Had Mike put together a gaming PC for me. Wanted something affordable but with the best parts. I usually don't write yelp reviews but for Mike I'm making an exception. I had my mind set on what I considered a fairly tricky build. I had been using Macs for a couple of years so picking components was making me nervous. When I approached Mike he gave me some really good suggestions for improvements. The final specs were much better than what I originally came up with. Also, the case I chose has glass on both sides. Everything inside is visible which means the cable management has to be on point. Mike and Next Level PC's are the best. Not only is he cheaper than most larger companies but Mike is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I had him build a custom gaming rig which he did a fantastic job putting together. (Will post pictures soon) When we originally spoke Mike was courteous and took a ton of time with me to walk through the components I had already purchased and helped me to pick out a case and graphics card. Once all the pieces were ready I dropped everything off to him in a box which was quite a mess as I had tried to put part of the diluted together myself. He assured me that it wouldn't be an issue. Mike did an excellent job with my custom build! I was going to replace the guts of my rig, but in the back of my mind I wanted a better case. I showed up and the first thing Mike did was suggest we go to the store and get a new case and power supply (both were over 5 years old.) He recommended a perfect case (the same one he has) and we found a great deal on a power supply. It all came together in a little over one day after that and the rig is perfect! Mike is a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to computers especially custom built computers. He works from his apartment and office but don't let that deter you he is very professional and a nice guy. Yesterday while playing the Evolve Alpha my computer just stopped working. i turned it off and it just simply would not turn on. I called him at 4:30 and was playing my PC again at 9 or so. very fast turn around. He took my PC apart to isolate the problem and once reassembled got it up and running. He double check temperatures and BIOS. He gave me really good advice on my pc once he was done fixing it. He removed unnecessary fans that i installed just because they were laying around. My son wanted to build a gaming computer for over a year now. I kept saying NO mainly because so many of his friends and other kids I know have had terrible problems and difficulties building their own computers.
