As I initially feared, it seems the guys at eRepairSolution are only interested in finding a temporary fix for your damaged phone and letting you deal with further hardships down the road. I had a broken USB port on my Iphone. eRepair was able to change out a part and charged me - $130. I obliged to pay the high margin in the glow of an operating phone. They said to come back with any concerns, and I, regrettably, filmed a short testimonial on their timeliness and effectiveness. A month passes, I am experiencing problems with my home screen button not reacting. A month more, my phone entirely shuts down at 50% battery. One more week, my phone dies and cannot be revived. My suggestion is to avoid eRepair for temporary fixes to damaged phones. A new phone with insurance is probably worth avoiding the added time, money, and stress that comes with repairing a previously defective phone. read more

They use low quality glass to replace screens and don't honor their warranty policy when they install bad glass. I'd go to Direct Repair in Gold Coast instead. It'll be worth the extra $10. read more

I wouldn't suggest taking your Xbox One to these guys. They had my Xbox for over a month, after a few calls to them I got a hold of someone. They never called to keep me posted on the repair. I was told they are waiting on a part which they never got! It took them almost 2 months to tell me they can't fix it when they guaranteed me that they can in the beginning. Brought my phone in today to see what could be done since the iPhone 6 wasn't charging. I was given a great quote based on just cleaning or replacing the charging port. Had a broken iPhone 6 screen for a few months and somehow chucked it over my head yesterday and SHATTERED the screen (glass was coming out in chunks and I thought it was totally dead). I brought my iPad in about eight or nine months ago to get a screen replacement. A few weeks ago the screen appeared to not be working because my iPad had a mind of its own. They had mentioned that it was a 60 day guarantee on the parts and labor. I knew I was well beyond that and did not come in with my receipt however they could not have been nicer and said they would take a look at it. The most I could've expected it was perhaps a discount on a repair or replacement but in fact they did replace it and it was no charge at all. My iPad works great again. I then came back later that day to have my daughters iPhone screen replaced and they took care of that quickly and even put on a complementary screen protector. Found erepair via a Groupon for shattered iPhone screens. I was helped by Tim who was incredibly helpful and courteous. Walked in with a shattered iPhone screen and he was able to repair it almost instantly (total time was less than 10 minutes) for an insanely reasonably price!! They also offer cheap otter box cases ($15) which I snatched up immediately. Hopefully never have to replace the screen again but if I do I know I'll be coming here. read more

since ownership changed about 2 months this place has changed with it! these guys are not good at what they do! my phone had one thing wrong with the front camera which they could not fix. then all of a sudden things stopped working for instance flash, home button and battery swell! they kept saying coincidence which is possible but i think not! won't be coming here again i do not recommend. read more
