I have used this cleaning service for just under a year and have been so over the top happy. They come with a team and they are in and out lickity split. This is a HUGE help to me as I have 2 small kids who need naps and snacks and only having to get out of the way for a couple of hours is awesome. I worked with Lupita to set up my cleaning service. I've never enlisted such help before so this was a new experience. All of my questions were answered, emails answered in a timely fashion and finally scheduled my initial cleaning date. I came home last night and my house sparkled. The house didn't smell of chemicals, just clean. I asked the two ladies who worked on my house to close the doors to each room as they finished b/c my dog is an inside/outside dog. First, I called several maid services for our move out cleaning. I didn't have time to clean and had committed to handing over a super-clean house on a certain day. Four cleaners (one more than the three originally promised) arrive ON Time, and did an amazing job! They cleaned as long as it took and did not charge me extra. They cleaned light fixtures, ceiling fans, baseboards, walls, floors, window sills and even the track that the windows sit in - without being asked. They were pleasant and worked extremely hard. Yes, they fit me in after reading positive reviews here. She gave me a 'discount' if I payed cash. We agreed the time the maids would work is three house. I was out of town, my husband gave them directions they ignored. So my house smells like Lestoil. The wood floors that were shiny from my cleaning are dull and streaked. The saltlilo tiles are greyed and dull. And all of this took SIX hours. My husband paid them. Cash. I'm going to go clean the places they overlooked. I do not recommend this company. I will never pay cash for a cleaning service because I'd love to stop a check right now. This is such a high class problem yet they did mediocre job at best. read more

EnviroMaids is the best cleaning service I've ever used! I'm a landlord in South Austin (78704). Recently, my tenants moved out unexpectedly, and I was left with a huge mess. Their furniture was still there, so I did my best to stage the place for a showing, but it was filthy. Lupita (the manager of EnviroMaids) put her folks to work, and wow!!! What can I say. They were professional, and they cleaned up a pigsty. Not only do they clean the floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc well... they also clean the inside of the windows, which other services don't/won't do without an extra charge. I work in the natural/organic products industry, so I know the "green" cleaning brands. EnviroMaids used sustainable, unscented, green cleaners like Bio-Kleen, Mrs. Meyers, etc. Lupita fit my house into their schedule in less than 24 hours, and went above and beyond. I also found out that EnviroMaids will help get a house ready for staging by doing touch ups, pressure washing and a plethora of other things that I just don't have time to do. Wow!!! What a find. Well, I'm hoping the tenants move their stuff out soon so I can rent the place. Enviromaids were awesome!! I called the day before and they were very accommodating, they warned me about being flexible with my time because they stay until the job is done, and that's the truth!! 3 maids showed up at my place and stayed for 3 hours, and even came to get me when they couldn't get a stain out of the tub just so I was aware. They picked up and moved furniture and cleaned underneath it - we keep slipping on the floors because THEY'RE CLEAN!!! I was so impressed with Enviromaids' thoroughness that I got rid of my cleaning service and use Enviromaids exclusively, both for my normal cleanings, and also for my rental properties for moveouts. Wish I could give zero stars. We scheduled them in advance of our move so they could do a move-out clean on the last day of our apartment lease. My roommate was traveling for work and I was equally busy so we planned all this out and left them a key. Imagine my surprise when I stopped by the apartment to pick up the key 5 hours after they were scheduled and they hadn't shown up. I called Enviromaids and it took a while (i.e. multiple calls) for someone to finally answer. When they did the guy acted pretty clueless and admitted "sometimes they don't show up". I made it clear that the visit would have to be that day because we had to turn in the keys, and he assured me he would sort it out and call me back. 7:00 PM rolls around, no call back or anything from Enviromaids. I called again, and also called another number listed on their website, no answer and their voicemail was full on both accounts (I assume filled with messages from other angry customers). Complete waste of time, and I spent all night trying to extensively clean my apartment so I can get my deposit back. Would not recommend to anyone. read more
