We had a great experience with Envirosmart re-insulating our attic. Erik did the original inspection and identified a couple of items that our other bidders had not found, and validating his finding with pictures. They were able to come out within two weeks and perform the install. Though Envirosmart was the more expensive option, we chose them for these reasons. Brian, Juan, Angel, Edgar, and Francisco performed the actual installation. They were fast and efficient, completing the job in one day, including re-directing a bathroom vent through a roof flapper and installing the solar fan. All of these they validated with pictures and videos. Thanks to these guys for climbing around and doing excellent work! The insulation will be a wonderful addition in the summer and winter. read more

Envirosmart told us the same thing as two competitors who came in to see our attic, but quoted us almost half the price. During the quoting process, i asked the 3 companies to clean our skylights while up in the attic. The other 2 companies charged me $500 per window. Joey from Envirosmart explained to me the windows can be removed from the house, there's no access from the attic. This is how I knew Envirosmart was not trying to cheat me. Came in when scheduled. The job was supposed to take 1 day but ended up taking 2. They came in on Monday and were able to move other appointments to come back and finish on Wednesday. read more

Just finished a complete cleaning and sanitizing of our air ducts today, plus a free dry vent cleaning. Also had them hook my dryer up (this was an extra request and maintenance). Brian and Gino (sp, sorry if it's wrong) were great. Called ahead arrived and Brian went over the service, checked the vents and went over what I had asked for and what was needed. I chose to get the intake and outflow cleaned and sanitized- the vents were extremely dirty and hadn't been cleaned, well I don't think ever. I asked about the dryer hook up and got an estimate on the spot and had it done as well. They were efficient and kept everything clean as they worked. When completed I could smell the clean and was very happy with the results. So much so I decided to pick up a years membership that includes another full cleaning and 10% iff any work - which will be great for not only my asthma but for the cold air return I need. Very happy with the service. Love that I was allowed to choose if I just wanted the basic clean or more. Worth the price and would highly recommend. read more

