Repaired my cracked phone screen, did a good job but terrible customer service. Went in and they didn't have any screens, fine. The guy said they would be delivered in an hour and he would call me. Didn't call till about 3 hours later (still okay, no biggie). When I dropped off the phone he told me 30 mins or longer depending on how busy the store was and took down my friends number. I assumed he would call when he was done. Never called. Couple hours later came back and he said the phone had been done for a while and didn't think he needed to call (Why did he ask for a number then??). Failed to mention they charge an addition $5 for processing credit cards. Claimed it was for tax and processing fees....that magically come out to exactly 10%?? Yeah right....overall good service but shady people. Also phone was returned turned on with programs open, wouldn't doubt if they go through your phone. read more

I would give a one star, but the cost was they only thing to keep them out of the cellar. I guess you get what you pay for. Their product was also subpar. They didn't think the issue was they're fault. After I asked why they screen had a poor transition, lacking a smooth transition, having a lip, they informed me the don't use Apple products to repair the phone. That's where the $10 savings is at. Found erepair via a Groupon for shattered iPhone screens. I was helped by Tim who was incredibly helpful and courteous. Walked in with a shattered iPhone screen and he was able to repair it almost instantly (total time was less than 10 minutes) for an insanely reasonably price!! They also offer cheap otter box cases ($15) which I snatched up immediately. Hopefully never have to replace the screen again but if I do I know I'll be coming here. read more

I busted my lcd screen on new year's day. great way to start the year. I looked for an open repair shop but only 1 or 2 were open. I came across this shop and gave them a call. Sam was the guy i talked to and he was extremely polite. I explained how important I need to fix my phone immediately and he made it happen. He managed to get a galaxy S4 LCD display and called me when it was available. I walked in and he fixed it in 20 minutes. Worked beautifully and he guarantees his work. Tim and Sam are amazing!!!!! They stand firmly behind their work and customer service. I had some issues with my screen and it needed to be replaced as quickly as possible!! I came in explained my issue with the screen and the gentlemen gave me an awesome price, gave me a 15-20min window for how long the repair would take which was extremely efficient. Unlike the Apple Store, where you have to be book appointments and pay approximately $200 just for a repair, this experience was a lot more affordable and personal. I came back 20 minutes later and my phone was back and better than ever! I even brought my own screen protector and they were courteous enough to put it on for me. Beware! I took my IPhone 5 in for a simple screen repair. Four hours later I went in to pick it up and the speaker no longer worked, the touch screen in all four corners no longer worked, the glue was visible under the new screen and when you touched the screen it left markings under the new screen. When I questioned some of the issues, I was told I could come back in tomorrow for a quick fix. I promptly arrived at 10am (posted hours) and waited until 10:20 for someone to open the store. After leaving the IPhone for another hour, I returned and some of the touch issues in the corners and visible glue under the new screen still remained. After significant back and forth, the bottom line is that they would have not have the part(s) they needed until Friday so I could (1) leave with the IPhone as-is partially working or (2) they would put someone else's broken screen on my phone so I could go somewhere else for repair. I left with a partially working IPhone (paid in full) and will be taking it to Apple for professional repair and it will end up costing me more in the end... read more

Fast, friendly service. Really nice guy helped me out with a screen repair for my iPhone 6. Ready in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this was the second time in 4 months I broke my screen (I have weak hands) and the previous time I had my screen fixed by someone in New York City where I was visiting for the week. I felt like I was getting hustled there. Screen repair services are kind of cutthroat that way- not sure why so expensive, but we're all phone addicts so it's easy to jack up the prices.
