Every step of the way, he was showing me his progress and giving recommendations on parts and accessories that have it look infinitely better than before. Needless to say, I have never felt more comfortable handing over my most prized possession to someone, which speaks volumes to Mike's integrity and how he operates his business. I couldn't be more pleased with the price, the quality, and, most of all, the experience of working with Mike on this project. It was a long time coming but I finally have my dream PC and it's all thanks to Mike! read more

I am so happy with my build and Mike did such a great job. He put a lot of care into the build, clean wiring, taking care of the overclocking, the bios and showed me how to use all the RGB software. I was scared to hand over $3k+ in parts to someone, but I couldn't have chosen a better person to do the build. Great work, great communication, took only 3 days in my case, very trustworthy. I am one happy camper! Thanks again Mike, I will be back, I will recommend you to everyone! read more

I had a prebuilt CyberPower PC that had an issue where the USB ports & HDMI Video did not work along with an Overheating CPU, after a couple days of Mike exhausting all options I had to buy a motherboard. In the process Mike installed the motherboard, and all new fans for me. He was very responsive and considerate & kept me updated the whole way. His prices are very fair & he will be my go to if i have any issues. I highly HIGHLY recommend Next Level PC's. Thank you Thank you! read more

So I built my first pc and had some problems booting windows, and I called a shop in Benicia where the owner said he wouldn't be able to help me with my gaming pc but referred me to this place and I'm disappointed because I left a phone number and never got a call back not even a voicemail, I would love to give 5 stars just for calling back but until then. read more

Really really awesome! Right from beginning to end Mike was informative and professional. I went in with an already built custom PC. (I put it together for the first time, thanks heaven it didn't fall apart while being used lol) We chatted over the phone of what I wanted. I gave him the specs of my PC and we set a time and day. We went to Fry's together to pick out the parts and no matter how many questions I asked he was patience and explained all the pros and cons to me. Couple hours later, I had a brand new graphix card installed, liquid cooling, and the cherry on top is the cable management! He also gave me tips of how to clean my PC (which I needed). Dust is bad! I would definitely recommend Mike for anyone wanting to get a custom PC built. You will leave satisfy with your PC. PS. This whole thing was done in less than 24 hours from my first phone call to the time I happily left with my AWESOME computer. read more

Had Mike put together a gaming PC for me. Wanted something affordable but with the best parts. I had called him of a craigslist ad with the slightest idea of what I wanted and we picked out all the parts together and he suggested newer hardware that i didnt even know existed to get me the best bang for my buck. He quickly put it together and within just a couple of days I was using the computer. It's been a few months now and the computer is still running great! The parts he put in are still the best ones out there and can't imagine this computer not lasting much longer than my previous store bought computer. Highly suggest Mike to anyone needing a custom computer built and is looking for quality. read more

Mike and Next Level PC's are the best. Not only is he cheaper than most larger companies but Mike is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I had him build a custom gaming rig which he did a fantastic job putting together. (Will post pictures soon) When we originally spoke Mike was courteous and took a ton of time with me to walk through the components I had already purchased and helped me to pick out a case and graphics card. Once all the pieces were ready I dropped everything off to him in a box which was quite a mess as I had tried to put part of the diluted together myself. He assured me that it wouldn't be an issue. After a little more than 24 hours I got the call from him that everything was ready and rushed over to pick up my new shiny gaming pc. When I got there he took the time to walk me through what he had done. Overall the computer works very well and I'm super please with the level of service and quality delivered by Next Level PC's. read more

I had to assemble a custom machine learning workstation that had to be powerful and well cooled. Mike helped every step of the way. He suggested compatible components before I placed the order for the parts, assembled the computer in 24 hrs, and provided support whenever I had a question afterwards. Highly recommend! These days you can configure a far better machine for less money than any store configuration on the marker and bring the parts to Mike to ensure it's assembled right. He knows how to build powerful PCS. read more