We submitted a request through Yelp for quotes on a furnace service. They responded quickly, and had someone out to service the furnace in just a few days (thanks Daniel!). Daniel wore a mask, asked where the furnace was and performed the service. He was also able to come an hour earlier than expected, but called ahead to make sure that was OK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Upon arrival the Forewoman immediately began "the upsale" stating what they couldn't do for the advertised cost of whole house duct cleaning for $199, not what they could do. A free dryer vent cleaning was also on offer but of course they found a reason why they couldn't do it. The Forman stated that the vent was on the roof, and they didn't do roofs. SHE LIED! The vent is not on the roof but on the side of the house within their range. It was cleaned by another company the very next day. The Forewoman was very rude to the two young workers always yelling at them and telling them to hurry up. The workers were very polite to us, so we have no fault with them, just their Forewoman. Bottom line, the ducts they did clean seem to be fine, so far, but we ended up paying almost $700 instead of the advertised $200. I feel like they have a look at your home and the decided how "upscale" they will go with you and what she thinks you can afford. And, they start working before the Forewoman even starts her lies. When I received a call to schedule service they gave me a basic price to clean our ducts and a deep clean price. I opted for the deep clean price of $425. When they arrived at the last minute of their two hour window I was told that the air return ducts would be an extra $300. Incredibly surprised that it wasn't included but mostly that the option wasn't mentioned during the initial phone call. Why would I have someone come out to clean ducts and not clean the air return ducts?. Felt very bait n switchy. Not the way I run business. I initially had a disappointing experience with this company, but I was contacted personally by the owner who wanted to make it right. I've deleted my initial review because the turnaround experience was so fantastic. I can see now why so many people have raved about the service they received. I had a duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, and was shown before and after pictures for everything. Sean and his crew were polite, quick but thorough, and I even spotted one technician trying to repair a vent cover that was broken before he arrived. I will definitely use the company again. The only thing I would say that I still wish was a little better is that more information really should be given at the time the appointment is made. Really, unless it's a repeat customer, you can't over-inform the customer. If I had known to expect to see before and after pictures of what was done I would have asked the first crew that came out. But in the end the experience I had with the second crew was so positive I didn't feel like it merited docking any stars. Contacted them to clean up my attic space, they responded to the email saying we would be happy to clean my dryer vent. That should have been the flag that stopped everything, but i decided to get a quote from them to clean up the attic space and had one of their techs come out. They did an inspection said I would have a quote by end of the day. 4 days later no quote, no response back from the techs number and all the office can say is we will try to get ahold of the tech. We booked their services when moving into a home we newly bought and wanted dryer vent cleaning on priority. Our dryer vent is on the roof and we only booked enviro because we were assured several times over multiple phone calls that the dryer vent on the roof will be cleaned. We took the overall duct cleaning package only because of the above promise. When the technicians showed up we were told they will not be able to cater to the dryer vent since it is on the roof due to "some miscommunication". The whole purpose of booking the service was lost and was extremely frustrating since we had planned every service before moving into our home and this block meant starting from the scratch to hunt for dryer cleaners and modify our plans of moving into our new home! Envirosmart Solutions Review May 2023 Poor Service at a Premium Rate (If I could leave NO stars, then I would.) In May 2023, we hired Envirosmart Solutions (ES) for a full cleaning of our air duct system. The estimate was around $300; however, once they were here, they then revealed the true cost. It was almost $1000. They have some scheme whereby they advertise $85 off for the cleaning, but if you want the "Free Sanitize and Deodorize with every air duct brushing" service, then you cannot take the $85 off deal. What kind of crazy show are they running? They also off military discount, which they would not give because I opted for the $85 off. (But then didn't give the discount.) Very shady. Next, the service techs attached a hose to the register (vent) on the lowest floor in my home, in order to create the negative pressure. When they left for the day and after removing the large hose, the register and surrounding ceiling area (nearly a 5-foot radius) is BLACK as soot. Did they offer to clean this? Nope. Let's back up a step. To begin, one tech allegedly took pictures of my air ducts, and then attempted to show me these pictures on his phone. It didn't look like my air ducts--different type of ducts--and he would not allow me to look more closely at the images. He simply swiped through the images quickly. Is this some ploy they use to show customers the same images and pass it off as their duct system? Who knows? It felt shady. As they packed up for the day, they left insulation, dirt and debris EVERYWHERE! I had to vacuum their mess--two sets of stairs, and both floors in my home. I also had to reattach the ceiling registers because they neglected to do it properly. They were barely hanging on and one actually fell and almost hit my pet. The techs also neglected to remove all the blue tape used to seal the vents. I'm highly disappointed with their service. The techs should have cleaned up after themselves. They should have re-installed the registers properly. They should NOT have left black soot or whatever all over my downstairs ceiling and register. Avoid doing business with them! read more

We had our airducts and furnace cleaned by Sean and Charles and they did a fantastic job. First of all, they were incredibly transparent with the pricing and what we needed to do. They were great at capturing photos of before and after and even showed me how to keep my furnace clean in the future and what to look out for. 10/10 would recommend them, they were clean, professional, and on time. -------UPDATE------- As of now, the situation has been fully resolved. I'm extremely happy with the customer support experience I had. The service done for the duct cleaning wasn't positive and caused me some problems but the way how the company resolved this issue was exceptional! The communication was great, I was always in touch with the office ladies and their manager Osseola. They were checking on me, giving me updates, etc. As a result, they offered a discount for the duct cleaning and fully covered the deep cleaning services for my house! Osseola assured that technicians will be re-trained, to make sure the same issues won't happen again. I would definitely do a business with Envirosmart Solutions again and recommend them to my friends. -------Previous review------- My husband submitted the positive feedback a couple of hours ago regarding the service we received today, 10/18/22. But the truth is - it's not positive at all! I would not lie, the technicians, Neta and Vincent, were friendly and showed up with all the equipment that made me feel like they know the thing! But, unfortunately it's not the true! The service was scheduled for 1pm, someone from the customer support left a voice mail saying that they are 20 min away and asked if that's ok if they come in earlier. I called back and asked for them to come in at the time it was previously scheduled. I already had an important meeting planned and I won't be available earlier. Despite that, the technicians came in earlier that caused some inconvenience for me. I honestly would not complain about this, if the service would be done appropriately. After the technicians left, the dust settled in and I was shocked observing my entire house being covered with the dust. Literally all furniture, floor, bed, couch, clothes, all the skin care products, tooth brushes.. everything. The food that hasn't been covered should go to trash now.. I was so frustrated by all of this. Now, I need to hire the cleaning service that will be able to clean my entire house asap. I live here with my family and elder parents and non of us deserve to live in the such unhealthy environment. I called to the customer support and spoke to Mistique (sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly) she was very friendly and understanding. She made sure to talk to her manager and called me back in a couple of minutes with apologize and offered some discount for the service and option to cover cleaning service (not 100% but some specific amount). Which is unfair in my opinion, I don't think I should pay even 1$ for the cleaning that I would not do if not the poor, unprofessional service provided by Envirosmart solutions. I signed a contract on July 11 2024 for them to update the crawlspace insulation under my house. I was told by their representative the area would be sanitized and the dryer vent would be replaced. They sent me a past due notice from their billing department in August even though the work hadn't been completed. They said they completed the work on Sept 23rd but there was no sign of venting from the dryer nor did they send me pictures verifying the work done. Now a month later they say the representative who worked with me is no longer with the firm and they never agreed to hook the dryer back up. Good service and their word means nothing to them. I'll have to hire somone else to verify their work. My advice? Keep looking for a pro. read more