I usually don't write yelp reviews but for Mike I'm making an exception. I had my mind set on what I considered a fairly tricky build. I had been using Macs for a couple of years so picking components was making me nervous. When I approached Mike he gave me some really good suggestions for improvements. The final specs were much better than what I originally came up with. Also, the case I chose has glass on both sides. Everything inside is visible which means the cable management has to be on point. Mike did an excellent job. He came up with a number of innovative ways. The build is absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely work with Mike again in the future. read more

Mike did an excellent job assembling our gaming computer! Just took a few days compared to other places that said a few weeks. Will be returning if we have any issues or have another PC to build read more

10/10 would recommend I was having an overheating problem and he fixed it. Great business, fair pricing, and amazing customer service.

Patient and knowledgeable, Mike is now my go-to for anything PC related. Whereas I bought all my parts and came to him for assembly, Mike will walk you through every step of the way. He will provide unbiased opinions on parts and tell you where you can be flexible on your budget and where you can save. Mike is responsive and fast to reply. His turn around time for builds is amazing, too. He is honest, genuine, and passionate about his craft. Quality PC builders are hard to find, and Mike is the pinnacle of professionalism and craftsmanship. read more

Mike did an excellent job with my custom build! I was going to replace the guts of my rig, but in the back of my mind I wanted a better case. I showed up and the first thing Mike did was suggest we go to the store and get a new case and power supply (both were over 5 years old.) He recommended a perfect case (the same one he has) and we found a great deal on a power supply. It all came together in a little over one day after that and the rig is perfect! Everything is 100% exactly what I hoped, lighting fast even with mid-level components. Awesome job! read more

Mike is a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to computers especially custom built computers. He works from his apartment and office but don't let that deter you he is very professional and a nice guy. Yesterday while playing the Evolve Alpha my computer just stopped working. i turned it off and it just simply would not turn on. I called him at 4:30 and was playing my PC again at 9 or so. very fast turn around. He took my PC apart to isolate the problem and once reassembled got it up and running. He double check temperatures and BIOS. He gave me really good advice on my pc once he was done fixing it. He removed unnecessary fans that i installed just because they were laying around. He informed me on how I could improve my build. All and all he was reasonably priced with VERY FAST turn around would go back. THANKS MIKE! read more

My son wanted to build a gaming computer for over a year now. I kept saying NO mainly because so many of his friends and other kids I know have had terrible problems and difficulties building their own computers. Horror stories of weeks and even months of money and stress and wrong or broken parts or silly mistakes that ruined the thing. Since I know nothing about computers I knew that this would just be a major source of tension and fights, so I kept saying no. But my son has fantastic grades, and it's his birthday... So I started to think maybe... Then we found Mike. I contacted Mike and the next day we met him at Frys. He knew exactly what parts would be needed. And was able to work within our budget to put together a computer beyond dreams. He even knew to price compare every part and saved us lots of money at check out. He worked all day with my son to put the beast together, and mike was able to explain and help patiently while giving my son a crash course in computer building. They nerded out all day and by nightfall my son and Mike had set up a powerful gaming computer better and easier than any of us could have hoped for. No stress no fights/ mike made it pleasant and easy! Even my older son who is skeptical of everyone and everything told me that mike was super smart, super nice, and deserved a 5 star review for sure. Thanks Mike!! read more

Mike is a life saver. I had no knowledge of computer parts, or how to build a gaming rig, but knew it would be so much cheaper to buy the parts separately vs. ordering a prebuilt computer. So I was stuck... Then I found Mike! he helped me pick out all of the parts that were appropriate for my 1440p 144hz display, and was extremely helpful in teaching me about reputable brands, and the functions of certain components. I am so glad I went through Mike, as I would have regretted attempting something like this on my own. He delivered on a gorgeous gaming PC, that is running Witcher 3 in butter smooth frame rates. SO HAPPY. THANK YOU MAN! read more