Apparently it was installed incorrectly and two connections were swapped to the wrong spot. *** Got the unit installed last year (three units, two smaller bedroom units and a bigger living room unit). Trying to use it this year and the living room unit doesn't work. I tried reaching out. Apparently it took a while to get a response because there was some confusion and they thought I was calling about a remote and not a non-working unit (I had reached out at the beginning of July about replacing a remote, but they're $200 to replace and the remotes work for all the units, so I opted not to and didn't say anything about the remote when I called about the unit not working when I called on 7/21). A tech came out and was able to get the unit to work. For one day. He though the problem might have been that the downstairs unit had not been turned on since the winter and maybe was set to heat and they all have to be in the same mode. It worked for a single day and then condensation appeared all over the unit. Since it seemed like I had just done something wrong with the remote, I spent days messing with the remotes. Trying to sync all the units. Trying every possible setting. I even turned on the downstairs unit on at the same time in case for some reason they both needed to be on (which would be an waste of energy). Nothing worked. I tried calling and getting someone to come out again. I keep getting promises someone will contact me but no one provides a return call. I left an email a week ago, no response. Hoping that leaving a review might finally help get the issue fixed since calls and emails aren't working and now we're in the middle of a heat wave. I cannot speak to the work quality because we ended up hiring another contractor, but their responsiveness and attention to detail was impressive. I contacted to quote a replacement for an old gas furnace with a solution that included A/C. They responded quickly, were on time for the appointment, and most importantly they actually took the time to understand the problem I needed to solve and offer suggested solutions rather than just quote me what I thought I needed. I really appreciated the great insight they offered regarding the various ways the problem could be solved, challenges we'd face based on the house/duct design, and potential solutions to those challenges (including the associated costs + difficulty of each option). It was a huge contrast with a few other quotes I had received where they never left the garage, didn't ask any questions, and didn't offer any solutions beyond what I had explicitly noted in my request. read more

Long time owed review, but just getting done with the project and reviewing receipts. We had Envirosmart remove and reinstall insulation from a turn of the century home in Seattle. We were impressed with their removal process and thoroughness; completely gone and well within other bids with minimal wait time for scheduling. Reinstallation was just as easy and they were willing to come out a second time after we made updates to the attic space; just a fair trip fee. Don't have photos of the removal or standard fiberglass installation but we did have them do the area above our kitchen with spray-foam insulation. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Envirosmart Solution on work we had done in February 2021. I messaged the company on Yelp and they responded promptly with a quote of the air duct and vent cleaning I requested. They followed up regularly to see if I had any questions, about scheduling, and the coupon deal they had on Yelp, which I greatly appreciated. On the day of the cleaning, Brian and his crew member notified me ahead of time that they were running an hour late due to a previous job (no big deal and I appreciated the heads-up). They were able to set up and finish the job in less than 3 hours, as expected. My wife and I moved into our home a year ago, and it had been over a year since the previous homeowners had serviced our furnace. Furthermore, there were no records of the air ducts or dryer vent ever being cleaned. Brian was very helpful in helping me understand my furnace and air duct system of my home and the maintenance that it needed. Brian and his crew was extremely professional and courteous: they were careful not to get our carpets dirty and tidied up the areas they were working in. Brian showed me before and after pictures: I was amazed on the great job they did with cleaning out all the dirt that was in our air ducts and dryer vent all these years. The only reason I am deducting a star was the hefty cost of the permanent electrostatic air filter that they sold me: the one they ordered on my behalf cost me nearly 3x the price ($150+tax) buying from them when compared from ordering directly from the vendor (Air-Care Indoor Air Quality Specialists) or from the vendor on Amazon ($60+tax). I wish I did some research ahead of time... I really appreciate Envirosmart Solution's business and I will definitely use their maintenance and cleaning services in the future, but would be more careful for purchasing parts. I scheduled a duct cleaning with a $199 coupon for a 3 bedroom rental home . The crew showed up early, talked with the renters , went in the home and started cleaning the ducts. I arrived , let them continue, but overall was not satisfied with the results. They cleaned out each duct area only about 1 1/2 ft back inside the duct, " negative " vacuumed from one of the other ducts . ( missed one duct )The finally charge was about $ 490 . read more

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They cleaned and air sealed our attic, installed new insulation, replaced a dead gas furnace with a new heat pump, and cleaned our ducts. There were a few small things that needed repairs after the big work was done - fixing drywall holes, patching around conduits to the heat pump. I can totally imagine a company being reluctant to make time for these little bits of work, but it was always so easy to get these fixes scheduled, and Alan did wonderful work and is very kind. He even found and patched a totally unrelated (and alarmingly large) exterior hole in our basement closet while air sealing around some conduits. It was also great working with Erik, the sales technician. He is very knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for making homes more efficient! Even long after the job was done, he was quick to answer minor technical questions we had about operating our heat pump. Would 100% recommend Envirosmart to anyone. read more

I contracted these guys last year to do multiple projects. One of those was a new furnace/heat pump installation with an air cleaner. After a year it was time to change the air filter and we ran into some hangups and misunderstandings as to availability and cost. First, Esther was professional and worked very hard to get me in touch with one of the owners. It took a bit but she did a great job. UPDATE: Changed from 2 to 3 stars I discussed the situation with Matan the owner of Envirosmart and he was very understanding of the situation. He arrange to have someone come out and clean the foam off the car (Which was great). Although he did get the foam off the car it wasnt in the best manner as he used lacquer thinner and a plastic scraper (Not the best for car paint), some smaller parts he was unable to get the foam off (So will have to live with permanently). But I do appreciate the effort. Matan also arrange for a partial refund of the foam since I only received 2/3 of what was expected. Since the review I found the gap between my roof and gutter was not filled completely and thus I am left with a draft between two floors which will create areas of condensation and gives access for rodents. As per invoice I was expecting this to be filled. I have changed my review to 3 stars since I feel this business does have your best interest in mind and they are an honest company and it was just an unfortunate turn of events that lead to this. But unfortunately I am left with fixing the gap, removing splattered foam from the rest of the house, foam that will never be the right thickness (Since plastered over), and lost time. Again, I think this was just an unfortunate situation and I would do business with them again. ---ORIGINAL REVIEW--- This review is for the business and installation of spray foam. I really hate to give a negative review as this company was so nice to work with but overall when I think of what happened its not positive. The team responded very quickly and had Andrew (Sales) came out super quick. Andrew was friendly and explained the process well. Dan the installer and GM was on another level, super professional, this guy is clearly focused on customer service and no surprise hes the GM. INSTALLATION I had my attic spray foamed and unfortunately, there was some miscommunication with sales as apparently the job was oversold and they needed 40% more foam than originally calculated. Dan was good with managing this and said they will cover the remaining foam that was not accounted for. Unfortunately, this set the project back 1 week. (Challenging when you have multiple contractors lined up, but we managed). Dan came in for the second time to complete the job. At the end I pointed out a few areas that were missed and he fixed that up well. When I asked Dan to spray foam between the gutter and wall I though there was a bug screen in place as per quote, unfortunately. this didnt exist which mean some of the foam went straight through, this stuff is hard to get off and now its all over my backyard and car (Photo). I was quoted 3 inches of foam and after I had my contractor look at it he said its 2 inches at most. I did contact Envirosmart about this and was told 3 inches is the maximum and i should expect less overall. This does sound a little strange and I have now had others tell me thats not the case (Photos - Screwdriver on the final green tape level is 3 inches). The final negative is that after the job was done, there was a fair amount of the spray that wasnt mixed well all over the floors, I was told this stuff if not mixed properly gasses out, it would have been nice for them to clean this up after the job was complete. This would have been a 1 star if it wasnt for Dan and Andrew being so professional. read more
